My fiance and I recently had the pleasure of working with Patrice at Orchard Realty. After months of searching for apartments on our own and being unsuccessful we decided to sit down with a realtor and this was honestly one of the best decisions we made. Patrice gave us her full on attention and worked with us immediately when we walked into her office. She made us feel so welcomed. She kindly introduced herself and sat down with us. She gladly asked us to give her an idea of what kind of apartment and in what area we would like her to show us apartments. The first apartment she showed us we immediately fell in love with and now we will be officially moving into our new apartment soon. We are so thankful Patrice was put into our path and hope so many more people have the opportunity to choose her as their realtor. First I want to say is thank you Patrice, our recent transaction couldnt have gone smoother. You were very transparent and we love that. I 100% understand how realtor fees work so I am not going to demonize you because of a payment that revolves around a law or company, yes I paid the money, no I do not have a problem with it and I will explain why. 1) You gave no hesitation to show us the place that we were interested in. 2) you helped us out immediately and gave us a showing within the week. 3) financial situations during this current time isnt the best but you were still able to make arrangements for yourself, the owners, and my wife and I. Lastly, because of your help, time, and kindness my future wife and I will now in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and will be able to finally start our lives on our home. So with all of this listed I just want to say, Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you did us a great service and we appreciate meeting you, you changed our lives for the better.

Patrice did nothing to try and get me and my fiance into apartment and refused to reimburse back us $25 that was agreed upon signing the paper work after 6 months if she didnt find us apartment. But ended up did after we refused to take no for an answerI would not recommend her to friends and family

The office is extremely easy to locate with no issue of parking. I worked with a wonderful woman who was very knowledgeable and personable. The entire process from beginning to end was extremely smooth! I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

This was a smooth and fast process. I saw the house online and scheduled an appointment to meet with the realtor the following day. The moment we walked into the office everyone was friendly, Patrice is the best she never made us feel uncomfortable and was 100% honest with all the answers about the house and the process. After searching on my own I happen to come upon an apartment listed by them. Patrice and other staff very pleasant and professional. They took our information and showed us places right away. I reached out about an apartment and spoke on the phone with someone from the company. She didnt seem thrilled when she asked that both potential tenants show up that I said my boyfriend had a demanding work schedule and gave her some limited times to choose from. She said she would work on setting something up for us to go look at it, but we never heard back from. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Orchard Realty. The property the realtor showed me was beautiful. The realtor was extremely insightful throughout the whole process. Orchard Realty made extra efforts towards making the process enjoyable for both me and my family. I had a great experience with Orchard Realty because of their customer service.

Dont like the Idea you have to pay $50 up front with out even look any apartment. (hidden fees),every real state office charges only one month of the rental value as a fee. At least they should show up the apartment first and then charge their fee that I think is for their gasoline.Please keep in mind that just in the move theres a lot of money to pay (first month rent + security deposit 1 month and up + Rental Truck + Gas + extra help for the heavy lifting + realtor fee)dont make it worst for us ORCHARD REALTY. you guys have great apartments.

Charging a month fee for posting the listing on Craigslist for free, then no body want to pay the fee, so the unit remain empty for few months because those people charge the tenants too much.Its much better to post your own rental on Craigs list with no fee, it get rented the next day.They are willing to keep your property empty for ever if they do not receive the $1500 referral fee.I wouldnt deal with them or any greedy brokers at all.

I highly recommend Orchard Realty for your rental needs! I found an apartment the same day I started working with them. They walked me through the entire process and kept in touch with me once everything was finalized.

We have worked with Orchard Realty recently and we are very pleased with their professionalism and dedication to their clients. They were always available when we try to reach them. The whole experience was so smooth and quick. I see some people is complaining about $50 registration fee in order for them to start working with you which has been told beforehand. I personally found this charge very reasonable which they most probably use for the time they consume for you and the expenses to travel for showings. For that fee you will get their service for 6 months if you decide not to rent any of their available rentals.They also credit half of that fee from the realtor fee check once you decide to rent one of their available properties. We especially thank to our agent Patrice for being kind, patient, professional and understanding from the beginning to the end, and we suggest Orchard Realty to anyone who expect same professionalism and dedication.

My family and I were in a tough situation living in a motel for a little over a month. With no end to an apartment search in sight, we found Orchard Realty. The ladies there were more than helpful and assured us they would help us find an apartment we would love. Within one week, their words were reality! Not only did they find an apartment for us, but it was in a great neighborhood and at the price we could afford. We are so grateful to have found Orchard Realty and cannot stop telling people we encounter about our great experience with them. I’ve never dealt with this agency, but Michelle on the phone that picked up was so rude. She had such a bad attitude that was not called for. She also whispered to someone else “these two kids” and mind you, we heard her. It was rude and doesn’t make me want to do service with this reality.

They did a good job for me. This reality did a good job for me. Because I have so/so credit they said there werent that many places according to what i wanted. But they were honest about it anyway. I knew it would be hard. But they showed me some decent apartments. I did rent a nice one and I am very happy in my new place. I already told another friend about this reality office and they are using them for there seach too. I will go back to them when i need another apartment. This real estate was very good if you ask me.

Professional agency. they have the nicest apartments ive seen. yeah you have to pay for it but it was fare and i got exactly what i wanted.

The Realtor Patrice completely ignored the requirements we set forth to rent our apartment. She coached our new tennants into what to hide from us and How to lie on their application. In the end, all she wanted was her commission. We have tried to contact her about these problem children and she ignores our requests to speak with her. She is dishonest and only interested in making a Buck by any means necessary.

The best experience i ever had hands down went to orchard reality with my girlfriend and i we have been looking for an apartment for a while when we went there and spoke to pat we wanted to see a specific apartment she took us in her personal car to show us this aparment went straight to the point was very straight up and honest we ended up taking the apartment did the paperwork on a Saturday and got the keys by tuesday what more can you ask for?

Have you ever gone to see an apartment and the rooms dont match the pictures they showed on the internet? LOL. Thats so lame and i got so sick of that. A friend referred me to orchard realty. The apartments on their site and in person are identical. Theyre an agency so they have a fee and let me tell you ITS WORTH IT. No games. Nice apartments. REAL apartments.

Wanted a $50 fee before she showed me any units. I got out of there as fast as I could!

Rude & unhelpful staff. I called (again after leaving a voicemail) about an apartment and was told it was already off the internet although I was currently looking at it. She tried to hang up immediately instead of trying to assist me in another apartment.

This is my 2nd time using them, i paid the fee and when they show me the house, was nice, i have not problem with them, they work like any other realtor office.

Complete scam, stay away. They charge you $50 just to see their listing and then never call you or follow up if you choose not to take that listing. Save your money and find another realtor.

I signed up with them to see an apartment && had to pay the $50 fee. I did not sign a lease && they never informed me about further listings, which is part of signing up with them.

Very unhelpful more like useless keep your $50
