Love this gym so far. Wide workout area full of both machines and free wieghts. Looking forward to try out their variety of fitness classes. Super clean facility complete with locker rooms and shower area. All staff so far are friendly and inviting. Great fit for me and their rates are fair for the range of amenities they offer.

Place is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. All the machines are there to help you to get fit.

Great to be able to get back to the gym without a mask to exercise.

Fitness Center Not as good as Marrero Location, too bad Marrero Location closed. Snap and Planet Fitness much better. They also got rid of old knowledgeable employees. Very sad.

I would say it is an experience going there, but it is well worth it.

Id like to say that Mgr Christina is absolutely awesome! She thinks outside the box and was able to improvise w my dilema. Great fitness center for the family

Ive been a member of this gym off and on for 10+ years now. I generally accept the fact that things can go wrong and management can make a bad decision from time to time, but today Id had enough. The gym now charges a $1.00 a visit towel fee. They only accept cash and dont give receipts. I was told this had been in effect for a while and was the new policy. I talked to 17 members about it today and they gave it mixed reviews from they never pay it, theyre never asked to pay, depends on whos at the front desk, to I just take two towels.My issue isnt the new dollar rule, but rather the unprofessional and random way its enforced. At professionally run clubs theres a flat towel fee attached to your dues for those who wish to have towel service. Some clubs have towels included in your dues and EXPLAIN an increase in cost due to higher services prices. West Jefferson Fitness Center has chosen to hack their way through this and anger members.I joined Manhattan Athletic Club today. The higher price was offset by no towel fees...

Went with the intent of possibly signing up, but I was told that it would cost me $15 dollars to try the gym out. The staff didn’t offer me a tour of the facilities or tell me any other relevant information.

I love it. It’s super clean and has a lot of nice, new equipment and it’s never crowded in the afternoon.

This gym is very small and crowded. The equipment I would normally use is occupied so I could not do my normal routine.i also dont like being the youngest one there.i am sorry I joined and now I am looking for a better gym with more of what I want and comfortable in
