Went to buy a office chair, they had a Serta on SALE (with tag) for $299.99. I ask if they had one in the box(NEW) and they said NO ?I ask how much for the display with scratches in the arm rest and foot braces, along with scratched in the bonded leather.(Fake Leatherette) They told me $429.99? Say What? On sale for $299.99 and they wanted $429.99 for a used chair ... worn! OH, Sale is over two days ago (5th) and we did not take the sale tag off. You have to remember this is BONDED LEATHER junk ! Leatherette, will peel off in little pieces in a coupe years. I know I bought one by mistake last time. from them. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK SOON ! (IF EVER!)
They have everything you need to stay safe .. masks,hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray... toilet paper, paper towels....they were well stocked..when I was there..
My daughters laptop pushed a windows 10 update which made her entire system go on a fritz..after laptop sat at u break i fix for almost 5 days and zero updates from staff, we decided to pick it up and seek help elsewhere. Office depot was highly recommended by the staff at batteries and bulbs who had worked on a prior cell phone issue we had. Considering my daughter is taking all of her classes online we really needed this fixed asap.Rebecca at office depot not only fixed the problem within 30 minutes but was also multi-tasking at the same time...thank you Rebecca and awesome service office depot!
WOW, the customer service in the Print/Copy Department is superb. Even though they are slam busy, they always took the time to help me with quotes, explaining paper & finish types, explaining my options for binding, etc etc! If I call with an urgent order, they always do their best to get it out the same day, ASAP. Especially Rana & Aaron (dept. mgr) are so considerate & helpful. They have saved me on multiple projects, where other printers have fallen short. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Usually this story is good for me, NOT today I came to get ink for my printer and theyre completely out of my PG-240XL!! How does a computer store run out of ink?? Like if McDonalds ran out of hamburgers??
In search of a home office chair. Many to select from. The only down-side is that you have to put them together yourself so you cant just grab and go and have it right away. They do offer to assemble a chair for $12.99 though for the less than handy people.
Ordered online. Ready for pick-up when I got there. Staff was friendly & helpful. Quick in & out. Ample parking. Shopping made easy!

I went in to buy a standard sized clipboard and they didnt have a single one. Had many legal sized but no standard. Store was clean and staff was helpful. Parking was good and getting into lot going North had to upturn and go through a fast food joints lot.
Even though the store is not ever crowded. They seem to be the slowest in Customer Service. Just going through the checkout lane take more than five minutes. With all the do you want to join programs and service protections programs. They need to reevaluate the customer service experience.
Brandon in the photo dept was extremely helpful. I just had surgery and am in pain. He got me a chair and offered to help me to my car. He was polite and sympathetic the whole time. Everyone here seemed to get a long well with some office depot humor. I look forward to coming back.

I have experienced exceeding customer service while getting my Lenovo laptop. They had only display model, but I wanted unpacked, they managed to get me unpacked. Managers Tim and Chris really knows PCs and software because they attended special education. They had provided excellent service and gave me additional features for my Windows 8, made it efficient to use.Great shopping!
I did some printing. I sent an order online and when I got there it wasnt the right size, the woman fixed it until it was right and was awesome. The manager was helpful when I needed some help finding a couple of things as well. Good experience.
Not happy with service been coming here for 15 years own a local business and i was told tge rewards program for ink printers was gone about 6 or 7 years ago found out topday not true, even told the manager ive been coming here for 15 years and never received any discount using my rewards card and he did nothing, they dont honor prices online either i paid more for it in store all i wanted was to pay the cheaper price that is going to cost you my business. great job you lost a customer over 2 or 3 dollars

I called to have copies made of engineering pages 24X36), Office Depot said it would be $19.00 a sheet. When I told them Staples does it for $3.59 a sheet the guy said that is where I should go then. Office Depot is more convenient for me but I guess I will shop at Staples.

Worst office Depot I have ever been. Worst office supply store Ive been in ever. Nobody knows whats going on or where things belong. They dont know there own sales and associates have very little people skills. I would give 0 stars if I could!
The short version: I bought a laptop got home and after awhile I came to realize the Dell laptop, brand new, had no audio devices installed.Explaining why the sound did not work. No luck contacting Dell. So I went back to the store the next day. Explained the issue, and was told I could have it fixed, or if I wanted a new one and had things already installed, for $24.00 they would make the transfer for me. I dont understand why I would have to pay the $24.00........It is principal and not the money, this all occurred in 24hrs. Anyway, I will return the laptop and shop else where.

The store needs to contact their Google add service rep and have them change their store hours on their Google listing. (If what the employee Todd me is true, and the manager is unable to do it.) The store is NOT open 24 hours. I submitted a request to Google to change the info, so hopefully no more people will waste their time driving here after the store is closed. The employee leaving work when I pulled up, 30 min after they closed, was really nice and helpful. Still kinda irritating. The manager needs to get on top of their internet/social media advertising.

Second time today that this Office Depot store was disappointing. The first time I went there, gave them the benefit of the doubt. But today they confirmed my disappointment. The people in charge of the printing services have very poor costumer service. They sure dont mind if you stand in front of them for a good 20 mins. They look like they had a very rough day that they couldnt even say hello. Sure they ask what you came for but thats it. There was another old lady, late seventies maybe, I feel bad for her coz she was just standing by the computer and she was there before me. Seriously this store needs serous attention from the management.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE TODAY WITH KIMBERLY AT THE COPY CENTER. Bad customer service doesnt begin to explain it, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD BE MORE ACCURATE.
