They are very happy to keep your nails healthy and have a multitude of different choices...gel, dip, basic, etc. They even have a bar stocked with your favorite spirits and non alcoholic drinks. Definitely will be back!

I got the dip manicure and pedicure done here and it was the best experience! The nail artists are all very nice and professional as well. They had complementary drinks and massage chairs as well. Definitely the best nail salon I’ve been to in the dfw area.

Central Nail Salon is my newest find. After being disgusted with all of the chemical smells that I took home as souvenirs after each visit to my previous nail spa, I decided to check this salon out. They are under new management and are definitely a cut above the rest. Not only do they use healthier products, they take the time to provide excellent customer service. As a small business, they work very hard to ensure they provide a quality experience and a desire for you to return to them. Their new extended evening hours are great for working moms.It is well worth the trip, even with the construction on Highway 26. Please check them out! You won’t want to go anywhere else!!! ❤️

Amazing service here today. A $50 pedicure was only $30 because of an amazing 40% off deal they’re doing on all pedicures. Got dip on my nails and they also did a superb job. Impeccable customer service all around and not to mention, a fully stocked bar! Highly recommend this nail salon to anyone!

I came last minute and they were so kind. They gave me the slushie jelly treatment and that felt amazing. They were very attentive to my needs. I got the therapeutic spa pedicure and I absolutely LOVED IT! The margaritas were great too! My nails and toes look beautiful! I will definitely be back. Definitely recommend this spot!

I’ve been twice now and unfortunately I haven’t had the best experiences. The first time, the nail tech was on a personal phone call the entire time, then after my massage kept walking off and would be gone for 5-10 minutes each time. My 50 minute pedicure took 2 hours and my polish didn’t look that great.I decided to give them another try today, especially with the wonderful sale they are running! The nail tech was amazing and professional and she gave me probably the best massage I’ve ever had! However, when it was time to polish my nails, the polish must have been old or diluted as she had to apply 3-4 coats to get it to look somewhat decent and then still, she had to remove polish from some toes and start over. So, this time my 40 minute pedicure took 2 hours. The massage was super relaxing, but sitting for an hour while getting your toes polished just gets irritating. It wasn’t her fault and I felt really bad for her. Another tech told me that they are working on getting new polish...They are all very friendly, but I think they lack in quality polish and variety of colors to choose from.

I arrived at 7:15 pm after a long day, knowing the salon closed at 8:00. The staff was willing to stay late and work on my pedicure until almost 8:30! I got the royal treatment. Have been here on previous occasions as well and always leave happy.

Been coming to this great salon for pedicures for a long time. Decided to try nails for the first time in years. The dip powder with an ombré effect is absolutely beautiful. Vivian did an awesome job!!!! I am very happy.

I had to come leave a review because I am beyond impressed with the quality of work from this place. Yesterday I slammed my thumb in a car door. Not only did the thickness of my acrylic nail keep me from breaking the tip of my thumb, the acrylic nail itself didnt even break or crack. I dont think quality gets much better that! Also the people who work here are very warm and inviting and make you feel very welcome. The girl who did my nails took her time and made sure to do her best. I definitely will be returning here!

I walked in without an appointment and was cheerfully greeted. They posted a special on their Facebook page and to my delight, they brought it up and gave me the discount without my having to ask for it. I had the queen pedicure and definitely recommend it. I also had a basic manicure. Best foot massage ever and a shoulder massage was included. I will be returning, the staff really treated me well.

Ive tried every nail salon in Colleyville and all along Grapevine Hwy. Finally! I have found the best. Not crowded, rushed, or gimmicky. Just a lovely, quiet atmosphere with excellent service. Best pedicure and gel nails in the DFW. If you are not coming here, youre not getting the best.

$200 2 pedi and 2 dip manicures that I will never get back. Horrible on allCounts. Tech actually cleaned her tools in my pedi water.... while my feet were still in there. I will have to go and redo the dip this week.1st time and last time I will spend my money at this “salon” .

Had a great experience at Central Nail Salon today. The salon was very clean looking and modern with an updated look. My technician was Christine and she did an amazing job on my mani and pedi. They used this jelly thing to soak my feet that felt squishy but really relaxing. She also exfoliated my feet, moisturized, did the hot stone, and wrapped it in a steamed towel. I felt like a queen, yass! I also got the powder dip, I was afraid it would take a long time but it didnt take as long as I thought it would and she did a wonderful job. The manager gave us drinks from the bar also, that is a first for me. They were all so nice and professional. The price isnt bad either for an hour and a half of leg and arm massage with the powder dip. I would definitely come back and get the same package again.

*DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!* Went for a pedicure but what I got was an infected 2nd degree burn on my Leg.On 8/25/2016 I got a Premium Pedicure and manicure service. With the pedicure I got salt scrub, hot oil/stone massage and hot leg wraps. After I received my treatment I let the staff know that my legs hurt and something was wrong, and they even acknowledged a small sore that had appeared on my right leg after the aforementioned. But they didnt seem concerned & finished painting my nails. NOW I HAVE AN INFECTED SECOND DEGREE BURN with multiple small wounds covering my entire shin. (Pictures included are graphic but you must know)My physician has prescribed steroids and antibiotics. (Currently still being treated). THESE PEOPLE ARE CLUELESS AND UNREMORSEFUL...which is frightening because there is NO indication that they will change a thing to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I have gone back to the salon twice to show them what happened, and both times they complained TO ME that they have already refunded me $35 (which by the way was only a PARTIAL refund...since they didnt burn my hands in the manicure!) and that they have already lost this money.... Like I should have pity on them. *These people are dangerous.*

The pedicure I received was amazing, however my nails were awful. I got the dip powder and I asked for a coffin shape, and the nail tech tried to convince me to do a different shape. When she finally agreed to do them how I asked, she had zero interest and did not even glue down my nails properly. At one point when one nail wouldnt stay down she just dumped a ton of nail glue on it and moved on. I had the glue all on my finger and under my nail..it was awful. When she asked me what length I wanted, she cut them too short and then asked if they were okay. At this point I was frustrated and just let it go - figuring that they would grow in about a week to the length I really wanted. She continued to cut my nails all to be different lengths, and later I realized she didnt even use the same size acrylics on each hand.Fast forward to when the dip powder was applied and she should have gone over them with a file to reshape the nails and polish them off -- she didnt! I had powder practically on my knuckles and she didnt even bother to clean up the edges or anything. When she did finally file the shape to clean them up, it felt like she was using a feather to get the job done. They were very squatty and misshapen, and my thumbs had weird bulging shapes on each side... not even close to what a coffin shape nail should look like.I was so appalled by them I didnt even want to stay another minute to have her fix them. I paid for my service, although I feel like it was so horrible I shouldnt have, and left. Yesterday I returned to my usual nail salon to have them redone, as I didnt want to risk having another experience like the first at Central Nail Spa.It was heart breaking and frustrating, because I decided to go to Central based on its wonderful reviews, and the inside of the salon was very nice. However, my experience was the worst Ive ever had. I only rated 2 stars because of my pedicure. I will never come back to this place again.
