Ive been a customer for about 3 years, so I think its time for a review. Lindsey is an absolutely fabulous stylist. Her rates are reasonable and her talent is off the charts. Ive wild, curly red hair that behaves like a beast. Lindsey understands that and works WITH my hair. Ive never left her salon with my hair so full of hairspray that a 50mph wind wouldnt move it. She also understands and honors my personal style. Today I brought my mom with me, so she could have her hair cut in a style that fits her lifestyle and her personal style. Lindsey listened to what she had to say and discussed what my moms hair goals are with her. Then Lindsey responded by acting upon my moms preference. She cut and styled my mothers hair beautifully. Lindsey acted as the perfect host to a pair of ladies seeking the full salon experience, ever respectful, courteous and professional all while being very personable.

Im so pleased I found Lindsay as a hairdresser. Shes amazing, she is like a hair artist! She is tremendous with color and she can cut your hair however you want it. She is the best to talk to you, shell take time to listen and have an actual conversation with you. Lindsay has a real gift and talent, she was made for this industry. She not only loves hair but she loves people and it shows in how hard she works and how well she treats you.

Lindsey was just great! She made me very comfortable, listened to my hair problems and gave me a great haircut that I just love! I cant stop touching my hair and my husband keeps saying how beautiful it looks. Im usually nervous about salons and getting my hair done in general, but I can tell Lindsey is a keeper-I will definitely be going back!PS: She has an awesome personality!

Hands down the best hairdresser in Colorado Springs! I would never trust anyone else with my hair. Shes very knowledgeable and trendy. I know that she will always delivery exactly what I envisioned for my hair. If you havent been to Lindsey yet then you are missing out on having the best hair of your life!

Ive been going to Lindsey for well over 2 years now. I feel like a brand new person every time I walk out of her salon. Not only do I get the best cut and color in town shes a sweetheart and wonderful to talk to. She always listens to what ideas I have for my hair turns out better than I envision every time. Needless to say she has a customer for life here.

Not going back! I had 4 appointments with Lindsey & she rescheduled 3 of them - this last one was 10 minutes before our appointment! Didnt help that at the last appointment, she cut me too short. I deserve more respect than that.

I had a wonderful time talking to Lindsey, she knew very quickly exactly what I was looking for. She has a great sense of style and an eye for visual ascetic. I find it extremely easy to style my hair myself now with the work she did to it. I can spend minimal effort in the morning and have my hair looking great!

I love my hair!!!!!!! Ive been to Lindsey for around 5yrs now and she always listens to what I want and delivers. I cant even tell you how many compliments Ive gotten in the week since Ive gotten my hair done. Totally worth the price.

I had been growing out my hair and was finally ready to trust someone with it after a few bad experiences. I chose Lindsey after seeing her online gallery and great reviews. I am so in love with my hair!!! She gave me the most beautiful beige blonde and amazing cut. I walked out of there feeling like an million bucks and excited to find a stylist that listens and cares about my hair. Thank you so much Lindsey!

Made my reservation a week early and I was super excited to come because my friend said the hairstylist was absolutely phenomenal. Drove an hour to get to Colorado Springs. Arrived at the to studio it was dark and locked. Called number went straight to voicemail. Extremely disappointed do not recommend.

Lindsey does really beautiful bold and vibrant colors. Her styles are seamless and she has a heart of gold! Love her!

I made an appointment on the provided form and received a confirmation. I showed up at my appointment time and the studio was dark and locked. No notice of cancelation. I waited for a half hour and even called her number. No answer. No call returned. This is incredibly unprofessional. I had to arrange childcare so I could attend my appointment.

Went here once for a haircut. Lindsey was great. Recommended her to friend we arrived to the studio it was locked and closed she she didnt answer her phone or text. Straight to voicemail. Very disappointed. Will not return or recommend.

DONT TRUST FEEDBACK ON HER WEBSITE. She deletes any feedback left less than 5 stars giving a false rating. I left a 3 star rating on her website based on my last visit with her along with an explanation of what happened. Apparently she picks and chooses what kind of feedback is posted. Not very ethical or moral. So now I am posting 1 star and doing so here where she cant delete it. Up until this point, I was pleased with Lindseys work. I had 2 previous cuts and color by her. However, the 3rd and last time I saw her it seemed she used the wrong color (my usual color is a very dark brown). When the towel came off it appeared auburn red. When I asked whether she used a red, she replied it was her lighting and when I got home I would see it was the correct color. I got home and it was in fact red with orange highlights. I previously told her on several occasions that red does not go well with my skin tone. She either forgot or did not care. In any case, I understand accidents happen. Just own up to it and fix it. I planned to pay her to fix it. I was not mad - yet. I left phone messages and emails about being uncomfortable with the color and wanting it fixed. I got no reply. I went ahead and made an appointment online but ultimately decided to go elsewhere. I know she got my messages because the last email I left for her I told her to cancel my next appointment. Within minutes I got a notice my appointment was cancelled. I find that to be very unprofessional and quite rude. I was very disappointed as I thought she was a bigger person than that. Beware - because if something goes wrong, You will be on your own.

I had a VERY NEGATIVE experience here. She was supposed to give me a simple lob haircut with some highlights. I was charged $260, my cut was un-even, my color was orange with white over processed spots underneath, which fried and broke off. I had to make 2 trips there, wasted my gas and time, and never got compensated back for the price I paid, only quoted another $70 to fix the color on my next visit. Ive had to walk around embarrassed for 2 wks with this hair. I tried to privately fix this but you treated me very poorly!

I absolutely love Lindsey! I totally trust her with my hair and I always leave her salon feeling like a million bucks!! Shes an amazing colorist whether youre going for platinum blonde, ombre, or even galaxy hair! I would defibitely recommend her to anyone!
