I had an external hard drive that started to smoke when I plugged it in to my computer. I immediately called Joe at SPARKtech and he was able to get his people working on recovery right away. Derek was able to recover my data and set me up with a new more recent reliable external hard drive. These guys are the best at what they do and very reasonably priced, I will continue to use them for all my digital needs.
