I’ve gone to this place about three times now, the first time I went was to get a clear polish manicure, I was ok with the result because of the price I paid, then I Went in a second time to get a black and white nail design and I noticed that the guy who did my nails was using old nail polish, I was like maybe it was a bad day for them. After that I went a third time thinking I was going to be satisfied and again I was not, my nails started chipping after I dried them off I told the guy and he said don’t touch your nails ! I was like what ? How am I not suppose to paint my nails. Overall the experience is horrible and most of the polishes are old that’s why they start to chip of quickly, if I could I would give it a 0 stars. Clearly they have no passion for their craft. You pretty much get what you pay for. Below I’ll show how my nails look after one day of having them

My mother and I both enjoyed our visit here.The owners were very friendly and kind. We did a pedicure and nail polish. The pedicurewas great! We will be back.

Will not be back. Went in for a pedicure and my feet were barely scrapped and a 2 second leg massage and nail polish was all over the skin on my toes. Not worth the money.

I was VERY disappointed. I still have thick callous on the bottom of my feet. When I questioned the owner he had the audacity to say... you havent had feet done in a year, not true your wife did my feet the latter part of January and the reason I asked for the owner was because she did such a horrible job.The only reason I went back is because they are the cheapest nail shop in town.You get what you pay for.Pitiful and a horrible job.

This was a clean and neatly business when I enter on January 23, 2021. Later that night after showering I look down at my nails & notice that one had already chipped...smh....my polish was supposed to be gel but I guess I paid for $100 for chip-gel-polish! I will NEVER go back!!!!

I dont want to leave a star but its required.... I just left this place in tears. My eyebrows are HORRIBLE!!! The older lady that botched my face was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and some other choice words Ill leave out. I asked multiple times if she could fix the uneven parts so they could at least match for the night.... nope all I got was her 17yr experience story and others satisfaction with her work. Which means nothing when Im looking at my jacked up eyebrows. Best part... she attempted to insult me when ANOTHER customers asked her to refund my money because my eyebrows looked uneven/different!!!! Will never ever return and will be making a complaint to the BBB. Unreal!

I went there a couple days ago and they couldn’t even do an ombré French tip looking nail. So I had to go with something different. And then they used the tools hard on my nails so most of them turn red and left marks on my nail beds. So overall I give them 1 star because they did a very poor job.

Great location, fair priced and fun, relaxing experience. Staff were not rude or too sales-pitchy. Thumbs up.

Would not recommend this place. Nails are never done right. Wife rushes with customers and actually burns you. I stopped going to them. Found a better Nail Salon at Clayton Nail Salon at 473 E Main St. My reg technician went on vacation and had a very important appointment and went to get my nails done at Tango Nails. Sorry I did. A few days later as my nail grew the acrylic was so thick and not done properly it was pulling my hair when I ran my fingers through my hair. I had to sit at home and file down the thickness of the acrylic.

1. This place is disgusting and dirty. They water down the soap to the point that it is literally like water coming out of the bottle. I️ don’t want to touch anything in there because it is filthy.2. I️ have been here a total of 2 times both times I️ was overcharged. 1st I️ was charged $15 vs $10 extra for gel polish. The 2nd time I️ was charged an extra $5 for my fill in to remove the gel polish that I was originally overcharged for. I️ have NEVER been charged extra to remove polish when I️ was getting a fill in....NEVER!!!!!3. They are ridiculously slow and I️ was told to wait because the lady in the shop needed to go eat. Very unprofessional.I️ do not recommend this shop to anyone. The work is not worth the prices the charge.

I love them. My nails last a long time and they always get it right. Theyre friendly enough, and do their job well. I havent had a bad experience yet, I actually travel all the way from clayton to do my nails.

Old and cant do nails or eyebrows. The man does an amazing pedicure though!

Rude, horrible massage, one price told and another higher one charged, not sanitary, no hand washing, no gloves, no massage on chair, cold water, I waited for 30 minutes and was told 5, they charge extra for glitter and I dont mean designs. My eyebrows dont look right, and so much more! They also dont have exfoliater for your legs and no wax for feet! I will never go back!! Did I mention that my massage sucked bad lasted maybe a minute and when I complained they started talking in their language and laughing. Nice way to run a business, yea right!

This place might not be the best looking inside but their prices are reasonable. This is the only place I go. They have many customers. So they must be doing something right. They do exactly what I ask and dont force services on me. One main reason I go here is because I went to other nail salons in Clayton and they were prejudice. They were rude to me. Didnt want to touch my hands. As soon as a white customer came in they treated that customer like royalty. I was talked to like a slave before my service started. So I told the nail tech thats ok, I changed my mind and walked out. The place is Star Nails behind McDonalds. Rude Rude Rude. I will continue to go to Tango Nails where I get respect.

They do a great job for a fair price. not a spa atmosphere, but it’s my favorite place to get a really good quality pedi mani.

I wasnt looking for a new place to have my nails done. My guy was away due to a family emergency, so I went to this place. I beleive she was the owner and she was very friendly or thorough. I had to asked several times to do it over. All I needed was a fill in and airbrushed white, simple thing. No conversation from her so that give me time to check out the place. It very basic, needs alot of work inside. The soap to wash my hands was very watery, bearly soap in the dispenser. She never turn on the fan etc to accommodate the customer (me), then to top it off she yells at me accross the salon I think your nails are dry. I took that a its time for you to leave. Never mind as you remove your hands their rigged up nail dryer you burn yours on the bulbs. Please go some where else to get your nails done. You should never be handled by any place you pay for service. I will never go back to this place again and I told her that waiting to my change. No I did not give her a tip.

Very poor service, cant except constructive criticism on a poorly done job, a customer paying $30 for acrylic with gel shouldnt get any feedback from the owners when the gel starts popping off in a few days, instead therere always excuses as to what happened such as, its the kind of lotion you are using or its not the gel but your nails, never want to accept responsibility for their actions, nor do they want to make corrections for their wrongs

Not very friendly. Lady talked on speaker phone with her daughter while doing my nails.

This place is dirty, like extremely dirty. They did good on my eyebrows though.
