Ive been going here for around a month now (Every Monday and Wednesday) and I absolutely love it there! I 100% reccomend bringing your children and family members; at first it will be scary and youll be nervous but dont worry as the coaches there are great people! I again recommend bringing your children as they will get addicted to boxing and start to get in shape.
