Thoroughly Satisfied with the experience! I am on Vacation in Colorado Springs from Florida and needed my Ears lowered. My Stylist Morgan did a PHENOMENAL job on my cut! Back home I have used the same barber for years and am finicky about letting others give me a cut. She also was positive and had great conversation! The Stylist who cut my brothers hair Marquita, was equal with positive energy and quality of workmanship! Very chill environment! Good job Ladies!

I went to try it out and get a new place to get a hair cut and was disappointed. With a place that says haircut for men could be correct but not a great hair cut. I have a hard time finding a place that does good haircuts and be able to go back because of good service too.I dont ask for much I just want a good medium fade. I made an appointment only to wait 10 minutes past my appointment time then have a cut that took 45 mins for a medium military fade. That would only take a max 20 minutes.The price on the board said $16 for a haircut, cool a little pricey thinking I would get a good haircut... Nope the line was wavey on the back of my head which my wife told me she saw and some bits where not faded correctly when I got back in the car. On top of all this the total was $24 when I went to pay. I ask the woman why it was not $16 since its just a haircut she replied because she used an electric box razor to get close to the skin. I was appalled at the price and I didnt even get a military discount after I asked if they did military pricing which she said they do.Some bait and switch tactics going on at this place. I should have left when a old man and what looked like his two grandsons left paying a $70 + bill and he even ask for a discount which I dont know if they gave him one.I ended up going home and having my wife fade it correctly and she did a good job and she doesnt even cut hair for a living. Wasted time and money. Posted is a picture of the back of my head after visiting this place.

Overall the experience was good. Was able to get my son right in and she did a good job. Only thing Id change is that she wasnt very personable. You can tell she was there just because she had to be and wasnt really interested in the actual customer service part.

Stylist Sissy went home before my scheduled appointment and left me high and dry, thanks to Eileen who stepped up to fix a potential problem. The only issue was they didnt have someone to answer the phones so Eileen had to stop taking care of me to answer the phone 6 times, while the manager didnt stop taking care of their client at all.

Been twice now. First time was great. Walked right in and got an awesome haircut! Second time I had the pleasure of getting a stylist (don’t remember her name but she had every color of the rainbow in her hair) that droned on and on about politics and my simple mens haircut that normally takes 15 minutes took almost an hour. Turned out nice but it was a little annoying.

I spent a while looking for a good barbershop in town and didnt have much success. I stumbled upon Lady Janes online and have been going there for a while now. No matter who cuts my hair, I always leave satisfied and feeling good. The straight razor, warm towel, and shampoo are totally worth it.

Easy staff to have a conversation with and very real, genuine, and down to earth. They do a professional job and have lots of great services to provide more than just a clip!

Fast, friendly, much better priced than Floyds with equal or better quality.

They take very good care of you. The atmosphere is not crazy. It is spa like. The only downside is that the prices are high. Expect an expensive bill for a haircut.

The first 4 cuts were great until recently. I made an appointment 3 tes in 2 weeks. I arrived on time and waited 30 minutes 1st time amd no communication if running behind or will be right with you but phone rang and a taller girl with colorful clothes answered and said they were getting ready to close. She hung up amd said i dont know why they have to call.at last minute to get a haircut when they had all day to make an appointment. The second i waited 15 mimutes and knew it would be a very long wait. The 3rd time i waited 10 minutes and the same girl that answered the phone was just walking aeound with attitude. I think her ne was Alienne possibly. So much for making appointments when they are not honored at the correct time.

Great place for mens cuts. Cheap but good quality and friendly staff. Kids cuts are pretty good but not perfect. Also, an app-based check in would push this review to five stars.

This was the best haircut experience I have ever had. My barber/stylist did an amazing cut and beard trim. It is a little pricey but I highly recommend it.

Drove all over town looking for somewhere that was not a 40 plus minute wait, called up to this location and they were able to get me in immediately. Ashtyn cut my hair and did an incredible job. I will surely go here from now on and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new barber

Jessica did a great job. Definitely knows what she’s doing. Did a quick efficient and good job. Clean environment and good music for a barber shop. Prices were excellent for area barbershops.

Ive come here a few times since they opened. The prices are cheap and they have a variety of options that go up in price. The ladies working are always very friendly and do a great job for me. The only downside is that the shop doesnt have wifi. When Im waiting it would be nice to be able to connect to free WiFi like pretty much any other place.
