I really enjoy working out at Workout Anytime. A highlight for me is the personal training. Thomas is very encouraging and has helped me reach my fitness goals. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a trainer.

When I first join I signed up for training with Thomas chair. He is way beyond his years and knowledge of fitness. He put together a plan for me that was challenging and doable. He changed it up to keep it from being monotonous. Doesnt hurt that he has an A+ personality.

Great atmosphere and helpful staff. Thomas Stairs is a great personal trainer. He can adjust workout plans to anyone’s needs and wants.

The staff is always nice and helpful when you need it and are never mean or talk down to the customers. Thomas was a great trainer and still always helps me with my workouts.

Workout Anytime is a comfortable and clean gym with all the equipment you need to get in a good workout. All the equipment is in good shape and works appropriately. The membership prices are reasonable and the staff are happy to assist with anything.

Thomas and Rigo are nice. Jagger also.

Only because they dont have zero stars. I canceled my membership by their written requirements years ago and they continued to charge my credit card account. After bringing the evidence and presenting my case, they refused to take fault and told me no.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM. i went and cancelled my membership over 6 months ago and they still harass me to this day to pay them and that they’re going to report to my credit. they say they will not affect your credit but that is in fact a lie

Owner and GM are exceptional. Both always are sure to ask how I’m doing every time I come in, and not in a cheesy customer service way but in a genuine sense. Equipment and facilities are always clean and in order.

RIP OFF!! Beware of this place, they have hidden fees that are not disclosed upfront. They take advantage of teenagers that do not know anything about contracts! $79 registration fee and after three months they hit you with a $40 yearly fee, in addition to your monthly fee!! Go somewhere else! If you sign a contract with them, read all the fine print and get a copy of your contract!!! Will gladly pay my daughters cancellation fee so she doesnt have to go here anymore! Will also tell everyone I know about your actual rates and fees!!Btw- YOU NEVER SENT MY 19 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER THE CONTRACT VIA EMAIL, we’ll be stopping by the gym so you can show me the sent email.

I came here from out of town. It was pricey for a one day pass. The owner of this gym told me he was the owner but he was one of the rudest people I met while being here. It’s small. Smells terrible and very unfriendly place. Do not recommend at all

By Cleveland standards its probably ok but it has, lets say, an intriguing aroma. Like an old cheese log, on a shrimp boat, in a heatwave, at low tide, in Bangkok.Machines are kind of old. Poorly ventilated.Small. But Ive seen worse.

I came in from out of town and had bought a one day pass. I asked if they sold any pre workout and the GM said he didn’t but then gave me some from his own personal container. 5 minutes into my workout I had to leave and didn’t make it back. The following day (today) I came in again. When I went to pay he said not to worry about it because I didn’t get a workout in last time. After I insisted to pay he told me to enjoy my workout. Being from Florida, that type of kindness is rare to come across lol and I’m glad I came here. Great gym and great people.

Just started working about about 4 and half months ago. My buddy said I should try Workout Anytime. Best decision Ive ever made! Not only is the gym great but that staff are all wonderful. Ryan and Tanner are my go to guys if I have any issues or questions. The prices are great too. For just $25 a month I can bring a friend with me and there is no cap on it. Im glad to be a member of Workout Anytime!

Basic strength and cardiovascular equipment. Workout area is congested with equipment and too congested for me during peak hours.Still a nice place to workout if youre looking for someplace cheap and deep.3.5 stars

Great place to workout, staff needs to follow rules and make sure weights are picked up and machines wipes off. I observed a very sweaty man leave the treadmill and went to incline stepper and disgusting man never wiped machines down at all.

Its clean, well staffed, and well maintained. Most importantly its usually not too busy.

Place is clean, not so friendly stuff. And be careful they kept charging me more than $60 / month when i had the $25 membership. They did the same thing to my friend more than 4 times and never got our money back, it wasnt a late fee, we were always on time

I have been a member at the Cleveland, TN location since it opened and I LOVE IT! Ryan & Tanner are super and the facility is great!

Good place to get a workout in, if you go at the right time. Limited space in this gym can leave you feeling claustrophobic and having to step over and around other gymgoers is frustrating.The equipment is ok but many times youll find something broken. Missing a lot of equipment youd typically find in a good gym, but since this is a franchise gym, apparently theyre only allowed very specific equipment and machines. They could do a lot with it if theyd retire the rarely used machines and get some of the equipment currently lacking.This place is usually pretty clean, so thats a plus.The staff, currently, is pretty good. Ive had trouble in the past with certain unfriendlies, but I never go for social hour anyway.Overall, if you dont mind cramped spaces to workout in or you have the luxury of going outside of their peak hours, this can be a nice place to get a workout in.Best times to go are:10am-1pm9pm-7am

Workout anytime is T R A S H. I joined on the 10th of this month, found a more convenient gym to go to the next day (literally, the next day), called to cancel my membership at workout anytime and they told me they could cancel my membership but could not refund me my money. i NEVER used the gym, only walked into the building a total of 3 times within these 3 days. A manager is never around to speak to, even walking in there to sign my cancellation paper (on the 12th), there was no manager around. The place is basically ran by fresh out of college girls. I would’ve been fine with the policy of not being able to refund a month-to-month membership, because I understand people may workout for 2 weeks and then decide they’re done. For me to have never even used any of the equipment, literally was only joined for a total of 36 hours (if that) and not issued a refund is ridiculous and unfair. I basically paid to walk in the gym. If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. Bottom line, don’t join this gym unless you plan on staying forever or don’t care to be ripped off.

I joined this gym and loved it at first, the staff were so helpful and friendly. However, I moved out of state and I called them to CANCEL my membership. Six months later, on my credit card bill I have been charged for the month of January as if I renewed my membership. WHAT?! I call them, and Im told that my membership was only froze and not cancelled and that it was signed by me, apparently the guy I spoke with forged my name on the freeze form. Because I wasnt even in the state of TN when I called to cancel my membership. Then Im told I have to be there within 3 days to keep them from charging my card again. Excuse me? Im 4 states away..maybe you should realize that one of your employees just committed fraud before you threaten to charge my card again.

Great place to get in shape. If you never had been in a fitness center before Ryan and Sonya make you feel right at home and helps you get the most of the equiment and you get all this and more for a low reasonable price
