They do a wonderful job on your nails but they will not so come off they will use another fingernail to pull a nails off

The young man who did my nails did an amazing job. Its been hard for me to find a tech who can properly apply acrylic to my fingers and he did a wonder ful job. Its been over 3 weeks and I just snagged a hair yesterday. Im gonna go back today and have him do my nails again. Love this place 🥰

The people are very nice and Tom does a great job on my pedicure he did it twice and Im going to request him all the time . keep up the good work

I was skeptical bc reviews, but I love my nails . A bit pricey, but overall good experience. Was fast and they took us in late. Very nice people . I think they have definitely improved from the old ones and will be coming back !

The guy there is horrible he rushed my pedicure and got done In like 6 minutes. Worst experience ever

The quality of their nails isnt th best. Usually breaker at least 1 after a couple days.

Paid an outrageous amount of money to go to another salon two weeks later and find out that I had a nail fungus under my acrylics. Had to have all of them removed. Reported them to the health department.

I deal only with the mom. Ms Who is very nice to me. The daughter and I have exchanged words and shortly afterwards the daughter had words with another clients. She can be very disrespectful.

Never going here again. The place is dirty and they ripped me off. I picked the $35 pedicure. They charged me a total of $80 for a shellac manicure with that pedicure. Why would my basic, shellac manicure on my natural nails cost $45? Why in the world would that cost more than a pedicure? I would have went to a spa or somewhere nice if I was going to pay that. I went here because all my normal places were booked and this place only charged me $20 for the last shellac manicure I got here in the summer. They also never have the colors I want. I’m so upset.

Hanna is Outstanding ! Unfortunately she always has lots of people waiting for her.. but if you got the time wait on Hannah ! She worth the wait.

I’ve came here for services several times, I left dissatisfied this visit because the older lady that works there. She’s done my nails poorly a couple times and I always give her the benefit of the doubt and I let her do my nails again but I will no longer be allowing her to do my nails because every time I am very dissatisfied and my nails never come out how I want them to. All different sizes from thick to thin. It never fails

Do not come here. The service is so slow. They open at 10am, you come at 10 they turn you away and say its by appt only. I get off at 5 from work and come at 515pm they say its too late, come back tomorrow. Basically its seems they pick and choose when they want to do your nails. Im disappointed because its so close to home. Its 2 ppl working and one does horrible nails. so everyone comes for the daughter but then end up waiting over an hour even though the mom is free. I guess its time for me to find another nail home.

This place is very nasty, they are very rude especially Hannah The quality of work is very poor and the prices are very high. I will never go back to this nail Salon. This is the worse nail salon in Cleveland. Nasty pedicure bowls nasty nail salon period. Really rude and nasty staff. On scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best I give them a -1 and I dont give them a star at all. Nasty, Dirty Salon, High Prices, Very Poor quality work!!!!!

I LOVE this Nail Salon! Its realy clean, everyone in the Shop are very Polite & Professional. Great Nail Art, plenty of options in style & colors. Always willing to do designs you bring in and show them.

At first a guy started doing my nails, but he had no clue what stiletto shaped nails were, so they switched me to someone else, and were very rude about it. Small miscellaneous charges for everything without being told. Such as long nails $5 more, shape other than square or round are more. I wouldnt have minded if the prices were listed or if I was told when I requested something that costed more. Quality of acrylic application was horrible. Drips underneath the tips of the nails, uneven edges. The nailart was horrible as well. Ended up spending $80 on a full set of nails to leave there and go directly to a different salon.

I love going to this salon always welcoming and willing to do anything for you.. good prices.. and the nails last long

They did a great job with my group and did a great job with my niece that wanted to experience a spa day. I really enjoyed it!

A place to go to when everyone’s booked basically. There’s only 2 workers there with only 5 chairs in the waiting area. The prices are high. The work is Mediocre. Blah

Horrible work!!! The guy that did my pedicure did absolutely nothing to them. Basically just polished them. My nails look horrible 😡😡😡😡 and my feet.. I will not be returning back 🤦‍♀️

Been going her for the past year ! Me and my 4 year old daughter lol very friendly staff. Never had to wait more than 20 mins . Love the gel polish they use, long lasting .

Their work is mediocre. My polish or my acrylic is never perfect. They dont really talk to you and they arent particularly nice. Its a place to go if you are close by and there is no wait for service

Worst nail salon in cleveland, very rude. while i was sitting getting my nails done they didnt engage in any conversation with me, on the phone with whoever! extra charges come out of nowhere, very poor quality.

I went there yesterday to get my nails done for homecoming and they did a horrible job ! They made them too thick and they caused me to have a rash on my finger I suggest u don’t ever come here again
