Was shopping at Home Depot and they were promoting ABS to service your AC for $19. Had this company come to my home. They told me my system was low on coolant. It was going to be around $600. They also recommended that I replace a good working unit with a new one.. I decided not to take their advice. I called a highly recommended company for a second opinion. They said my AC unit was running great and did not need any coolant.. I would never recommend ABS.

Always double check that the product you ordered is the product you received. We used ABS to install a 5 ton AC at our office. For years after the install the system struggled to cool the office. ABS came out multiple times and claimed the system was doing what it was supposed to do. The second 5 ton unit on the other side of the building began having issues as well and every time ABS came out, the bills were extensive. We finally moved on to another company to service these rooftop units. It was then that we learned the unit ABS installed was a 3 ton, not a 5 ton as the invoice and work order clearly illustrated was supposed to be installed. The second unit was over working struggling to compensate for the underpowered unit. So far, ABS just reports back they are still researching the installation mix up and nothing has been proposed. Buyer beware.

Called at 6:53 pm for emergency A/C repair and was told a technician would come between 7-9 pm. It is now 11 pm and no one has showed up and I have called their emergency number 6 times in the past 2 hours and not once has anyone picked up the phone. I completely understand running late, but quality customer service should include calling to give your client a new ETA or let them know you’re still coming but will be later than expected.

We needed Sunday service and got it within 2 hours. Unfortunately, we needed a new unit due to inadequate service and procedure by a prior contractor. The ABS tech was informative, helpful, with no pressure or scare tactics. First thing Monday, they were out to replace our unit with one that has a 12 year warranty and that is manufactured in the United States. The techs worked together smoothly without complaining even though the temps in our attics had to be well over 100. We felt the firm was professional and knowledgeable, and were pleased.

Great customer service. The owner, Jim is always involved to make sure everything is done right. They will always try to fix rather than just sell you a new unit.

ABS is an excellent company to call if you like paying for parts that dont need to be changed. They also excel at giving excuses and stories about how your parts needed replacement even after you have the part tested and find out it was in proper working condition.Pros: good company to call if you feel the need to be robbedCons: read the pros

I have had ABS for a couple of year. Bought a brand new unit. I emailed to get the regular maintenance service but still no reply. Now the unit is blowing hot air. I called the phone number and it transferred me to the emergency # but no one answers and the MAILBOX is full!!! Its hot in here and I have a dog. Need service now as advertised. Will someone please answer the 24/7 hour emergency phone!

These people are scam artists! Had them come out to perform a tune up on our system. This is after the lady called 10+ times to come out. We had gotten a service plan with 1 more tune up. So guy comes out and says we need a whole new unit. I played his game and he left. I had another company come out today And the only thing wrong with the unit is it needed coolant. My unit is also still under warrantee until 2021 which they argued with me after they called back to try to get us to buy the new unit. The other company also had the same unit for 3800 instead of 4900. Luckily they didnt get us I just dont want them to get anyone.

Fast response on AC repair at my office. Extremely professional and efficient repair men, and they got us up and running in no time. Highly recommend.

Had a little issue with an employee but owners were quick to come out and take a look themselves. We appreciate the diligence they took.

Called them attracted by their coupon for a tune-up, my AC broke just after I called them so when they came I made them actually check the problem. According to them I had to change the entire system = 5000$ so I called someone else (Lloyds), it turned out to be just the compressor, paid 800$ and never wanna hear from ABS ever again

I have been trying to contacted for the past 2 weeks, nobody picks up the phone and the mail box is full.
