Josh did my nails for my brothers wedding and they were perfect! He helped me pick the color and they’ve stayed perfect 7 days. Nails pictured are on day 7!

Massage was very relaxing, although I was sore the next day, but she told me I would be. It had been several years since I had a massage, definitely cant wait that long again. Nice pedi as well. Both ladies did a nice job. I will definitely go back.

I was in town for my wedding last weekend and decided on The Beauty Room to get my nails done two days prior. Booking online was easy enough but I had forgotten to annotate that I had dip that needed removed from my previous manicure back home. Which actually worked out in my favor since Francesca finished her previous client 30 minutes late, thus starting me 30 minutes late. Had I not had to have my dip removed, that would have been a different story. Now, I’ve been getting dip routinely for about 4 years, but the lack of color options (the bubble bath dip version they had comes out as a more fluorescent pink?) which steered me back into a gel manicure. Which also was a little bit of a fiasco because the ladies couldn’t even find the gel version of bubble bath. Overall service was fine, Francesca offered to comp me but I didn’t feel right. Anyways, I would HIGHLY recommend if dip is being offered as a service to add more colors, and to have extras on hand of classics and more popular colors.

Ill preface this by saying that Ive had my nails done OFTEN with gel polish and have never had these issues before. 98% of the time, my nails last two weeks or more and very rarely EVER chip, just look grown out. There were bubbles in the original polish on multiple fingers (you can see one on the pointer finger). I had to go back the very next day because one of my nails had already chipped (which they redid free of charge).Now less and a week and a half later, I have the polish separating from my nails and chipping off. What a waste of money.

Great salon, very clean. The staff is super friendly. Betty did my nails and she did a great job. She makes my nails look flawless and they actually last without chipping.

Went to the beauty room for the first time yesterday. I definitely do not recommend this salon for a dip manicure. They had very few options and the woman working on my nails didn’t seem to do this very often as she messed my nails up several time and had to redo them. Thankfully she didn’t charge me.

I conducted a long search to find a salon that I wanted to go to in Cleveland, and this one had really great ratings, so I have to imagine that my experience was a fluke. The day of my scheduled manicure, the receptionist called and said my manicurist was sent home due to a fever because of their protocol. She had to reschedule my manicure for the next day. I was completely shocked to see that when I came in the next day, the individual that couldnt come in the day before was the person that I was scheduled with today. Not only that, but he told me it would be 15 minutes at 1:15 and didnt come out to get my until 1:45, and so I was waiting for half an hour past my scheduled appointment. When the manicurist came out, and I asked him about being sent home sick the previous day, he said you can be sick with things other than covid. He mentioned colds specifically (which obviously has many overlapping symptoms of covid). I dont agree with this protocol at all. I sympathize with this individual who doesnt think he has covid, but I have seen symptoms in others that dont follow the convention of what covid looks like. Unless he had a negative covid test result, only then would I MAYBE feel comfortable coming in for my manicure. I felt the entire experience was not only disappointing but potentially unsafe as far as their covid protocols are concerned. Needless to say, I left without a manicure.

I loved my hair from Alyssa. She does amazing work and is truly amazing at what she does. She worked wonders on my hair. Im so happy I came here!

I got a petite pedi and thought I would just get a scrub and polish no hot towels or stones anything like that ....what I got was my toe nails cleaned up and polish .....THAT WAS IT ive never been to a nail salon that doesnt scrub ur feet with a pedi ???? and it cost me almost 50 bucks.....not to mention I had to fix them when I got home because the French tip was crooked wont be returning save ur money but the nail.tech Tyler was great company was awesome to talk to and had great customer service it would have been just nice to know what came with that pedicure since it was my first time there and they knew that because I told them

I was very pleased with the manicure I got from Nari, however, the salon was really dirty. To clarify, I dont mean the manicure tools. There was a sign near the check-in desk saying they were renovating, but man. Dirt streaked down the sides of the manicure stations, dirt all over the floor, dust on the window sills, etc. I understand renovation is chaotic, but it looked like nothing had been wiped down or swept in quite a while.

It was okay. Nice place. Just a bit turned off because my Husbands pedicure was subpar and she just seemed to be going thru the motions like she had somewhere else to be. When we asked questions about him being knicked (She didnt really do anything about it, no alcohol on it or anything) we were just kind of blown off. That being said, the girl I had did a good job and she seemed to be of the same mindset as we were. She told my husband she would take care of him too at the same time as finishing my pedicure because his girl was Gone. Not likely we will be back. At least not for a pedicure.

Have been a patron of the Beauty Room since I first moved to Cleveland over a year ago and would never consider going anywhere else. Receive routine manicures-pedicures [solid color selection notable] and facials from Renee and hair styling via Raquel. Both are PHENOMENAL; considerably knowledgeable about the needs of my skin and hair respectively, and have always received knock-out service from both. Great staff, friendly service, and an excellent location in the Tremont neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone.

Dasja did an amazing job on my nails! I got a acrylic fill with gel polish.The only complaints I have are the surprise soak off add-on (since they don’t really soak gel off of acrylic nails) and the minimum color choices.The salon is cute and inviting, I was offered coffee or water as soon as I walked in and the waiting area is comfortable. Overall I had a very good experience!

Back in May Alyssa took my hair from my natural brunette to blonde in 2 sessions. At the beginning of my second session she took a before pic, then she bleached my hair and had another appointment while the bleach set. My hair was CRISPY when I left the salon. So crispy that I had to cut off most of my hair which was half way down my back because of how damaged it was from her bleach job. I spent loads on Olaplex and other products trying to undo the horror she wrought on my hair. I knew it was bad because Alyssa took a before pic and NO after pic. Super disappointed, lost my hair Id been growing out for half a decade, never returning again.

First time I came here and let me tell you, I aint going anywhere else. Dasja did my spa pedicure and it was awesome. The place and it location are fancy and beautiful. Is accesible and it have a parking in the back. Place Is wonderful. I recommend it a 100% Ill be booking at least monthly. You should come. Also online booking is perfect!!!

Ive been to The Beauty Room on several occasions for pedicures and absolutely LOVE it! The staff are incredibly courteous and personable, and the pedis are phenomenal. And Renee is the best!

When arrived at my holtel I inquired about hair and nail salons, Brittany the concierge contacted me and recommended The Beauty Room. My first response waswould you go there? she replied that she would, so I said very well, I will too. Whelp I allowed myself to be talked out of going there for another place. I went to other place yesterday and left DISAPPOINTED. As I was returning to the hotel I stopped into The Beauty Room to check for openings for today. Talk about being in the right place at the right time...someone was on the phone canceling an appointment for that day. That was the exact time I walked in to inquire about someones availability. The appointment cancelled and now Im in..YES!!! they did a beautiful job with my unfamiliar natural hair. She was very engaging, had BEAUTIFUL energy, and great advice on what I can do to compliment my natural curly hair. Something I am learning to manage to avoid my usual style - using heat. She concluded her services with a warm sincere hug. Thanks to the staff for a beautiful job. Next time Im in Cleveland I know where to go.

Let me start by saying this place with the exception of one person is great. The owners went above and beyond, giving me their cell phone numbers and working with me on a more personal level to get appointments scheduled. The place is beautiful and clean and overall the staff is very friendly.I would have gave this place five stars however the nail specialist I had was absolutely terrible. I made the appointment for my best friend who was getting married the next day, her mother and myself. Renee did the brides nails and was wonderful. Unfortunately, I did not get the other two artist names. My artist was lazy, sloppy, and spacey. My nails looked horrible. First I asked if she could do an ombré on my nails and she told me since it was as gel polish she couldn’t. Even though I know that isn’t true I understand everyone is not as capable as others. But then I asked for a more rounded shape and got square, none of my nails were the same length and the gel/shellac polish was all over my fingers. That was the most frustrating part. Our appointment was Friday and it’s tuesday, I easily removed all of the polish on my own because I couldn’t stand it. It sucks to have paid $90 for a Spa Pedicure and Manicure and to not be satisfied. I pointed out the unevenness of my nails before she started to polish them and I asked her to fix the overflowing polish on my fingers. She didn’t seem to get it. After talking with the other girls after our appointment I learned that I didn’t get all of the “spa” services during my manicure as they did.What saved my experience was the tech working on the mother of the bride. She could read on my face that I was not satisfied and sat me down at her station and did what she could to fix my nails; she was wonderful. She even told me to come back and they would fix them. The problem is that I don’t live in Cleveland.This place is truly great, it’s just unfortunate that one person doesn’t seem to be on the same level as the rest of team. I would recommend the salon as well, just be careful about who is doing your nails.*i have photos but I am unsure how to post them.

I have been here multiple times over the past 1.5 years. Ive gone on my own for nails or waxing or with my daughter for mani/pedis.As of late their customer service and scheduling seem to need more attention. The last two times I have gone to the salon, no one has greeted me. I waited 20 minutes the last time for some acknowledgement (and that was from a hair stylist). They dont seem to have a receptionist all the time. I was never given any sort of apology that no one greeted me or that they were running late.For one appointment recently, I received 2 confirmation phone calls from two different people. For another appointment, I had to cancel two days prior to my appointment due to a change in schedule. I still got a call confirming my appointment. They didnt seem to know I had cancelled through their online scheduling system.Best people for nails are Nina, Dasja and Nari.

Renee happily took me without an appointment and did a great job on my mani/pedi! Nice place, friendly people, parking lot & decent prices!
