Solid haircut experience, hot towel is a nice touch. My son start feeling out of place at hair salons and since barbershops are hard to find these days, this was the perfect place to take him. Seems to be a lot of stylist turnover but they all have the basics of mens haircuts down.

We came to this location from Woodland Park because my son had his hair cut here previously and preferred this location over any other.We checked in online and it showed an 84 minute wait with our service and arrival time to be at 1254. We arrived on time.We waited and watched the board. We were next in line and on deck after the one person ahead of us was called.We waited and waited then suddenly another person walked in and was called for their hair cut even though we were next in line and at the top of the waiting board.After nearly 40 minutes of waiting after our scheduled arrival time (1254 per online to 135 haircut time) the boy is in the chair for a cut.I understand the online checkin isn’t an exact art but 84 minute wait plus another 40 minutes after arrival is not what I was expecting.

This place is the best sports clips so nice and friendly a most come to location!!!

I came to this Great Clips expecting quality service and a professional haircut. Boy was I shocked at what happened. There was a grand opening special that was going on that I wanted to take advantage of. I asked the lady about it and she refused to tell me what the special was. She continually asked me who I heard it from but wouldnt even give me what the special was. She was rude, inconsiderate, and extremely unprofessional. I will never visit this great clips again and I recommend that no one goes to this location if they are looking for quality service. I then asked for the manager, and she said that SHE was the manager and that her name was Danielle.

Friendly and excellent stylist

I do not like to throw people under the bus but today I received the hands-down worst haircut of my adult life. After asking for the same low-fade I get every two weeks, I was shocked to see that I received an asymmetrical, uneven cut with chunks missing. It was so bad that I literally went out and bought a set of clippers and buzzed my head. Sadly, most of the stylists at this location are very good at what they do, but I will not be playing Russian roulette with my hair here again. I would ask that the management screen their new stylists better to ensure they can execute the one haircut most requested by their clientele. BriAnna really butchered me today and the business as a whole has lost my business because of it.

Great service. More expensive but very friendly staff

This specific location gave my two sons their new client specials without asking the paying father, nor informing either of my sons the special was more money. When I questioned it at the time of payment no refund was offered, partial or full, only thing she said was sorry, I was doing the same thing the other lady did. This is a very shady way of doing business and unscrupulous to say the least.

Booked online. Walked in 1 to 2 minutes after the text alert hit my phone. The people told me they decided to close early due to staffing and canceled my booking.

I came here with my boyfriend so he could get a haircut. We walked in and they all greeted us and it was a very clean and safe environment. They got him in within 5 minutes of sitting down. The customer service was great.

I love this place! My husband and son go here every 3 weeks for a haircut. They are friendly and the price is great! Definitely recommend.

I have been here many times and have only received a decent haircut twice. Its very close and is in a good location. Its like the stylist have trouble listening to what you want, because they are busy talking to their co-workers. I just wanted a simple trim on the sides and instead I practically got a buzz cut all around. THEY DONT LISTEN! Last cut I got was terrible and the Stylist did her own thing instead of what I asked her not to do TWICE. Terrible.

I changed over to Sports Clips when my stylist started working there. I love the online appointment, service and coupons. my time is valueable and this workes awesome for me. Well worth the drive. They are always friendly and priced not to break the budget. 5 stars from me

I dont necessarily like writing bad reviews but I had one good haircut about a year ago. I went back about three more times and every time my haircut was different and it was no good at all. I actually had to go to a barber shop for them to fix it.

Erica saved my life! Got a bad haircut somewhere else, and she fixed it perfectly. If you want fades, definitely ask to have Erica do them.

Got a haircut with the MVP option. It was a great experience. Haircut is very good, and the hairdresser was really nice.Each time I have stopped by, the Northgate Sorts Clips has had a significant wait. So, use the online reservations if you can! (Even if there is a wait, it is worth being totally spoiled once in a while.)

Went in with my son, To try this location again under new ownership.Unfortunately, many of the stylists that were at this location moved to Sports Clips Jackson creek. But I like the convenience of this location.After having a pleasent haircut with and experienced stylist for my 3 year old son. This part was great. The stylist was kind, caring, and great with him! I give this portion of the experience 4 stars.I personally got my hair cut as well. I received a stylist who called my name and promptly told me “I don’t know how to cut guys hair, but that’s why I got a job here.” After cutting and cutting my hair while my son sat there waiting, it got so short that there isn’t a style to it. Finally we reach the end of the cut, after repeatedly attempting to reshape the lumpy cuts, to no avail. I asked if we could just finish up, because I would need to get going (this is self admittedly passive aggressive on my part, I should have just asked to be done at this point), and was already thinking I’d go get my hair fixed somewhere else. Then she starts finishing off my hairline with trimmers, she left my side burns as a sharp point! Didn’t know pointy like an arrow was fashionable these days! She then began shaving the front of my hairline all the way around my forhead, When I quickly asked “what are you doing? And how long have you been doing hair? She replied “Never in a store, but I’ve been doing it from home for a while.”I thought sport clips was sure bet for a men’s haircut. After this, I promptly asked to be done, we checked out and paid. I’m not even that upset. It’s just hair and it’s probably fixable, just wanting to give some context to other customers, to make sure your stylist can cut men’s hair... This portion of the experience I would give 1 Star.I’m going to spend another $50 now to go try and get this haircut fixed. To the new owners of the Sport Clips Jackson Creek, please hire stylists that know how to cut men’s hair...

This is a sorry place to get your haircut! My husband has gotten really bad haircuts from here, and the latest haircut the lady cut him on the back of the neck! Not once but twice! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Too long wait in on busy time. Plus 20 $ for my son was too much and tip??? We will find other place for haircut.

This place is aweful...i went a couple months back and it was really good, and i had no problems. I went again expecting the same, but the lady who did my haircut did it so poorly that I now have 3 different length patches on the top of my head. I asked her to keep it long on top, more than an inch, but what I got was a sad rush job. Leaving the front of my hair unevenly cut. There is almost half an inch difference between the top left and the top right. I am very dissatisfied and will not be returning.If you dont care what your hair looks like then come here; they dont care either.

I dont think this place is worth taking a chance on again--I wouldnt if I were you. I had one decent haircut from them and one that I thought was so bad that I had to stop at before it got worse.

Dont come here if you want to get scalped, dont come here if you have to go to a wedding the next day, the person that cut my hair, cut it in 5mins, I was fortunate to say ok thats all before she gave me a bert and ernie cut, I took a chance because it was down the street, was sooo mad I didnt even want to argue about a refund, lessons learned. Never again will you get my business. They should take their time and pay attention, if I wanted a marine cut Ill go to the base.

Great Sports Clips location. Reservation was made easily and checked in online. Did great with my 3 year old boys haircut and did a great job with my haircut as well. Highly recommend Darla! She was fantastic and really listened to the style I was going for and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it.
