NEVER! DISAPPOINTED! Sarah always gets the job done! From day one I have always went to her, and it seems like she only gets better and better every time I see her. I have such a relaxing experience with her! She gets me in and out and clearly you can see how much of a flawless job she does. She knows exactly what I want! I never have a set in mind idea and I think personally it’s important to let an artist do what they want, so for me every time I leave happily with a beautiful set of fresh nails! Haven NEVER disappoints!

Went on a Saturday afternoon. Parking can be a challenge but we found parking a short ways up the street (prob a block). We both got pedis and were seated right away (we were told that we were right on time because a large wedding party had just left). Both of the ladies did an excellent job. If I lived in the area, I would def return.

Love Sarah, ❤️❤️ She has amazing energy. Takes her time with her detail And always gets it spot on. What I loved about her the most is. I asked her for something Pacific and she did exactly what I wanted for my Florida trip. That’s great customer service. Thanks Sarah I will be back.

Sarah is the best! She’s professional, polite and one very talented nail technician. She is very creative and always provides an phenomenal design. Not to mention how well the acrylic fill/sets are. Haven Nails never disappoints and I’d be shocked anyone had anything but an phenomenal experience from her or any of their nail technicians.

My personal experience was really great, I think I came on a good day. I got a pedicure and arrived 15 minutes early & immediately was worked on. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had, no pain at all and completely comfortable. The people who work there were really nice to me. I had great conversation with the man working on me! And I loved the results

The first time I went they half polished my nails the second time made a appointment got there for my birthday and they did not even have me on the schedule just sad will not be going here again

Sophia is fast and has an excellent eye for detail. The dip manicure she did was fabulous and then she was willing to do gel on top bc I wanted nail art. I wont go anywhere else after this.Haley gave me the best pedicure of my entire life. The foot massage was exceptional.

The young lady name Jojo who sits in the front is very good. She does my nails the shape is on point and they last. I work at a tire shop I change tire some times and work on my house. My nails dont come off they last. She is friendly oh I forgot rude customer want their butts kissed and egos petted. So yeah they are the ones complaining because life is miserable. She is a great tech will be my tech for ever.

I’ve been coming here for a long time but unfortunately some of the employees are SO RUDE and don’t respect the costumer. If you guys don’t want to work professionally on your customers and make them wait and be rude to them then close your shop. We’re not having the service for free we’re paying for this. Teach your employees how to be more respectful!

Staff were extremely rude!!! Website says walking are welcome but we basically got our heads bitten off when we walked in to ask. Definitely will never go back.

Unfortunately I had scheduled what I hoped would be a girls day of pampering and relaxing before a girls trip out of the country...each one of ladies had their own bad experience at. the shop...one said the tech was rough and almost considered abusive .The other felt as if the tech didnt want to touch her and there was no massaging and myself I was chargedaa additional cost for something I didnt ask dor

Used to come here all the time for my nails and I loved it! The past two times I have waited AFTER my appointment time, with the latest time being over 35 minutes until I just left. Don’t make appointments if you can’t honor them!

The one girl who did my feet did not know what she was doing and seem new. She pinched my toe with the clippers. I did not let her do my nails. The one who did my nails was not very good either. I wasted my time and money. Will never go back.

Kind of overpriced, but overall a good experience. They off a percent off if you pay with cash.Edit: I usually wait before I give reviews, and my last was jumping the gun. Overall they do amazing nails. However my last two visits have been more on the uncomfortable side. Customer service is far below what youd expect if youre like me paying 150+ for your nails. Not to mention I tip 50+. This is probably my LAST time coming here. Ill probably be going back to my regular nail spot.

Wow! Great to see the old Fantasy Nail salon in their new space. It has been a long time since I got my nails done and I couldnt have asked for a better reintroduction to one of my favorite methods of self care. I was thrilled that I was able to make a same day appointment and be seen right away. We began with my pedicure (way overdue) which was done by Vandy. She was very personable and did a lovely job restoring my hobbit feet to their cute, polished status. After looking at her Instagram, I was inspired to go for a more adventurous style on my hands and try out a white ombre (shaped by Howee and painted by Kelly). This is the first time Ive had 3 different people work on my nails lol but their powers combined to make me feel lovely and cared for in a super timely fashion. I loved the service I got back at Fantasy Nail and am thrilled to see they have only improved in their new location and under their new name. Highly recommend and will definitely return when its time for a fill-in :)

Bring a mask with you or prepare to pay $2 for a disposable one. Way to rip off your customers.

This place is AMAZING,I am so excited I found them. Their prices are super reasonable and quality is extremely superior to anyone else in Cleveland and surrounding areas. Ive had Howie, Sophia, and another girl on Saturday, I didnt catch her name but shes only there Fridays and Saturdays........All 3 are great! Ill never go anywhere else again!! I didnt like my nails. A woman did my nails when I should have requested a Male. My art was bad and she was sloppy. Also when I considered going back they turned me off by a fillin being 45$ thats to much in my opinion for my short nails.

Hailey (Arabic girl) did a great job on my pedi and gel manicure! I just moved to ohio from nyc and i’m so glad to find a place that does good gel polish. Also the place does really well with sanitation. The salon is also well designed, you can tell effort was made with the interior design. Thank you! :)

Tho its covid. I had a good experience. I received a overlay and I had 2 pediz. 3 diff people 3 diff times it was all good tho

I have been going to haven nails since Nov.2020, for the last two months there is a lady who sometimes sits in the first chair/in front of cash register who is bad for business. For the last two weeks i have been trying to get an appt. but it was all booked. Finally yesterday they find my an appt. for 12pm. I arrived at 11:40am just incase and long story short it was 1225 and i was still waiting for service. This lady has played me twice which sucks because the owner is very nice, polite, and hes not going to BS you. Do not go there if your not willing to wait another hour after your appt. They need to fire that girl in the front which she shouldnt be in the front because her nails come off two days later and the shaping is wrong. I wont be going there ever again!!

My girlfriend booked her and I appointments at Haven today and it was a great experience! It was my first time getting a pedicure and it was amazing. A great staff and excellent service. I’ve already recommended the salon to all of my friends and definitely recommend it to everyone.

They overcharge for everything and everyone charges their clients differently. Every time I go in for a fill, it ends up being the same price as a full set. They said they charge $4 per nail. Well if 4 or more nails are off then sure but if I come in with 1-3 nails off, I should not be charged. For one they should not come off in the first place and for 2, half the time the nail tech rips off the nail themselves but yet have the nerve to charge me for it? I would get my nails done way more often if I actually got charged for a normal fill. I’m not trying to pay $50+ every 3 weeks. Fills are supposed to be cheaper

My husband said i could have a me afternoon. This was the only place open and couldnt get me in til 6pm. So ok. When i arrived noone said anything to me. The first technication looked up but didnt say anything. She kept on talking to her client. Then a couple minutes later someone else walked in. Who was apparently her next client and her friend and told her ill be with you in a minute. Im almost done here. And i need to finish my story. So then about anoth 5 minutes went by for a total of 10 minutes that i had been there before any one came up and asked my name or anything. Then the person told me where to go and or anything walked off, didnt wait or walk me to seat. Then my technication came up set up and everything. When she had me test the water, with out her even testing it. It burnt my foot, it was scolding hot water, wasnt even warm. It was boiling hot. Ok so now strike three. So i put in one of my ear buds to kisten to some music to relax, and statred to close my eyes as well for a bit, but i wss trying to relax. When all of a sudden i was ajarred by the abruptness and opened my eyes and she was ve roughly scraping the bottom of my foot and i could already feel cuts in my foot and she kept going with out puting anything you guys use on my foot. And i was clincing in pain in the chair. Then she moved to my left foot and actully used the oil or whever. Fine she continued to do my toes and things. When she was almost done all she told me was ok when im done here you are going to go wash your hands and go to seat four for your nails. Didnt put foam sandals on my feet at all or anything. 5 to 8 minutes after she started on my nails went oh would you like me to out sandals on your feet i thought you were going to put ypur shoes on. She never said i could go head ans put my shoes on. So she had me walk across the dirty floor. When i went to go pay i was charged 86.40 my husband and i was both quoted 80.00. Not sure what the other 6.40 was. I called Monday morning at 9 am and left a message for manager or owner to call me to discuss. And now a week later still nothing. When i got home that night i checked my foot and i have bout 5 or 6 fairy deep cuts in my arch, and my foot is still infected, and can hardly walk on my foot. Good thing Im only here temporary, . Even though i only get my nails done two or 3 times a year it has turned me off. And am a travel. My husband is in the medical field and ive gotten my nails done from ca, to az to texas and here in ohio and this has been the worst experience ever. And about 6 strikes. See the photos album. While the services are pretty decent, the level of unprofessionalism here is despicable. They have no respect for appointments and will give you lame excuses after making you wait hours for your turn only to tell you the technician wasnt made aware of your appointment. Save your time and money and check out the many other nail salons in the area who treat their customers with respect. Wouldnt recommend.

Very amateur techs, every time I go to my nails done two days later a nail broke, I’ve been wearing nails 20+ yrs never had this issue anywhere else. Also mixed girl with blue in her hair was rude and unprofessional. She is also the person who messed up my nails will not be returning.

Ive went to Kellie twice now and Im super impressed with her work. The whole salon and every station is super clean and they have very professional and kind staff! The construction sucks around this area and its a pain when it comes to parking but thats literally the only downside. I love this place

I got my nails done here and I am just so impressed!!!They are clean and very friendly. I had an amazing pedicure and some killer acrylics. Overall, grand experience. I will say the nail technician was a little rough on my fingers when he was doing my acrylics. He could have been a little gentler, but besides that I was impressed. He gladly fixed a slight inconsistency on my thumb that I noticed right before I was about to leave- very professional!I WILL be coming back here. I plan to get all of my nail services here from now on, including fills, repolish, etc. Ill come back and edit this review if I have a negative experience that changed my mind.

They share on their site “ walk in welcome” and myself and 4 other women walked in and they said appointments only. They are clearly not abiding by covid guidelines because people are stacked on top of each other. Very unprofessional DONT recommend at all

I’m very picky when it comes to nail salons and this place was EXCELLENT! For 2 walk-in pedicures we waited less than 5 minutes, and it’s the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. They’re very thorough and accommodating, and it’s a very clean salon. The cost was on the medium-high end, but completely worth it!

I had an appointment, and it was still so slammed that my nail tech was going between me and another girl to get our nails done (at the same time). It was super rushed and it was done a little sloppy because of it. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Super disappointed because I’ve only heard such good things about this place.

Went in as a walk in and they were so busy I made a return appointment for 530 PM this evening and when I returned I waited at least 30 minutes only to be told that there was 1 person still ahead of me so it would be at least another 30 minutes very poor customer service since I sat there and watched them take at least 5 people that came in after my so called appointment
