Did not perform the work that was agreed on. Timing belt exchanged was performed, however new tensioners for balance shaft and timing belt were not installed. I had supplied these parts and told the owner he could charge extra so not to loose his mark up.

I took my 2012 Honda Pilot in to have my oil changed and the technician found that my ball joint on my tire was dangerously loose. Thank the lord. They sent me 2 videos of the issue, which I greatly appreciate. Some places just tell you there is something wrong and dont show you. When I went to pick my car up John took me to show me the piece they replaced and how loose it was. Also the technician came over and explained to me how dangerous it was to have it that loose and what would have happened. GT Imports is very professional and thorough! Took my Honda Accord to have a axle replace and a power steering o-ring. They have exceptional customer service and are not pushy on items that you don’t need. They let you know what the manufacture recommends and let you make the decision if you want to do it or not. They only use the cars manufactured parts which I like. You will not find auto zone or Napa auto parts here. They offer an excellent warranty with their works also. I will continue to utilize their services for years to come! Get job guys!

I have known these guys and been a customer since the 1980’s even before they were their own business. Good, reliable, trustworthy service is hard to find. From my first car, a 1984 Civic to my 1991 Legend L, to my 2015 RLX, to my current 2019 Si, they’ve taken care of me. We’ve grown up together! I’ve bought and sold cars with them, and they advise and evaluated my used car decisions. Though I wish for a quick “ in and out” oil change/inspection service selection, I’ve always been able to get a loaner if requested. In the rare occasion that we didn’t see eye to eye, John had always provided a listening ear and a fair solution. I see these guys as my family. The service is not cheap, but where else can u go that looks for opportunities to save u money and will tell u the truth? Sometimes it’s not what u want to hear. Once, with my 1991 Legend, at 340,000 miles, a car I loved and still miss to this day, John pulled me aside and said, “hey, I know u love this, but y don’t u take the $2,000 it wd take to fix this car and get something newer? It’s getting harder to find parts for this car and I can’t guarantee that u won’t experience another big failure after u fix this problem.” I took his advice and bought a brand new Accord Touring that I loved even more! On top of that, he took the car off my hands to offset the diagnostic costs! I cd go on and on. They are now serving my sons who were babies when I started with these guys. To all the guys as well as the staff behind the scenes, thank u for a lifetime of great service. I love u guys.

My family takes all our Hondas and Acuras to GT, and weve had a bunch of those over the last two decades. Service is fast, friendly, and always done right. They appreciate their customers and offer regular discounts as coupons via postal mail and on their website. Theyll work with you on making a courtesy car available if you need one. Weve had both major and minor services done at GT, from state inspections to major brake work to spoiler installations. They do it all at affordable, competitive pricing! (The only thing they dont do is paint or body work.) Love all the guys at GT!

Once again very satisfied with GT Imports. I went in for service last week. Ran into a little snag with some parts but Chuck went above and beyond to take care of it. John has built a truly wonderful service center and staffed it with honest hard working certified service techs. I explained what we noticed out 2007 Honda Fit was doing, the sounds it was making, and the steps I had taken to try fixing the issues. Jarrod was the tech I spoke with directly and he was very professional. After the work was done I was contacted to come pick up the Fit and both John and Jarrod review the service process and the work that had been performed with me. We just got a 2013 Honda Civic and I will be taking it to GT Imports to do an inspection and perform any repair that needs to be done. Bottom line, this is a great shop!!

GT Imports has always given me friendly, excellent service. I feel they are very trustworthy and honest, unlike some other mechanics.

The day before I had a scheduled service, my van would not start. I called and spoke with Chuck about the particulars of my situation, and he made a recommendation of what I could try to get it started. Within 15 minutes I was on the road again, straight to GT to drop my car off. The following day, I got a call with info related to my scheduled service, suggestions about what may have caused the starting issues, and suggested steps to take to address the problem - including what was not recommended at this time. Even with the additional work, my van was still ready that afternoon. The GT staff is always willing to help me prioritize maintenance and repairs, and they are just as interested in keeping my van on the road as I am - although they know my next vehicle search will start on their lot. Time and again, the GT staff has earned my trust and appreciation.

These guys are incredible. Theyve been taking care of my wife and/or me for about 10 years. When I bought a new car a few years ago, it was important to me that it be a Honda just so that I could take it to GT. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty several times, including consulting with me and then verifying warranty work that had to be done by a Honda dealership -- for free. I would not willingly take my car anywhere else.

G.T is a very honest company. They always do a great job explaining which issues are most important and help us understand what needs to take priority. We trust them 100% when it comes to the continued maintenance of our Honda.We feel safe knowing that they are always looking out for us. I trust the folks at GT Imports implicitly. Twice now, I have had Flow Hondas service dept tell me I needed expensive repairs on my Pilot. When I asked GT for a second opinion, they found - and showed me evidence of - no problems whatsoever. In addition to being honest, these guys are friendly, polite and very professional. Not what it used to be.. I have been here once before and service was great. Last time I was here, it was a different story. They charged $80 to diagnose the A/C, and then called back to say it would cost another $90 to finish the diagnosis. I dont understand why it costs $80 to do a diagnosis when they dont even diagnose it. Not to mention, the work they did to diagnose it was not worth $80.. When they gave us a quote, the parts were priced at double what you can get them for online. Normally, car places get parts at a discount so they already make money when they sell it to you at regular price. But apparently they like to charge double at GT Imports... Sadly, this place has gone downhill and we will not be back... 2 stars because at least they were polite

I was directed to John and his crew years ago by a friend and have nothing but positive things to say about GT Imports. They were able to diagnose a difficult timing belt issue caused by an out of town mechanic. They are always honest and upfront about maintenance and repairs, so I can trust if they tell me something is a must do, should do, or can do. They treat my wife with respect and have never tried to take advantage of us. In a world of shady business owners, especially mechanics, GT Imports stands out in regards to integrity, competence, and service.

Great shop with great values. Extremely low turnover, so I have worked with the same people up front for over 5 years. They know my car and know my family, therefore they make sure my car is in great working condition. GT also does a great job of explaining what repairs should be completed asap, what repairs can wait a few months and when an item is just beginning to show some wear and tear. I never feel like I am being taking advantage of. I continue to recommend Honda/Acura owners to them.

Last time I took my van in for service, I dropped it off. During the day I was sent an e-mail with a video of the mechanic showing me an area of concern. There was no dispute that there was an issue. I didnt feel like I was pushed to coerced to get it fixed right then. They simply provided me with recommendations. Thats top notch service!

John and his staff are the most knowledgeable about Honda and Acura vehicles and the most honest people you can deal with. If it needs fixing he will tell you, if it doesnt he wont. They dont make up repairs to make money and if a repair is not urgent and not a safety issue they will tell you how long they think it can wait if money is an issue. Bottom line, best mechanics I have ever used and would recommend them to anyone that is tired of dealing with the dealerships.

Everyone really seems to love what they do and delight in their work. They value their customers and treat them with courtesy and respect. They are thorough and have a very high work ethic. As a woman, I always feel respected and safe there. If I have questions, they always have time for answers. They really seem to enjoy problem-solving as well as empowering their customers with the knowledge of how to take better care of their cars/investment. Always patient and thorough in their explanations, no question is beneath them and sometimes even involves going out into the bay to actually show what theyre talking about. If you have a Honda this is the place to go.Years ago I was 30,000 miles overdue for a timing belt on an Accord. One morning the Accord wouldnt start and I thought I had really screwed up. I had it hauled in expecting bad news and a high repair bill. Thirty minutes later Ken called and said youre ready to go. Turned out to be a faulty sensor. Forty bucks. Another company could have ripped me off.

I can not say enough good things about this repair shop. My college-age daughter has an older Honda that has been making a horrible noise for a year now. We took it to other shops and were either told that there wasnt a problem or charged for an unnecessary costly repair. Not only did GT Imports fix the problem, they took the car the very next morning, had it ready earlier than expected the same day and held to their estimate exactly. And the noise was gone!!!! My daughter leaves to go back to college in a couple of days. We are so grateful for the peace of mind of knowing our daughters car is safe and thankful for their professional above and beyond service. In fact, they even offered to speak with anyone where she attends school should she ever experience car trouble and need work.
