Reliable, honest and caring are all words I would use to describe my experiences with Axis and their sales staff. The customer service is timely and not demeaning. In the world of IT these days it is easy to feel talked down to or sold something you do not need. I have never experienced that.Good customer service is still a priority for Axis.

From the friendly Sherri who answers and dispatches our service calls, to Robert who shows up at lightning speed most times, we get prompt, reliable and quality service on all 3 of our machines. Both he and Tony are fast, friendly and never hesitate to answer a question or solve any issues; and with our workload, thats not an easy task. I had such a great experience with Matt and Dustin from Axis Business Technology today. I am not tech savvy and we received a new copier, which at first I was very concerned but both Matt and Dustin reassured me and answered every question possible and there were many. The representative that came to may office was amazing. Ive had printer issues the past 5 months. We had another company try to fix it several times; to no avail. The tech from Axis was here within an hour of my call and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. I cant express how happy and satisfied we are with their service. Having to use your printer on a daily basis for your business to run is crucial. I highly recommend this company.

The fact that this company calls itself Business Technologies is rather amusing. Their website does not allow you the simple convenience of paying your bill, when you try to call to pay it no one is ever available to take the payment, or they just dont answer the phone. They have a contact us button on their website that gives you a form to fill out to request a call back, and no one ever actually calls. None of these things show that this company is even remotely technologically savvy. I am about at the end of my rope with this nonsense, hopefully I can find a company that has the ability to follow through, with a website that is customer friendly.Reply to owners response: I just wanted to tell you that while I appreciate the response, the fact that people have to actually contact you to get log in credentials is the kind of outdated situation that my review was about. The problem is that its almost impossible to get anyone on the line when calling your office, so for me as a consumer to have to make call after call to simply get log in credentials is absurd. If the improvements to your website include the consumer being able to pay their bill and sign up to do so without having to call your office then thats great, but if those changes are not made I fear you will end up the same as every other business who hasnt kept up with technology; out of business. While I certainly hope that is not the case, you have to keep up with the technology that people require in order to save time and money. Also, just so you know, the phone situation is abysmal. When I say no one ever answers their extensions, I mean no one (with the exception of Gary) ever actually answers their phone. There have been times that in order to pay our bill I have had to call 7 or 8 times and leave messages. Thats not a good business practice my friend, you dont leave people hanging who are trying to give you money.

Prompt, attentive service!
Gotta watch them on the service contracts. We attempted to change usage allocation to stop the extra charges and they switched it back so we continued to pay twice the rate we should have. I would simply advise against the service contracts if you buy a machine from them.

At my new company, we were in need of a printer and there was no one else I would have called other than Alan. He immediately assisted me in finding the exact printer we need for the business. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company in Colorado Springs. Their owner, Paul Bircham had no problems defending his staff for being less than honest to their customers. When questioning their methods, they use intimidation and threats of lawsuits against you. They rewrite contracts to make it nearly impossible to make a clean break from their service. I could never recommend this company to a business partner based on the unethical treatment I received.
Weve used the services of this company for several years and every time we call Gary is here within a half hour. He always finds time to weave in last minute service calls. We are very happy with this companys services.

Our company purchased a new Konica Minolta Copier from Axis in 2015. We could not run our business effectively without a dependable copier which we use for blk/white & color copies, scanning and many other functions it has. The Konica has not failed us. The service department is efficient and pleasant to deal with in ordering supplies, scheduling a cleaning or just asking for assistance is finding a new function on the Konica.
