CROOKS !!! stay away my best advisei had service done June 22 2020 4:30 to 5:30pm paid almost $300 and this is the reason why i waited this long to review this company.i almost got scammed because i was clueless regarding the air conditioning, my weakness was an opportunity for the tech to take advantage and scam me, that day the tech shut down my condenser unit and suggest the compressor is dead and will need an immediate replacement !!!!! i was puzzled at that moment i couldnt think or make a decision to replace a compressor with $2k, not only i couldnt afford it because simply the ac was blowing slow supposedly, so how all of the sudden the compressor is dead !!!! i believed it wasnt a major problem so i said im not doing it, then the tech suggest to add a some Freon, i was fine with it and i paid the cost, today September 28 2021, precisely 15 months after the service, our ac still blowing cold, the furnace and the condenser unit are working fine by the way i got my HVAC & EPA certifications and i can still see all the scenario and how the technician tried to take advantage to scare me first then scam me, it didnt happened because i trusted my GUT !!!! so you can imagine how many people went through the same situation, simply because of trust which i dont believe this company have.stay away

My air conditioner stopped working mid day on a hot day in early September. I must have called 15 places and pleasant air was able to come out that evening. Most places could not.Joe showed up and got it running again. He is very knowledgeable, polite and well spoken. This service was much more expensive than i was expecting but on the other hand I don’t know anything about a/c or parts. they were available and fixed it. Working well so far.

The guys from Pleasant AC did an excellent job. I reached out to their team to get a few quotes for replacing my AC unit and was contacted by Tim the next day. Wow, what a great guy! He did an excellent job walking me through all of the different options that I had and advised me in what his recommendation would be for my particular case. After reviewing several quotes from other AC companies in the area, I found Pleasant AC to provide the best pricing with the best warranty. I was super happy to get started with them! Soon thereafter I had their installation team come and install my new unit. The crew (Robert, Adrian, and Chad) got to my home early in the morning and worked all day. They even had a smile throughout the serious Florida heat! I was super happy with the job they provided and the quality of care. I look forward to using them for all of my future AC needs.

He answered all my initial questions and explained everything that he did and that needed to be done in a way that I could understand. I found them through a local FB page with good reviews and having such bad experiences before with other companies, I was nervous but I called. We had Pleasant Air Conditioning come out today on a Saturday of a Holiday weekend because our AC stopped working. They answered the phone right away and scheduled a service tech to come out. Matt our service technician was great he diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed our issue. He throughly explained what caused the issue and ways to help prevent it from happening going forward. I appreciate Matt’s professionalism and letting me bug him with a lot of questions. If I need to have Pleasant AC come out again I will request Matt to be the technician.

Wow I am so impressed with this company. We had water stains on our ceiling and other companies couldn’t access the small space in the attic to figure out why. We had Pleasant AC install a new Trane heat pump and do seasonal maintenance on our 2nd Trane heat pump. From Arthur (sales) to the installation team (Rob & ?) to the service guy who did the seasonal maintenance, everyone was a pleasure to deal with and very competent/knowledgeable. They did not cut corners and stayed about 10.5 hours to complete the job and make sure we were good with the new thermostat(s). Our job included work on the existing unit and the team came with everything they needed, no oh we didnt know about that or we left it at the office. When they were done everything was cleaned up and hauled away. We would definitely recommend Pleasant AC for major installations, repairs and seasonal maintenance.

I cant say enough about Mike, and his team out at Pleasant Air! We recently purchased a used unit from them and brought it home and had it installed. After the first night we noticed it froze up. Not sure what the issue was we called him to let him know what was going on and he was quick to send someone out to access the ac unit.(You see, he GUARANTEES his used units parts for 6 months!!!)Once the tech arrived(ON VALENTINES DAY)it didnt take him long to figure out the issue. WE, didnt have a large enough return for the 4ton unit we just purchased. So it was OUR fault that the motor blew up, and that, is NOT covered under the warranty. AWESOME! I can’t say enough about how great this company has been. In March at the beginning of the pandemic our AC went out and we needed a replacement. They gave us an overnight ac unit in our bedroom and installed our unit the next day. They were professional and polite. We had an issue with our unit, and they were available on call every night, even at 10:00pm. They were responsive, polite and helpful. The service request was filled promptly the next morning. Each time the workers were friendly and helpful. When our part for repair was delayed due to COVID, they were able to request from another place and have it within 2 weeks. They have been so nice and accommodating through this process and now our AC is working great!

Ive lived in Florida for 30 years, and have learned many AC companies are more interested in selling up a large invoice, versus doing a great job on your AC system. I called Pleasant Air for my new condo because they had installed the Trane system for the former owner...I GOT LUCKY....the folks at Pleasant Air are great. Customer service staff was top shelf and the tech who came out did a great job...AND HE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DID NOT NEED. Pleasant Air was a pleasant experience.

Our AC unit went out a year ago and after going through a few estimates, Pleasant Air were the best price and were quickest to install. A year later and had a draining issue. The phone person had someone out same day and they do a courtesy annual checkup, perfect! The same person (Chad) who we had for the estimate a year ago was out to do the checkup. Was nice to see him and he remembered my little boy from last year. My son was even sad to see him leave! Really a pleasure all around. Words can’t express how happy we have been with Pleasant Air!

We just had a good storm this evening. The lightning was pretty intense. My ac unit stopped working right after the storm passed.I called Pleasant AC and the guy fit me in even tho they’re super busy tonight. I received a call from the service tech about 45 minutes later. He said, sometimes when lightening hits close to your house it will overload the compressor. He had me turn my ac back on and Walla my house cooling down. He saved me money as these house call are not cheap.If I could give 10 stars I would. I will always recommend them to everyone.

Our condenser was having issues starting. We called this company and they came on the same day. On arrival, the technician was knowledgeable and showed professionalism. He attempted to repair the unit before recommending replacing the system. Unfortunately my condenser was old and was done. The next day we requested a quote for a new AC unit and they responded in a timely manner. They sent one of their guys over once a decision was made to buy a new unit to complete all necessary paperwork. The next day they arrived early in the morning with the new unit and had it installed on the same day. Approximately two hours after the installation was done, we saw a truck from Pleasant AC parked in front of our house. Our thought was that maybe something went wrong, however, it was someone else from the company checking up and making sure we were satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Pleasant AC. They are the most professional company Ive ever had am experience with. Their techs showed knowledge and were respectful.

My AC wasnt running properly and the house was so hot. I thought it was the air filter, but quickly found out it was something more. I found Pleasant Air Conditioning online and saw they had good reviews so decided to give them a shot. Chad was over in good time and immediately knew what was wrong. Called after hours and love the fact I didn’t get an answering service. They were at my house within an hour. Got my ac back up and running within another hour. The next day after hours again, my ac wasn’t working once again I called and they had someone here immediately. Not sure what happened but once the tech was here we turned everything back on and it was working again. I felt terrible for wasting their valuable time but Lench assured me it wasn’t a waste of time and still checked everything out. His customer service was top notch.

Pleasant Air installed a new Trane A/C system and despite several problems with my attic, and prior installation, these guys were completely professional, knowledgeable and approached each problem with conviction and determination. The installers were hard working, courteous, and never stopped until the job was complete. Another company way overcharged me for R22 refrigerant and then said they would apply the cost to a new system. I called Pleasant for a quote which was lower than the original. They also covered the discount the original company would have given me. I chose Pleasant Air to do the job. The installation was a bear due to the location of the air handler. All was done without complaint even though the job ran well into the night.

Visit was scheduled for the day after the call. Technician was efficient and was able to not only diagnose but also repair in the same visit.

The tech showed up within in an hour. Install of both inside and outside units will take a day to install. They provide portable units in the meantime to keep the house cool. Friendly, quick, and reasonable.

Had been happy with the service from pleasant air before today. I had them out for a service call and it turned out to be a drain issue. I had to move the drain line due to construction and was going to reroute it. The service tech came out and said yes it was the drain line. He attached a “p trap” to the drain at the condenser in the garage . The line was not ran out the connection in the wall and it flowed everywhere in the garage and I was charged a service call which I am ok with. But $85.00 for a “p trap” and then water all over my garage. I am just very disappointed with this service from them.

Absolutely love the work this company provided! I gave zero notice to needing my entire system being replaced, and they were able to make it happen! I had to leave out of town and this company was still able to be trusted in my home and do the job. I can’t thank this company enough!!! It was 6 P.M. on a Friday night when I discovered my air conditioner had gone out. I had guests from out of town with two small children so I didnt want to wait until Monday to call.The first two companies i tried didnt answer the phone. Pleasant Air did. Lauren answered the call and had great customer service skills. I expected a tech would come out on Saturday but she said nope hed be there sometime Friday night. The tech, Chad, showed up about 7 p.m. and had me up and running by 8. While in the process of buying my house, I discovered that the older AC units would need to be replaced at some point. Knowing this, I was ready for the expense; I just didn’t know it would be 6mos after closing! That said, when my AC went down, I immediately went into sales mode: 4 quotes, ask all the right questions, do all the necessary homework! I discovered all kinds of new things: Seer rating, UV lights, air handlers vs compressors, speeds, etc. in the end, I was very confused and naive; however, when I called and spoke with Tim at Pleasant AC, it was the best choice! He was knowledgeable, and not pushy. He was fair and honest, and in the end, not only was his price the best, but the service was impeccable! The installers were kind, courteous and available. I hardly knew they were there! When they finished, they walked me through the checklist, and I was engaged and impressed! Tim, I can’t thank you enough! Not that I am waiting for the 2nd unit to die, but when it does...you’re my first call! Thanks a ton!!

Simple circuit breaker tripped. Asked technician to check freon since it has not been cooling properly lately. He advised that freon was ok but compressor was not functioning well. Suspected this as the unit is 17 years old and surely at the end of its life here in Florida. I really appreciate his professional advice and will follow up when we return home.
