They were very quick to replace my heat and air system. After installing it has a noise that they have been working diligently to correct. Every time I call them they are very responsive very polite Joe is the technician that has been helping us and helping us it has done a spectacular job

I made the decision to call RDK based on the positive reviews and nearly 5-star ratings on Google and boy did I make the right decision in using this business. I called on a Monday morning after experiencing some issues with my unit over the weekend, the receptionist was very polite and professional in assisting me with placing a service request. She was able to get a tech, Joe, out same day! Joe was schedule to come out between 3P-4P and ended up knocking on my door an hour early! Joe was very professional and did not try to upsell me, plus added bonus, he was in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this business for your heating and cooling needs!

This company is top notch- super customer service and quick response time. My air-conditioning system broke on the weekend. With a five year old son, I could not afford to wait for a technician until Monday (as it was uncomfortably hot in the house). I contacted several different companies before RDK, and no one would respond after hours on the weekend.I am so thankful that RDK responded quickly and sent a technician out within a couple hours. The office staff were also already working on giving me a quick quote and ordering parts. Everyone was very kind and saved the day! I will also be signing up for their platinum maintenance program, and look forward to continue working with them.

From start to finish what a great experience. Our unit went out overnight so in the morning we were referred by a friend and we are so glad to have called!! The young lady that answered the phone immediately set us up to have a technician at our place within 3 hours. Charlie showed up promptly as expected and was knowledgeable, professional and thorough with explaining what we needed to fix. He repaired it within the hour and we were back to normal by dinner. Great install but a month or two before they will come back to fix an installation problem. This happened to me twice so its not a fluke. Very poor follow-up for installation problems. Having a PLATIUM coverage A/C coverage with RDK, I was extremely impressed with service rep KEN HIGGIGBOTHAM who was on time at 8 am sharp! He was courteous with a genuine hello, explained what he was going to do. He answered all my queries in an understandable laymans language. His meticulous cleaning made our 10 y/o unit sparkle like new including interior/exterior fans. He even came across a hornets nest in the outside unit that he had to address. On March 9th, RDK technician Ken Higginbotham performed the semi-annual preventive maintenance on our HVAC system as part of RDKs Comfort Club Platinum maintenance service plan we have with them. I continue to be very impressed with Kens knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ken remembered small details from his last preventive maintenance that was more than six months ago. While performing the preventive maintenance process, Ken took his time to check each system component to ensure it was operating properly. He inspected and thoroughly cleaned the HVAC coils. Kens work ethics will ensure my HVAC system will continue to operate at peak efficiency and for the long term. I believe Ken is a great asset and reflects RDKs reputation as a reliable and professional A/C and heating service company. I just wanted to share about a company I never knew before today. I called RDK Air Conditioning as i had another company let me know a very important part of my A/C unit needed replacement which is a major part. The A/C stopped working completely and it was pretty hot for several days. I needed an urgent second opinion. Called RDK, they sent out their technician the morning i called. He was here right on time, checked all equipment out, got right to work, was neat and clean, and when he was finished checking everything, my unit was running like a trip hammer. The technician couldnt have been more informative, very neat, professional and willing to answer all my questions. In addition, I was saved a bunch of money getting the system up and running, no worry about buying expensive parts. Plus being a second opinion, I was not charged for a service call, nothing. I was so appreciative, I didnt know what to say. Just wanted to share my experience.

Alll of the above. After doing business with another Company for over 15 yrs. Called RDK for a second option. Very courteous and professional. Came over the next day and was explained in detail on my problem. Quote given very reasonable and excellent service. I am a very satisfied customer .and will be doing business with them from now on.

On December 7,2020 I asked technician from RDK to come and check my heater in Town apartment unit. Heat was not working. After two hours young man came to my unite and looks like he did not know what to do. Start to read manual, than called to his boss. Some how he fixed a problem. He asked to pay him $ 239.00 and he promised to come again to replace a part for an additional price. He promised to send me also an invoice of work he have done I signed in his I-Pad and receipt to my E-mail, but did not do it . According to RDK maintenance check up is $ 70.00 and service call $ 95.00 . After few hours later my heater stopped to work.What is going on ?on December 9, 2020 another technician came to my apartment and did the same things - was reading information on a panel of a Heater, 4 times went to his car bake and force, wasted time and did nothing.Nothing fixed. Looks like he also did not know his job well. Very unprofessional. Bad company - bad service.I think we need to find a better company.

Excellent company. They are my only call when I need ac work done. Even they tell me they cant make it out same day Ill wait till next day because I dont want anyone else working on my units. Very reliable with affordable prices. My last service they told me they would be able to come out next day but 1 hour later I received a call from the owner Ron he said he would personally come fix the AC. Words cant describe proffesionalism he takes on every job with. You have to give them a call for your next AC repair needs!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about RDK Air Conditioning and Heating company. When my central air conditioning unit stopped cooling, I was certain I might have to replace it. I called RDK and their customer service rep was able to send a tech to me that same day. Their tech (Joe) was very knowledgeable, thoroughly inspected the entire system which, thankfully, only required the drain to be cleared to get it back up and running. Joe made sure before he left that I understood how and when to change the filters, how to program my thermostat, and how often I should have my system serviced. Without being pushy, he encouraged me to visit their website and look over the various yearly maintenance contracts they have available so that I would not have to encounter a similar problem in the future. I would definitely recommend RDK to all my friends or anyone looking for an honest, affordable and knowledgeable company.

We had another company tell us that our 2008 model year system needed to be replaced. We were suspicious, so we called RDK to get a second opinion. Joe arrived on time and professionally dressed. He checked our system and saw we needed a new blower capacitor. Our final bill was under $200. The other company had quoted us $5000+. It feels good to work with a family owned company that has integrity. We highly recommend RDK and will refer them business.

It was a complicated issue (a sensor blew) but they addressed it and it got everything up and running, even over a weekend! Sensors can fail and I expect some level of service need after 4 years of perfect operation, but I was back up and running in no time!and just today, my next door neighbors HVAC stopped working and they could not get another company to even return a call...The RDK team responded in minutes ON A SUNDAY, and had a service tech (Joe, who is awesome) out again, within about an hour....fully resolved from initial call within 2 hours!
