I called to see if I could drop off my Jeep and the owner said they were already closed but he would stay until I got there in 20 minutes to hand off the keys. I explained my issue after other attempts to get repairs with another mechanic failed. He got right back to us the next day explaining what the issue was, what needed to be done and what caused the problem. Very polite and very efficient. I went to Todd at Tooltime Jeep service for a lift and installation of new wheels & tires. I can’t say enough good things about this small family business. I like his honest advice, & if he does not know about something, he will recommend someone in the area that he trusts to go to.Would recommend to a friend. Just bought my first Jeep (‘99 Cherokee) and decided to bring it here to get a few things looked at and replace the belt. Todd was very nice and knew what he was talking about. The repair was done in a timely manner and he was very honest with his assessment. Easily the best and most honest mechanic I have ever been to. I am definitely taking my car here anytime I need anything. I live in High Point so its about a 30-40 min drive for me but it is totally worth it. Went to get my AC fixed in my 2005 Jeep Wrangler, while he was replacing my AC condenser Todd noticed a anti-freeze smell coming from under my hood. Noticed that my radiator was corroded and needed replacing. Told me he would replace the radiator with no extra labor costs since he had to take it out anyway to fix the condenser. My old mechanic replaced my water pump and didnt mention a single thing about my radiator needing to be replaced!! If you have any problems with your Jeep take it to Tool Time!! You will not be disappointed. Amazing service with great prices, it cant be beat!!

Called Todd to tell him what was going on with my 17 JKU. (death wobbles). He told me what to look for before taking it in and explained how to figure if thats the issue and what to do to fix it. If it doesnt get fix I will absolutely take my jeep to Todd and let him take a look at it. After dealing for a different 4x4 shop for the past couple of years and them never fixing the problem, just finding ways to mask it and charge an arm and a leg for it, I will not return to them. Todd if not only extremely knowledgeable when it comes to jeeps but helpfully in helping you get the problem fixed without having to spend a lot of money! Will be using Tooltime Jeep from here on out!

I have needed to do a lot of work on my 97 Cherokee because of the age, and they have always been able to fix the issues Ive had, and I havent needed to repeat-repair. I made the mistake of taking my 98 XJ to a shop that WASNT Tooltime and was told it would need a motor and cost $1,000 plus and it was there for a week and a half. I had a bad feeling about it so I called Todd And he told me to get the Jeep away from them ASAP, I went and picked it up and had it towed straight to him. The next day it was fixed with out having to buy any new parts. By taking it to Tooltime I saved time, money, and the stress of dealing with a much lesser shop. I will never make that mistake again. Tooltime is by far the BEST place to take a Jeep. They’re professional, extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly honest.

Before I found Tooltime, Id spent thousands of dollars repairing my Jeep and no one actually fixed the original problem. Id almost given up on that Jeep. I found Tooltime and decided to give one more try fixing the problem. They identified the root problem very quickly (wiring problem), and fixed it inexpensively. Ive driven it for almost a year now without that problem. Ill need a new wiring harness eventually, but for now its doing great with the fix Tooltime provided me. The owner is very knowledgeable, respectful and took the time to explain the problem in depth, including different options of repair. I will NEVER take my Jeep anywhere else! Thank you, Tooltime!

Had an issue with my 4 x 4. Took it to them at lunch time, and they had it done by 4:00. Awesome!! Fast!!

I took my jeep to a few locals and no one around could seem to figure out what was wrong with my jeep, as I told Todd (tooltimes master technician) my story of multiple shops not being able to fix my jeep and taking my money, he follows with lets walk outside. I explained my issue and he figured it out right then! He didnt even charge me to tell me what was wrong because I got him to fix it. What people told me was nowhere close to what todd figured out. Todd and Teresa are great people and I would never take my jeep anywhere else as it was fixed properly the first time with no more issues and for a great price too! A customer for life they have in return.

Dropped my Jk off with Todd and explained what was going on with my oil leak and he knew exactly what the problem was before looking at it and confirmed when got it into the shop.
