First time I stopped here at (JetEx,Inc.for HP61 ink cartridges! Got 2 black&2 color cartridges! Reasonably priced here,better than big boxed stores! The best part is Christine was very pleasant&helpful! Ill be back again!

Great service for a good product. I have purchased lots of toners, ink, and other miscellaneous items over the years. I only had one ink cartridge that was bad and it was promptly replaced. Customer Service is for real. It is VERY rare that I award Five Stars for anything, but JetEx earned it.

The free delivery is excellent and the bag of candy they leave behind is also a sweet treat. This is the best place Ive found to get ink that I can afford. The people that work here are very nice and quite helpful. If I get a defective refill, they do their best to make it up to me. Another brand, etc. Have come here for years and will continue to do so.

And when they didnt have one of the products we needed, they said they would call & told us when they would have it...AND actually DID call to tell us! I can not thank these guys enough for saving my expensive printer. After going to 3 other printer repair shops in Colorado Springs I got referred on a prayer to Laserpro II. They ordered a canon print head and installed it for me in less than 24 hours. Jeff was very professional and gave me tips on how to preserve my ink in Colorados dry climate and Shirley was great too. Thank You Laserpro, if I ever need a print head again I will be calling.

I got ink cartridgea for the office printer. Yhe jet ex cartridges were just as good as the hp ones from the store. The price was also much more affordable. I will only order from Jet Ex now.
