Great wholesale nursery. Got all my landscaping needs. They have a wide variety of any type of plant and if they don’t have it they k is where to get it and can usually have it on site within a week. Great sales reps and great on site workers. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Plants were all in great condition as well.

Although service can be lacking when they are busy, I have always been happy with the quality of plants we are able to use to beautify the landscape of our customers. Georgie is great to work with and the ladies at the front desk are usually cheerful and very helpful. We dont go anywhere else.

That service is invaluable to me.The past several years, Ive had John as my sales rep. Great service, beautiful plants!!! I came by with my landscaper and the customer service was amazing! The guys in the field were so helpful loading us up and the girl at the counter was very friendly. Overall a pleasant experience!!

Our landscape company took us to Amplex to view all of the plants before the installation began. They have such a great selection of plants and everything looks very healthy. We even spent more money than we anticipated because I just couldnt decide between so many beautiful things. We would recommend them to anyone looking for the best for their landscape job.

Literally have a 40k landscaping job and my landscape architect recommended I view some of the plants here before purchase. Didnt even make it there because the lady answering the phone rudely made it clear no one would help me if I came. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very nice staff but a couple times weve called in an order and it isnt there when we go to pick it up which is annoying and makes for a day of scrambling around to find plants... Great if youre just going to see what looks good and is available in person rather than calling it in

They have improved over the years.

Preordered plants for a specific date and time. Gladly showed up, poorly 5 hours late. The driver didn’t help unload the 900 plants either, so customer service was poor as well. And if someone got hurt on their truck unloading do they even have the insurance to cover non employees? Def won’t be buying from them anytime soon. From a disgruntled landscaper

The salesman/customer service employee (I think his name was Steve) was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He made us feel unwelcome and it was very awkward.

Dont work have a special person that does. Management, office and general staff Are incredibly professional.
