I came in to get a little off the top and get lined up, I came out with a flat top. I am not pleased.

I have been going to Elm for a while now, and can easily recommend them. The staff are all polite, professional, and talented. Greg has been my barber since I first started going, and he does an amazing job. Please give Elm a look if you need a good cut at a good price!

I cannot suggest this place any longer. The barber paid more attention to the television than my hair. I had to basically shave everything to clean it up and start over. They also contacted me and said I should leave a more descriptive review and that I shouldnt have tipped the guy. While I wont be returning I still tipped just not as large as usual. Guys gotta make a living just needs to know where me messed up. Better?

Called and made an appointment ahead of time, when I showed up however, I was told to leave because there was someone else on the way. Not even there. Just on the way….

I saw an earlier review stating that The woman didn’t do a good job? That wasn’t the case with me, gave me a haircut and shaped my beard perfectly which isn’t easy to do, because I know many others in the past have tried and failed, I will make this My new barber shop

Ive been growing hair from the top of my head for at least 40 years, it generally takes me months, sometimes years, to find the right barber in a new area. Elm Barber Shop is the right amount of everything, they offer stellar haircuts by professional barbers (in my case Erika), in a comfortable atmosphere without the pretentious decor and unneeded amenities. I will be frequenting this fine establishment and benefiting from the skills of said barbers for as long as Im in the area. ✌🏻 Seriously one of the best cuts I have ever received.

I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who did my haircut, but I imagine everyone is just as capable there.. all seemed very professional. $20 for a cut, which is pretty much standard in this city, but noticed they do have discounts for veterans and kids. But with all this covid stuff going on, I came in kind of looking like wolf man, lol. But came out looking more like a business professional, and felt much more human after going so long without! They have and use PPE if you have any concerns, and minimize how much time you might have to move your mask for sideburns or a beard. Either way, definitely recommend.

This is where you go to get a haircut before that date with someone you want to make a perfect impression with, or right before you go to a job interview. The attention to detail on display every time I go to Elm is spectacular, and the environment is clean, comfortable, and relaxing to be in. Every time I walk in looking like a bum and leave looking like a million bucks! I can not recommend going to Elm enough.

This place is always slammed on the weekends. Its the old school barbershop, with a new school feel. I would have given more stars but the girl that cut my hair did not say a single word to me. I felt like i was joining bootcamp with uncomfortable silence. its still a fresh place to go with $20 guys cuts.The owner fixed me up the first time i visited and it came out fresh!

Made an appointment online for a haircut. So far so good. When I get there, the person I made it with isnt working that day? Whats the point of online appointments then? I waited around for 40 more minutes, well past my original time, to see if I could get a cut, but there was little or no apparent effort to help me out. I will not be returning.

Been to a few barber shops around here. This one is most certainly the best. She didnt rush my haircut like most other places do. Definitely plan on returning.

This is a great shop. My brother, dad and I all go to Elm when we need a cut. The shop is clean, has a great vibe and every barber is a professional. There is a barber for every type of person and hair at Elm. It gets busy, so I recommend calling or booking an appointment online.

After procrastinating a few months. I finally booked an appointment with Luke Will. I have had the same barber my entire life. So making a change was strange. UI truly could not be happier. Luke is a local barber with some of the best old age / new age skill I have ever seen. I felt truly taken care of like a gentlemen. I have the best cut and fade of my entire life> I am picky but my standards are set to a new level. Shop local, receive better service and pay less. It truly could not be easier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to give these guys a call.

Needed to find a new place since my last place kept giving me bad cuts. Went in this morning and Heather gave me a great cut. She explained what she was going to do to get my hair back in shape and the results show she knows what she is doing. Ive already got 3 compliments from people at work. This is the only place I go to. I always get my haircut with Greg and he is a master of his craft. The attention to detail is insane. You want a barber that walks in circles around you looking for every little imperfection and detail they can correct and that is always what I get with Greg. I seriously will keep going here till he retires from cutting.

Nice lil homie feel Barber shop. 8chairs and tvs to watch, my Barber this time around was a young female with very light touch hands. Asked for a baby smooth bald cut, ended up with a very clean stubble cut. Better then some others that had from barbers, just not the baby smooth I was looking for. Held a very good conversation.

Im 40 years old and have been trying for 40 years to find a good consistent haircut and a barber I found it with Luke hes got a customer for life hes always consistent with his cuts uses a straight razor and always takes his time to perfection every time I recommend elm Street Barber highly to everybody.

Best haircut experience ever! I have never been able to get my hair cut exactly as I wanted it on my first visit with any barber. Luke nailed my high fade to a T the very first time around.I would seriously drive across Colorado Springs just to get my haircut here!!

Had an appointment set for me and my son for hair cuts with 2 different barbers at this shop at the the same time (one of which is an owner). We had set our appointments several weeks before hand at our last hair cut. I received the text notification for our appointment as normal. When we showed up, neither of our barbers were there, and I was told by a third barber they must have just ran go get a drink, Im not sure. After waiting for over 15 minutes we left. TO THE SHOP: If I had the time to sit around and wait for you to decide to show up whenever you want I wouldnt bother setting an appointment or ALWAYS tipping 50%. I am Very Disappointed!!!! Especially because on my first visit I explained my frustration about other barber shops not offering appointments and that I was willing to pay more so I didnt have to wait. I have been to the establishment 4 separate times every one of which I called ahead or had otherwise previously schedule my appointment.

The guys know how to really cut hair and now how to make a trim and make excellent fades. But the female working there did not listen to what I asked for and practically shaved my head when I asked for a trim. DO NOT GET THE FEMALE WORKING THERE! The guys know what they are doing.

Luke Has been my beard and well, shoulder up barber for a few years now and I’d go full caveman before going anywhere else, I always felt butchered leaving other places but here I’m happy every time I leave.
