The blade shave after hot towel experience has helped my skin too - a bonus to a perfect line-up of my hair, beard, and moustache. Daniel communicates extremely well, seeks feedback, and gives recommendations. Easy booking online was a plus too.

I take my kids here and they see B-RAD. They love coming here, its an environment that is good for kids and for adults. The prices are fantastic for the cuts they get. I was not happy with the fade and shape of my cut. I ask the young lady to shape my hair cut like a Afro would be shaped, just a shorter length and after she had cut too much hair off the sides. Her excuse was that the fade was too high on the sides when I walked in. I showed her a photo of what I was looking for beforehand.Not a happy customer at all!! Worst cut ever, and to top it off she gouged one side of the supposed to be fade on one side and pull back the line up on the other. My hair line is now too high on one side. Not that way when I arrived.

Been here a few times each time by a different barber to get a fade and beard trim and iv had a great experience every time. Very clean, relaxed and professional environment. You definitely get what you pay for in price and its been worth it every time.

Went in today and got a fade!! Absolutely the worst cut Ive ever gotten! Jon cut my hair and it was a horrible experience. He did the complete opposite of what I wanted!! Practically shaved my head bald.. He tried to blend my hair with thinning shears! The barber next to him was wearing flip flop slides!! Very unprofessional..

Went in to get a haircut, came out with so much more. Jonathan gave me an absolute killer cut. He went into detail about why and how he was cutting my hair to match my head shape. More of a hair artist than anything else. I expected to pay WAY more than I did. The quality of hair cut exceeded the price I payed.

Q is by far the best barber I have ever seen. Fades are magical. You wont be disappointed. Wife said its the best cut and beard trim shes seen on me in 15 years. The only problem is that hes not a secret and hes always booked!

I absolutely loved Faded Image. Before the actual review, Faded Image kind of sounds like something straight out of a video game, or sounds like it would do ONLY old-school haircuts. Ive been there twice, with my barber Jonathan No-Last-Name, and I think its awesome. They give you tips and tricks as you go there, too! So its a haircut and an education all in one! Overall, great barber, great haircut, and great name. 10/10 Would Recommend.

Halat got me in on short notice. Must say that he got me looking fresh as morning donuts. Crisp, well defined lines and a perfectly blended fade as requested. Also hooked me up with some really good beard oil infused with CBD. I will most assuredly be back to let him get me right again and again.

Was visiting Colorado from Texas. My son and I needed haircuts before our flight back. We walked into faded image on a last second note and at first we’re told we couldn’t get haircuts. Then was approached by Halat and he said he doesn’t mind staying late to give a haircut. I have never had such an incredible experience in a barber chair for my son and I. His attention to detail and incredible customer service was amazing. Will always come back when I visit Colorado.

I moved to Colorado Springs, CO this year in June and during that time, I tried numerous barbershops and none came close to offering the same quality of service that I have received at Faded Image. More specifically, my barbers name is Hannah and she takes her time to ensure that each week I leave with a spectacular haircut and fresh lineup. Additionally, she is able to offer various styles of haircuts as well as fades and is the epitome of professionalism. I highly recommend stopping in and checking her and the shop out if youre looking for a clean, quality cut.

Ive been living in the springs for a little over 2 years and hadnt been able to get a decent haircut in that time span. I would sometimes go back home to Vegas just to get a haircut. My wife found this place and Aaron has been cutting my sons hair for a while and I got mine done for the first time and it was great.Aaron did a great job and had a lot of attention to detail that I couldnt find from other barbers. I recommend Faded Image to anyone who wants a good cut.

Faded Image is without a doubt the best Barber Shop around. It was nice to see a Barbershop that takes pride in cleanliness and service. Good music was playing and big screen TV’s around the shop, so nice and comfortable. I saw Aaron Hart who truly has a gift and his passion sets him apart. I got the best cut and beard trim! There were no prices posted that I saw other than what I read on the shop’s website before visiting. I wasn’t sure what length I wanted my hair on top so I asked the barber, Anthony (AKA Pony Boy), to try a few lengths of guards. We settled on one but he tried to convince me it was a “1 1/2” guard. I pressed the issue then he admitted under questioning that it was a 3/16. I found that odd but didn’t think about it much. At the conclusion of my haircut he charged me a full $10 over the listed price online. I pressed that issue as well and he offered a $5 discount. Needless to say, that sort of dishonesty is abhorrent. I’m not sure I even understand the reasons for attempting to mislead me on the size of guard used but over charging me for a service is unacceptable. I will not be visiting this establishment again. The owner should be ashamed that he/she allows their employees to try and get over on customers in this way.

Always keep the name of a great barber a secret.I’m going to violate this rule to give my man, Vince, at The Faded Image recognition. The shop has a very inviting and entertaining atmosphere. Vince’s application of his skills is very meticulous and thorough. He has my trust and my repeat business as a client. I can not recommend him and the crew at The Faded Image highly enough.Just don’t book him up to the point where I can’t get on his schedule!

Ive been going to Q to get my hair cut and beard trimmed for 6 years and highly recommend his artistic perfection to anyone who wants the best haircut in the area. You need to book in advance, but he can do anything youre looking for, including razor designs and beard lines.

Syd M shaved my undercut on Sunday afternoon and even offered to do a couple lines in it for me. She was super sweet and very professional. The shop was also very clean and the space was comfortable.

Incredibly horrible customer service here. Door says walk ins welcome, signed in a on their log and sat down. Was there almost an hour watched a 3 people that came in after me go ahead of me because they were cool with the barbers here. Very unprofessional service, it was only when I walked into the area and turned to leave that a guy came after me to ask if I had an appointment? Dude you saw me sitting there the entire time. I wont be coming back here and Ill be telling everyone in my military unit to avoid this place as well.
