Tina is awesome! Best pedicure massage Ive had in a while. This place used to be very busy but not so much now. Our pedicures were $66. I dont pay that much at my usual place. Its still a beautiful and clean place. I would go back for a pedicure with Tina.

Visiting from Virginia with a manicure (French tip) from hell... Kristen took her time removing my acrylic and redoing my gel manicure... extremely satisfied. Wish I was home more often. Would definitely be back when I visit again.Before and after photos for proof. lol

I have been coming to this location for over a year to change out my dip nails and receive the occasional pedicure. I have been receiving manicures from Hanna for a while now and I throughly enjoy the services provided. Hai is the owner and he always very polite. The nail techs are experienced and show pride in their work. The spa is decorated very nicely with gorgeous chandeliers. Sanitation is key and these guys are on it! Everything is sprayed and wiped after every customer. Now days masks are required, a chair is always empty next to you and there is a pexyglass shield in place between you and the nail tech.

Nikki does such a great job! I like a good classic, natural looking gel manicure. She does exactly that! My manicure lasts and always looks nice. Nikki is friendly and professional and this salon is top notch

Ive been to this location a few times over the years and they always do a great job. The people are nice and accommodating. This time I can in for a medi pedi with my family for my wedding. I showed them a reference picture for the nails I wanted and they came out exactly as I had hoped.

I have been here before and the service was excellent. So I happily went back on Saturday october 3rd to get an acrylic infill.This time it was terrible. I got Henry (I believe that is his name). He barely buffed my nails to any kind of smoothness, even after I said something. He told me it was because of the glitter in my original nails. Which was not accurate as the only glitter I had was flakes applied directly to the tips of my natural nails before the nail had been built up on top. Besides that, the nails were rough and uneven all over where there was no glitter. The owner or manager walked by and asked what was going on and I explained very nicely that I was just asking for the nails to be smoothed better as those bumps and ridges would be visible under the final polish.Henry just repeated to the owner that it was because of glitter so the owner just repeated that back to me, Its just the glitter making it rough.I explained to him as well why that was not a possible reason and he was like, Well what do you want us to do? Like I was being unreasonable. I Asked for the nail tech to just buff out the obvious roughness before moving on to polish.He buffed two, asked me if I was happy with that result on those. I felt them and said, Yes, thats great. So then he barely touched the other 8 like I wouldnt notice and proceeded to paint them. I do not like confrontation and Id already had more than my fill so I thought maybe the end result would be ok.Sure enough the polish looked bumpy and uneaven. The end result looked and felt so unprofessional.I didnt mention that he never shaped the nails and paint the edges at all to seal in the polish. I had to ask him to take the infill all the way down to the tip of my nails. There was also some slight damage to a couple of the tips and he totally ignored it. The whole thing was mind boggling.Not to mention, he messed up one nail with the polish on the third pass. He wiped it all off and applied 3 very quick, very thick layers. Which of course took ages to dry and was very dented by the time it did HOURS later. (despite sitting under the drying light/fan for 30 mins.)Then my nails started peeling up at the cuticle almost immediately. I dont know how he messed it up but the infill is soft and pliable and peels away from the original acrylic I came in with.Im so disappointed. This is not a cheap place so why they would allow that kind of service is beyond me.I took the best possible picture because I wanted them to look good but even then you can see the ridges and dents in the nail on my ring finger.Needless to say, Im not going to be hurrying back.

I got dip here and I was amazed at how gorgeous and elegant the decor was. I went at about an hour before closing time, but the staff was super nice and didn’t rush at all. Luckily they finished before closing time but I still felt a little bad lol! They had a really nice selection of dip colors to choose from!

I went in for a $5 polish change and ended up paying $18. The nail tech only filed off the gel nail polish, put foil on and cut my cuticles with all of the filing. No hand massage or anything else was provided. When I paid, I asked why was it $13 more and the cashier said it was because they charge $10 to remove gel nail polish. It would have been good to know this beforehand because if that was the case, I would have just gotten a manicure will all of the extras. However, the cashiers explanation still doesnt explain the $3 difference. Also, the nail polish starting chipping that same day and large chunks fell off the second day. Do not recommend based on this experience.Appreciate the response, but your prices were not well advertised. Also, the salons nail polish job was subpar. As stated above, my nails starting chipping right away.

I’ve been looking for a new tech for quite awhile now I use to go here but moved and now my old tech shop closed I have decided to come back here and VAN helped me and does beautiful nails would recommend to a friend very sweet lady and very professional and clean and organized. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited this location for the first time last week (Dec 2019) and I will come back. While a little pricier than other locations, the service and atmosphere are worth it.There was no wait when I walked in (no appointment) on a Sunday morning and the staff was incredibly attentive.I paid ~$60 (pre-tip) for the most amazing pedicure (with hot stone massage, paraffin wax and lavender mint scrub) that lasted about 75 minutes. All with spectacular drink service.

Castle Nail Spa is AMAZING! They do wonderful work and are very attentive to their clients needs. They pay special attention to your specifics and do their best to meet your needs. The longer you go, the better they are! The owner Kacie is wonderful and is always there to make sure things are being done to your satisfaction. I highly recommend them. Give them a shot. You wont be disappointed.

Ive been a customer here for a couple of years, and drive 50 miles to get here. The salon is beautiful, the manager, Kasey is friendly and professional, keeps an eye on whats going on constantly, which is always a good thing at any business. I go to Kathy and only Kathy, for my pedicures and facials. She is very skilled and doesnt hurry through trying to get the next customer ( one of my pet peeves), shes definitely a class act. Wish my Mom lived closer. Mothers Day, birthday, etc. would be a trip here !

We have been going for 3 years now so we have seen the management change and still keep returning because Christine is awesome as well as the management! Christine is always helpful and very sweet! All the staff have been great!

I have been going to this nail spa for over five years and I love it! They know me and my family. I know them and about their family. If you want to get to know them then ask questions and engage in conversation; however, be mindful of those around you. If you desire to just come in, relax, get your service and leave then they can accommodate you. They really are wonderful people who are good at what they do!

I see Lynn for my dip every 2 weeks and I cant say enough about the great job she does. Everyone else Ive seen here does great as well for pedicures. I look forward to my trip here to relax and unwind after work.

This place is terrible. I asked for a color and got a totally different one! I did not have time to stay and get them re done, so I came back the next day and they would not redo them because they “didn’t remember me”!!! TERRIBLE

Castle nailsI am extremely picky about my toenails and fingernails, but I trust Kathy at Castle Nail Spa explicitly!! I moved to Manhattan NY over a year ago and I still come back to Colleyville to have Kathy do my manicure and pedicure - she is that good. Kathy does not live live close to Colleyville, but she makes the 30+ minute drive to work at the Colleyville location because of the excellent management. That says a lot about the manager, Kasey!! The entire Salon/Spa is very professional and they strive to make very one feel welcome and comfortable while they pamper you with great service. A special thanks to Kathy and Kasey for all they do!!

LOVE THIS PLACE. When I need Girl Time with my daughter and daughter-un-law, I love to come here. They always accommodate us, letting us sit conveniently to enjoy mani-pedis, while being seated in chairs to be able to talk to everyone in the party. The staff is always terrific, even helping us find the tough-to-find polish colors. Today I went alone for acrylic fills (yes, old-fashioned, I know) and a pedicure. Not only did they deliver, but went above and beyond. Ivy was terrific and Henry put me into paradise with my pedicure! Thanks, again for a great experience.

My husband and I had great pedicures but the manicures were terrible. The guy who did mine didn’t even clean under my nails. The girl who’s did my husband was talking so much with the other girl she clipped his skin causing it to bleed. Second tome this has happened to him so we will no longer be back.

Hands down this place is SPA SPECIAL! I got a Deluxe Pedicure, Signature Manicure, Neck Massage and Eyebrow Clean Up! Eric, Cindy and Tina are the bomb!!! Excellent Service! Can’t wait to come back!

Over priced . Massage my moms hand so hard busted a blood vessel with no apology. Noticed my gel polish was spotty after we left.

Went in for pedicure which was ok and a full set with tips and powder they talked me into doing the dip powder I knew I should have just stuck with what I know. On top of that the lady doing my nails could not understand what I wanted. Finally she got someone to translateMy nails look horrible they are yellow and too thin and u can see indentions where they dipped the powder. Going back today for them to fix if they will if not i wont be going back there ever again and will not recommend

Frist time i see the owner treat to the employee so bad in the nail shop. He used his finger and messed up all my toe nails, what be did was really nasty. He went inside to call his employee to come out and fix my toes, he then lies to her saying that I messed up my nails! Im really disappointed at the way his nasty job did to my toe and clam on his employee, so bad to owner the business and treat employees so bad, I just few so sorry for her, and the shop had roach crawling around the shop, dirty and nasty, dont come to castle nail in Collegeville, my bad day in there, very bad busines.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. The lady that did my manicure and pedicure was so rude the entire time. She filed my toe nails and there were all diagonal. She was filing too short and I pulled away and she kept going even after I told her to stop. She did my manicure as well and went so fast that the nail polish below the top coat did not have time to dry so my nails started to bubble. She came over to fix them and when they all dried they were two different colors because she did not put the top coat on evenly so the sides of my nails are a whole shade lighter since they do not have a top coat. They have chipped already and this was 48 hours ago. DO NOT go to this nail salon.

Immediately was bothered to add services and then when we picked out the $30 pedicure instead of the $65 pedicure they acted mad and very unfriendly. What happened to getting a nice relaxing $30 pedicure? Then just taking off the polish was painful...holding my toes and smashing the cotton on as if they didnt have time for this. Tammy looked all around the room while filing and hurting my toes, she then asks for another upgrade with paraffin saying $5 more dollars and acting like she didnt know what I said when I said no thank you. I had to ask for cuticle trimming which is supposed to come with the $30 pedicure and she cut me and I bled...I then asked her to be careful and that it hurt and she just kept clipping! At this point she starts putting lotion on my legs to massage and that was a joke. Next....she burned my leg with scalding hot water and I said ouch and she laughed!! Polish was next...and why bother since you are so mad that I didnt buy the $65 pedi...it was translucent in color because she didnt put enough polish so i asked for another coat...again acted like she didnt know what I was saying. The top coat she slapped on and it bubbled and left stuff all over my toes and she didnt even try to clean it up! Worst pedicure ever!! This all took 20 mins!! Worst attitude ever!! I wont be back!! Dont go there!

I came in with my friend today thinking we would get a well done dip manicure, turns out we received crooked, fat, and unsmooth nails that cost me 45 dollars.

They constantly ask you to upgrade services and do minimal work for a basic pedi. Worst service!!
