I love this nail salon. The prices are good, the nail technicians are really kind and my nails look great! My 7 year old daughter loved her Pedi too!

The kind beautiful ladies at this nail salon sets the bar very high in service, building cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere. I would definitely revisit luxury nails.

There are probably 20 salons closer to where I live and work but I havent had a good experience or loved my results as much as I do when I make the drive to Luxury Nail Spa. Im new to going back there so Im not a regular yet, but they treat the regulars like family. I got an amazing pedicure yesterday and my nails always look really great! A few of the nails on my right hand kind of bend upward, its weird, but at Luxury Nails they always make them look normal! Not everyone Ive been to can do that!

Have been going here for over 2 years now! Simply love the service you get from this professional staff. Will keep coming back!

A friend has been going to Holly for awhile, so I went and asked for Holly, she is amazing and so nice! The second and third times I went I didnt have an appointment, but the woman who did my nails both times did a great job. I am super hard on my hands due to my job but they told me I should use the powder dipped nail polish instead of gel and it works great!!!!!! Great advice!

Chloe does a great job on our pedicures and waxing. I take my whole family here and they always do wonderful work. We usually go during the weekdays since its less crowded.

Five stars for quality of work from most of the nail artists! I have only been disappointed a couple times by them telling me I can get in right away, but then I wait for 45 minutes... now Im just sure to be very direct that I will comeBack if there is any wait. Very clean and mostly friendly environment though!

I have ingrown on my first three nails on each foot, and it causes a lot of pain actually and I really had to get them fixed right away. Unfortunately my first choice in salons is closed on Sundays, so I came to the next closest. I told the lady over 10 times I needed her to cut my ingrown and its almost as if she was refusing while arguing with me, the customer, because she did not know how to cut the ingrown. As a pedicurist, she should be trained and know how to handle one of the main things customers get pedicures for. I go home and use my cuticle tool to check, and the ingrown part of the nail is STILL there. I told her about six times I could still feel the ingrown part and for some reason every time I said that she said No its not and repeated using the tool to pull skin off. Now I have to go on with the ingrown still causing me pain and I have to go pay for ANOTHER pedicure sometime this week to fix what I had paid luxury nail to do. She also did not do the leg or foot massage or scrub in my pedicure, which I paid extra for. Ridiculous, poor customer service, no tips deserved. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY!!!!! (Nail salon on Fuller Wiser is 1000% better)

The ladies are wonderful. Very friendly and sweet. They were busy, so the wait was a bit long but they kept making sure we didnt need anything. Prices are good. Will be coming back.

I was pretty lost when I moved to Euless from Dallas. Where would I go for my nails?? Fortunately my coworker told me about this salon. Helen and Jenny are my go-tos for a dip mani that lasts! At previous salons I had occasional issues with dip popping off before a solid 2 weeks. Not an issue here! My feet are a bit sensitive, but Rose is very gentle and always does a great pedi. She took good care of my husband when I brought him for a pedi, even dealing with his over the top ticklish feet lol. I suggest calling ahead to make an appointment because I have noticed a little wait during busy times for walk-ins.

Very upset...had my nails done and lady cut me... she tried to fix it but it hurt. No Sorry or even a discount... Then I hated the color. She told me its pretty. I didnt like it and the more I looked at it the more I didnt like it.I went back 2 hours later and told them I really didnt like the color and I wanted to change it. They still charged my full price and insisted on using the alcohol and everything on the finger that is bright red and cut and bleeding again.Well, wont be back there!!

Prejudice and rude. I liked this place until I waited over an hour with my feet pruning in water. I watched people walk in and get service before me the entire time. No one even had enough decency to tell me why or how long I would have to wait. They didnt even apologize once I decided I was leaving. Ridiculous customer service. I wouldnt waste your money.

Great and attentive personal service. The owner/manager helped me along with the nail tech Jenny to find a solution for my horrible nail situation. My only complaint was that I was nicked, very minorly with the drill on my thumb. Jenny apologized profusely and it wasnt a big deal. I look forward to getting a pedicure next.

Manicures here rock! They did a good job cutting my cuticles and the hand massages were just what I needed after a hard day of working on the computer. Prob the best nail salon in Colleyville.

I have been here before and thought Id give it another shot. The first time I had Chloe, the manager, and she cut me twice while filing my nails. I understand this happens every once in a while. This time, she cut me FIVE times, three of which are very bloody and painful. She constantly was looking up at other customers and workers and not paying attention to my nails. I will NOT be back.

Best care you can get. I ve been going to this nail spa and using the same technician for years; making an appointment is best.

Not going back. I walked in with a photo of what I wanted and was told it was impossible to do. The woman that I had assumed I had a complicated name because of my ethnicity. She wouldnt let me choose a color for my standard full set and was persistent on selling me gel nails. There was no top coat on the Polish making my nail literally chip within 3 days.I had an eyebrow waxing that she insisted was more of a natural look which barely removed any hairs. Leaving plucking my eyebrows in the car before work.I paid 50.00 for a full set and eyebrow waxing that normally runs me 30.00 elsewhere. And its literally the worst experience, manicure, and waxing I have had.

My daughter and I went to get gel manicures. It was the absolute worst one Ive ever had. Bubbles under the paint and they were not shaped very well. I also thought a manicure was part of the process, I didnt get any of that treatment. Never will I waste my money there again.

The staff was super friendly, but my nails bubbled up and one of them even fell off not even a week of getting them done. Im super disappointed.

Very bad experience. Nail technician was very pushy. I originally wanted to get full colour but as soon as I sat down she insisted I should get ombré. I wasn’t sure and decided I wanted colour but she kept insisting until I just went with it. The outcome is horrible looks like a nail kit for a 3 year old. Highly disappointed for what I paid.

Yesterday, I took my teenage daughter for a mother- daughter manicure time..her first manicure. The man at the front, Johnny, talked her into a dipping manicure..(twice the price of the standard manicure I was intending). While with the nail technician, she was upsold again to add tips ..unbeknownst to me as I was several stations away. They did not inform her there would be an additional cost. When checking out, Johnny looked at her nails and told her when she comes in and has it done again in the future, to get the tech to make her tips more narrow..they are a little wide. They were. Tips didnt match her fingertips in size..very unnatural looking. BUT, the big surprise was the bill. I was intending to pay around $35 for our 2 manicures, but with the premium manicure (dipping) knew it would be a little more. My manicure was $15, my daughters was $47!!!! For a total of $62. Omgosh!I spoke with Johnny today, less than 24 hours later about my concerns about the pricing and the abnormal look to her tips..which he himself had noted yesterday. He blamed me for not mentioning this yesterday..(what difference does it make that I am calling less than 24 hours later?) After a lengthy and heated exchange, there will be no adjustment to the price I paid, but finally he agreed to redo some of her nail tips. I have been a client here for 13 years and cannot continue to give my business to a place that does not stand behind its service/product, treats longstanding clients with such disregard, and takes advantage of young girls with strong upselling.My advice: STAY AWAY!!!

I wrote my previous review a while ago and I have changed my option after working with KIM! I love her, she listens and does a great job and I appreciate that about her. My other opinion still stands about everyone else for now.-----I have a nail salon that I ALWAYS go to but they are not open on Sundays so I Googled another shop and chose Luxury Nails.I am very disappointed with majority of my service (the lady who did my pedicure was sweet).I called first to verify the price of a FRENCH TIP ACRYLIC and was told $22. In the middle of ny pedicure I am asked how I would like my nails and I repeat French tips/acrylic. She tells me its $30. I explained that I was told it was $22 over the phone and no one did anything to compensate.I was stuck because I ONLY came in for my nails so I surely do not want to finish a pedicure and leave to go somewhere else for my nails.They said bye to every customer abd never said bye to me. (I guess great customer service is for regulars only) No one offered to help me get my purse or shoes as they did with others (my nails were just painted).Yeah, I agree with the user below. They care ONLY if you purchase enough. $44 didnt get me any kind of great customer service. I wont be going back.

My wife recently went here, and they cut her multiple times. After expressing her frustration, they told her this is normal. I called to speak with the manager about a refund, and he told me theres nothing he could do. Wont ever return again and recommend you do the same.

I had got a Manicure and pedicure done and they try to rush me out of there when another customer walked in. I was very disappointed with this.
