Need more staffing. Leasing lady working there is quite rude. Dont promise things you cant garantee. Leasing office is closed at random times which is very frustrating and inconvenient. Does not get better once you receive your apartment. Dirty heater with loads of pet hair from previous tenants and MINI FRIDGE with poor semi freezer. I can not even get frozen food because the food doesnt all freeze! I had no window screen for the past 2 months when I just moved in and it took over 15 phone calls to get the same answer: we are working on it, we dont know when the window company will get the screen. All you have to do is just go buy one. Basic necessities are just not met. Also they dont mention that you have to pay 25 dollars for a mailbox at the post office.
