The apartments are absolutly beautiful! Management and maintenance all have amazing personalities and very kind! Only downfall, u can never contact mgnt for issues, concerns or questions. It takes days for replies and sometimes you dont get calls back. I can only assume they are inundated and need more people in the office. It would be nice to be able to call the office and actually talk to someone. Id give five stars if the really BIG issue was resolved.God bless!

Nice til you are trapped in a lease. Im not friends with management nor am I getting paid so Im gonna be honest. Management retaliate when you have a complaint. Extra charges when you move out. Not worth it at all😕 Stay attorney ready!!

Maintenance is always excellent and courteous.

So far my experience has been nothing but 5 Stars! We applied to Winfield about 4 weeks ago and we just moved in the management was incredible to work with us on such a short time period! The apartment we moved into is such a blessing to my husband and I! Very nice carpets so much space and central heating and cooling! It is so nice that I don’t have to have baseboards or window units to heat/cool my residence. Fabi the manager is a wonderful human being, so far during night time it is quiet and peaceful the other tenants follow sound curfew. I haven’t had any trouble finding parking. And I’ve read all the complaints about mold but during the lease you have to sign about 2 pages about, if you find mold and the protocol you need to follow. It is so wonderful to see children playing outside you don’t find that often! This seems like a very family friendly place! I am so pleased and happy already! And when we were completing the remaining of the application process the maintenance men came and introduced themselves they were very kind and friendly! I will give an update in 3 months!

The management was excellent! Fabi was a wonderful lady who was always helpful . It’s a safe and welcoming environment .

My experience at Winfield was nothing short of a positive one .I felt safe and comfortable in the environment . I was highly satisfied with the appearance of the community . Great landscaping and always clean . Overall amazing neighborhood!

Had a very good experience with the manager Fabi, she is so nice and sweet! Very helpful, juan is also a hardworking maintenance man and repaired my sink with a good attitude!!!

Feeling blessed to really be able to finally find a secure, safe and clean home for my kids and I. Have been here for a yr already and although it was lil Rocky when we first moved here due to neighbors I must say that it was handled appropriately. They are in the middle of remodeling the apartments and I love how my apt is looking. The staff really communicate well and make sure residents are taken care of. Thank you 😊

Give it 5 stars I have a year living in the Winfield apartment very clean very quiet person there is always parking, fabi the manager is a wonderful girl, the maintenance guys if they call, they come very quickly to fix what they damaged are very nice I give 5 stars you want to move to a nice, comfortable and quiet apartment, come here to Winfield and you will see that you will never regret it. 😉💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ❤️

Management stop playing games with people lives, if you say 1 car per household then 1 car per household all the VISITOR parking should be for visitors not residents with multiple cars, stop playing favorites and make the residents with multiple cars park in the street like you originally said. The residents that live here are not dumb and they are catching on to managements games . Treat those how you want to be treated because Karma is real.

The Winfield is a great place to live. I lived there for two years and I never had a problem with anything. It always felt like home to me and I am going to miss living here. The location is perfect and everything you need is in the area. The maintenance requests are always answered in a timely manner. I definitely recommend signing a lease here!

Somehow after living here for 2 years, I just managed to read the reviews and I felt compelled to offset some of the negative ones. I just signed another lease and I can say that even though there were initial snags moving in (two years ago) that my overall experience has been very positive! Current management is organized and excited to implement positive changes in the community. Maintenance is always quick to respond and very friendly! Compared to other complexes, parking is always readily available and usually right in front of my complex. And I actually love it when I see and hear the neighborhood kids outside- they SHOULD be outside! I am thankful to call Winfield home for another year.

Although these apartments tend to have some rowdy occupants and also some who do not comply with the noise/parking rules, the Front Office Staff is always willing to hear and address a complaint if I bring it to their attention. Fabi is a wonderful manager and she is always kind and respectful to me and my son. I am a single mom and have lived here for two years. The maintenance gentlemen are always working SO hard to ensure that Winfield Apartments are as well-kept and as tidy as they can be. This place is a scam they are so quick to take your move in money then when you live here its such a mess that you just want to move out dont waste your time with these crooks save yourself the time & money shame on you Winfield and security properties for running a scam of a living experience.Note to owner sell your property and give it to someone that cares 🔚

I moved into my apartment the summer of 2015 and love it. The office staff is efficient and observant of whats going on in this community. There are quiet hours and rules about keeping your front door area and back patio area clean and the management enforces it. There is also overnight security with a number to call for suspicious activity. I feel safe in this community.

I was displaced from my home so they could renovate kitchens and bath Roy even though I was safe and healthy and the safer at home order is still in place. They renovated the apartment above me me on and off for 30+ days disrupted my children’s schooling sent my ptsd through the roof I asked them to please stop not like we could go anywhere being quarantined at the time. Shut the water off without notifying the resident upstairs and then told them it be off all week so they were sent to a hotel room as well after moving in a week prior I signed my lease late December early January wasn’t told this was going to happen. They wouldn’t even replace my neighbor stove so she could cook her Easter ham she did it in my oven but the construction and renovation still went on over my head. I’ve never been so disrespected in my own home this is just wrong this is not how we treat our fellow American especially and honorably discharged decorated disabled veteran. I return my home this morning furniture is not put back to where it supposed to be the brand new fixtures sinks handles I’ll have fingerprints and different things on them so it’s new but it’s dirty there’s construction dust all over my dressers clothes people this isn’t the way you do business in this country. Bullied like never before we have rights as to an citizens especially right now and what we are all going through so more then others. Can’t enter the office to pay rent gotta knock and clip it to the door but willing to displace families and have dozens of people handle your personal stuff

I want to start by saying how greatly disappointed I am with this apartment complex. The apartment itself was great or would have been if I had been able to move in. I was in the process of selling my home and was on a time limit to move into an apartment. I applied with these apartments with plenty of time in advance and they were aware of my situation. I signed my lease and had a move in date arranged. When I showed up with a loaded moving truck to pick up my keys i found that the apartment had already been rented to another family the previous week. I was left in a terrible position to find another apartment in very short notice. I was offered another smaller apartment that someone had just moved out of and it was filthy, writing on the walls, stickers on the cabinets, bathrooms was filthy, I was assured it was move in ready. I literally started crying when I walked in to see it. The managers were less than apologetic and after many attempts to recoup my loses and promises from the corporate office. I dont recommend this apartment. I am currently in the process of taking them to court as I feel i have been left with no other options.

Really nice area first off. Pretty decent apartments for my first. Lived on the 2nd floor and neighbors werent too bad. Never had anything stolen or broken into(car, mailboxes, etc.) I lived here for about 9 months until I moved out, havent heard anything from the complex since.

Its quiet for the most part, you can hear kids playing during the day but thats what kids do. The grounds are well kept and maintenance is usually quite prompt when theres a problem.Vandalism happens but its not overly common.Theres a couple of teenage boys who spray paint buildings, shoot BB guns, and just cause trouble. My car window was shot out by BB guns pellets.My husband came home very late from work one night and caught two older boys spray painting, he chased them off but since he didnt know who they were or where they lived he didnt really have any solid information to give anyone.I think management is the overall biggest issue. The female office worker isnt very friendly, although shes polite she tends to act like shes being inconvenienced if you try to talk to her. The male manager is dishonest and unethical.One day the manger was in the parking lot yelling at the police to arrest the little neighbor boy for spray painting the building. The police refused stating that it wasnt spray paint, it wasnt vandalism, and there was no evidence that the boy had done it. The manager became even louder stating that he wanted to kick them out but needed a reason and told the police again to arrest the kid. All the neighbors in this particular area could hear him yelling. The police again refused and just left.My husband tried talking to the manager and telling him about the two older teenagers he had caught about a week earlier and that neither was the little neighbor boy but the manager said that he didnt care, as far as he was concerned since some of it was near the boys window than it was their fault and they were going to pay for it.My neighbor is being evicted because vandals spray painted outside her apartment, no one in her family even did it, it was the teenage vandals, management doesnt care, they just want someone to blame and they dont care if its the correct person. I heard of something similar happening to another family, where they were evicted for something someone else had done, but I dont know the particulars of that case.Also, if they dont want to renew your lease, they wont tell you if you have to move out or not, until the final day of your lease, when theyll send you an eviction notice. Ever since my husband talked to management and tried to tell him the truth of the spray painting the office staff havent returned any of our phone calls and if we go into the office in person than were told theyre too busy and we have to make an appointment, yet they wont give us an appointment.Overall its a quiet and safe area with pleasant neighbors, the complex itself is good and I would recommend it. However, management isnt very honest or ethical so beware of them and theyre why I wont recommend these apartments.

When I first saw the apartments I was excited to move into them. But thats where it ended.After being told I was approved they took a large deposit from me. And several weeks later informed me that they still had to check my income to see if I was really approved. This is when I was declined.I was told I would get my deposit back in 2 weeks. I spoke to them today and I was informed that my check had gotten mixed up with their end of month checks and got cashed/deposited into the wrong place. Therefore I will have to wait another 2 weeks for a new one to be cut for me.When I called angry about the situation they had no sympathy or remorse about he situation.Also, they rarely answer the phones or return calls from voicemail.DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!

Im not a resident, but reside in the neighborhood behind. We have contacted management multiple times in regards to resident child neglect, barking dogs at all hours of the night, trees from their property compromising our fence.....and the cake.....a resident shooting at our dogs with a BB gun. Never have we received a single response. Not even a return phone call to try and work things out. Its clear that management doesnt care about the impact their property has on the surrounding community, so we have just taken to contacting authorities instead. Their corporate office should be appalled.

Started the application process from out of state. Was told we were apparoved and they requested a two hundred dollar security deposit by cashier check. We sent a cashiers check on a Friday. Tried the following week to get a hold of them with no luck. Friday afternoon we received an email stating they still needed more info from me. At this point we had already found another place to live because this one would not respond to us. So we are now out two hundred dollars and still have not received a call back. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

The community is beautiful and it is in the prefect spot for everything. This is a true kid environment. Unfortunately, the leasing office isnt respectful of tenants with children who live on the 2nd floor. I have a friend who lives in this complex and I have witnessed on several occasions her neighbors harassing her and her children. When she reports the harassment to the community they make statements about her children which arent even true. The leasing staff change around so much that they arent organized enough to resolve and handle problems. Theres a reason they are always hiring. If they could keep staff then maybe they would be organized enough to ensure that everyone in the community is being treated fairly and with true respect. As far as I can tell they are violating fair housing and are discriminating against her. You cannot as a leasing office staff member entertain and participate in making slanderous claims without proof making it seem as if a 2 and 3 year old are too noisy for an apartment complex. To complain on babies about noise is crazy. Who picks on babies? I would not advise anyone in their right mind with little children to move to this community, mainly because the leasing staff allow neighbors to harass visitors and tenants with children. I even witnessed my friends neighbors throwing water balloons at her apartment door and the office does nothing. It is insane. I have never known this level of drama anywhere and the fact that they arent trying to help resolve anything makes it worse. The fact that they are acting like babies can truly be an issue in an apartment complex is a problem. This type of situation turns a perfectly great community to a horrible experience for those with families. Why would anyone with children want to live in such a great community thats kid friendly when staff and neighbors are allowed to be harassing? This is indeed a situation where corporate should get involved and I am looking for a lawyer for my friend. This will be reported and she has witnesses on how the leasing office and that neighbor has been treating her, her children and any guest she has which is few. She even made a police report on her issues with her neighbor so if the leasing office cant resolve this then another legal route is going to have to happen. No one should feel threaten in their own home and their children, young children shouldnt be threaten either. This is causing her emotional destress as a single mother trying to make a home for her 4 children. Enough is enough and again I would never advise anyone with children to move here based off what I have witnessed. I plan on putting this review everywhere I can find including BBB and I am researching housing authority whomever deals with complexes to report this issue. This is absolutely horrible.

Stay away from these liars and scammers!Not only do they violate private and personal information but once they access your info, they use it to harass and accuse. I have spoken to several agencies and found out that not only are their practices illegal but unethical. I have also spoken to an attorney and found out I can take them to court.They promised me a home for several months and took my deposit... Then denied and accepted me repeatedly. I spoke to Housing Authority and was told this was a common scam... to hold your money, delay your apartment, deny you and scare you because your lease is almost up... and they know you were banking on having a place, so now you will agree to anything to avoid becoming homeless.Run... don’t walk from this place!!!

Dont give your money to these people there apartments are breaking down and they dont seem to care. • residents also complain about mold in there apartments and nothing ever gets done.

We lived in those apartments for four years and nothing got fixed by the maintenance people. There was also a mold issue and they never came by for five months to adress it.. then they just painted over it to fix the issue. The mold made the people who lived there get sick as well :(

I was going to apply here but after reading these reviews no way! The manager doesnt even speak English it was very hard to understand her.

Its good in all. But, the rent is so high its about $900. Overall, its pretty good, safe good looking too.

Do not live here There is crazy dangerous mold and they won’t do anything about it I asked to stay in a hotel because I have a 2 year old and it’s unsafe and they don’t even give their maintenance the phone number to contact corporate for these issues they knew about the mold treated it themselves a few weeks later it was back and spread from my bathroom to closet and got so so so bad I’m extremely disappointed they do not care about there property at all and in my opinion security properties needs to step up and realize the problems and start fixing them before they end up with a law suit

Horrible place to live you can hear everything through the walls you can hear people talking at a normal conversation this place has no privacy this place just causes division between people and they do nothing about it stop giving these people money to live in a place that just causes stress do better for your self and your family do not live here .

Do NOT live here you will want to move out as soon as you move in, and management will not own up that they are a BAD management, there excuse if you are not happy here then move, well guess what residents are not happy with management then maybe they need to leave they are the ones causing the problems and not handling it correctly, they are using this complex for there person use to bring in there own families and friends, running this place based on feelings and not looking at the facts . This is affordable housing and there is no waiting list here like all the other affordable housing in the area and they dont see that its a problem .

I have lived here before and in my apartment I found two dead rats and gum in the carpet it just seemed very dirty

The people that live here a CRAZY! There are so many conflicts between residents and staff members.
