Someone from this company has contacted me for YEARS via text about a property I dont own and have never owned. IF it wasnt them the whole time, then they just bought my phone number from someone who has my phone number assigned to a house on Packwood Ave in Seminole Heights, Tampa. Ive finally found what company it is, theyve been pretty secretive and elusive about the company theyre from. Ive spoken directly with multiple sales agents and via text msg and by phone, requested my information be removed from their sales contact list. Next review is going to be to the BBB.

Your signs are all over the property in New Port Richey (Green Key Rd. and Manor Beach.) You burned down the entire lot of trees, and smoked out a seabirds’ nest, and the property looks absolutely horrific affecting the community and town of New Port Richey for over a year now. You could at least plant some trees to cover up what you have done to this beautiful property.Update, yes, there was smoke used to relocate a seabirds’ nest and the community should have filmed it. I would not be proud of representing builders that have completely disrespected nature along the Gulf of Mexico. Anyone looking at this property can see that it is only built on greed. Cookie cutter houses on stilts are being built alongside trailers and located in a flood zone that used to be filled with nature.

We have sold quite a few houses and usually sell By Owner. We tried that again this time. When you try to sell By Owner you end up getting quite a few calls from agents wanting to sell for you. We never do that. Until Steven came along. My husband was impressed with his candor and enthusiasm. We agreed to list with him and we are very glad we did.
