So I would like to start this off by saying that Tara is really professional and does an AMAZING job. She’s who I had previously booked with. Recently I made the mistake of booking with Lauren, she was extremely sweet, but used blue bleach on my hair (which is blonde) and didn’t measure the developer at all and barely lightened my hair. At most my hair lightened one shade, leaving a really strong line between my platinum and the roots which I had paid to be redone. I asked her multiple times throughout the appointment if it was light enough (because I knew it wasn’t) and she assured me it was. Now I’ll have to find someone to do a color correction on me because by the time someone will have time for me my roots will have grown out and there will be a band of yellow outside of them. If I knew it was going to turn out this way I would have done it myself. I paid $200 to have to pay more than that for a color correction.And they didn’t return my call when I called about this.This image is 2 days after I got my roots done. They were supposed to match the color of my hair.Update: for clarification I did try to reach out to her directly. Multiple times. As a stylist she also should have responded to this. That would have been the professional thing to do. And while I understand that everyone there is individually contracted, their work still reflects on this business as a whole. If I called the salon someone should have given me a call back, or someone should have told her to.

Hannah is truly a hair color artist, she cares and it shows. I had my hair done for the second time here and she was so patient and understanding with my indecisiveness. She confirmed everything every step along the way to ease my nerves, it helped so much. The color is bright, varied and beautiful. The cut is even better than the last one, which didnt seem possible.I had an amazing experience.

I went in Saturday for a haircut with Kim it was the WORST haircut I have ever received, the back is visibly not even the sides are different lengths and not connected, I now have to go somewhere else to see if they can fix it! I hate throwing someone under the bus but she cannot cut hair!! Definitely will not return!

Stylist texted me at 858 to tell me they woke up late and wouldnt be there on time. Unfortunate series of events.

Lauren is great! I am on vacation for my anniversary and decided I needed to do something with my hair! It was a train wreck! Super long, thick,and curly/frizzy and an unfortunate home attempt to dye my hair to cover my gray while Covid was in full swing. Not cute!She fixed it all! Covered my gray and more, gave me a cute caramel balayage, and a nice trim with long layers! I feel like a new woman! If you are in search of a new hairdresser I would check her out!! Also, the Salon is super cute and everyone I came in contact with was friendly.

Alex gave me a great pixie cut. After a couple year of letting my hair just grow however it wanted to. She was able to control that mess back to a tame pixie, and have me walking out looking like a put together women nobody can ever say that.

The haircut I received from Hannah was amazing. She was super personable, and I loved everything about my interaction with her.The 4 star review is simply because several staff members (not including Hannah) were not wearing masks, and were not taking Covid precautions.

Keauna was AMAZING! I had no idea what I wanted and have her full artist control and she did not disappoint. I will be going back to her in the future. I’ll also be booking my 4 daughters with her as well. A million times satisfied.

I booked online with Eden (downtown) and received a message saying Hannah would be my stylist for my appointment. She called me the day of to make sure she had supplies for my visit. I told her over the phone I just wanted my roots touched up (grown out balayage) and that I wanted Demi-gloss to be used because no one can get permanent right in my hair and I end upwith “hot”/red roots. I would also be getting a trim. I came in expecting a typical appointment 1-1.5 hours. I was there for nearly 3 hours (got a parking ticket) and left with one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had AND hot roots. She used the permanent anyway, even though I asked her not to. My bangs framed my face on one side and went straight across and into my hairline on the other. The layering she did left my hair looking super thin. The next day after washing my hair my ends looked frayed like maybe the scissors were dull. With the ends frayed you could really see how choppy it was. Some of the layers went really high on one side and not the other. I messaged her to discuss the color (the terrible cut was done. No point in discussing). She was willing to fix it but I missed the time she was available (my fault). She graciously messaged me to see when I could come it to correct the color. l told her my availability and she left me on read. That was three weeks ago. Honestly, it’s just as well. I don’t trust her to touch it again. $150 after tip to trash my hair. I traveled back home for spring break and had someone I trusted recolor and cut all my hair off so I can start over. Drastic, but my hair was ruined. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever have my hair colored again. Super sad. It’ll take me about 3 years to grow my hair back out. I cannot recommend this stylist for cut/color.

Johnny has been my barber for the last two years and I go every two weeks. He’s phenomenal, efficient, friendly, and well priced.However, the last two times I’ve visited, the owner, 3 stylists, and the receptionist were not wearing masks. Johnny was and has since they’ve reopened. I’m thoroughly disappointed they the employees and owner feel that they are above the law and aren’t taking their clients and their families lives serious. I’ve reported them to the CDC and the El Paso Health Department so that they are able to investigate.

Michelle cut my hair for the first time this week. She was so kind and understanding of what I pictured for my cut. Hands down the absolute best haircut I have ever received! The place was emasculate and all employees were following all safety precautions for COVID regulations. Can’t wait to go back!

This was the best salon i ever went to. I came here last summerish and i cant remember the name if my stylist now but she was fantastic. I want to go back to her again! I actually moved to Parker and just got a terrible color at the new solon I tried, and that made me think of of how I got the perfect cut and color here. Next time I want to color and cut my hair, Ill be making the hour and a half drive to Eden. At least I can count on them to do it right. Get your hair done here!!

Im a dude with curly hair so I have to be picky. I went to one Salon Eden stylist but it ended up being an advertisement for DevaCurl, and a surprise $60 haircut. Long after I figure I try again with another stylist and my girlfriend suggested Marcus. Marcus was awesome, didnt try to sell me snake oil, and gave me a good trim at a good price. Thank you for being cool AF, Marcus.

Very clean and sanitary. Very professional atmosphere. All the stylist are friendly and professional as well and listen to your needs and concerns. Highly recommend. If you are looking for a new salon or barbershop this is the place for you! 10 out of 10 would recommend to family and friends. I love this place! But i made a bad choice in the barber. Cut off wayyy too much hair. I got a cut in November and still havent reached growing the length i asked for. And he shaved too much of my sides, my natural highlights are shaved off even though i specifically asked to avoid those. I am very specific with my cuts, and i really tried to brush this bad haircut off, but its been 3+ months and my hair is still screwed and Im going to have to go through this horrible hair growing struggle AGAIN, with shaved sides. I went to Marcus. Go to anyone else. Marcus is very fun! Really nice room and all, but NOT the cut i asked for, which is the most important part. I love you guys, this is a certified bruh moment though, and im heartbroken over my natural highlights being shaved completely.
