I have never been to a better place and this is the only place that my nails have never fallen off or chipped away!!! Love this place 10/10 recommend ❤️

The business hours on the door on Friday 9:30-7, its going on 10 and they have not opened ET Nails. What is the problem? Please let me know if there is a better nail salon.

Pleasant and thorough mani-pedis. I was hesitant to come by due to the reviews. Glad I stopped in. The owners were courteous, unlike the prior reviews. I believe alot of foreigners are misunderstood due to translation. I would definitely come back.

Place is okay. The owner and his wife are friendly. Pricing was fair.

Staff was rude. Sat in front of the tech just to get up and leave bc his attitude was disgusting. Do not recommend.

Male was very rude and decided to change the $ after my nails were done. Bathroom is disgustingly dirty. If he (the owner) doesn’t have any customers he just sits and stares out the window. He should turn his head around and see the dirt in the shop.

Wife and I had a good experience here. Water was nice and warm, folks got us in without waiting. They had sports on TV! We had a very enjoyable time with them!

I was told to leave and come back another day without explanation or kindness. I had never been here before. I walked in and there was no friendly, just a leave. Not very warm or inviting. Very disappointing

I was over charged for nails i did not want, the man who was doing my nails kept drilling my fingers, he wasnt paying attention. would not recommend

I get what I want with no wait, call get an appointment and get the service you want. I love the owners. I pray they survive COVID 19.

I should have listened to reviews. I wanted to walk out 2 minutes after we walked in and the owner wife had a fit because my 7 year old tapped on fish tank. They need to put a sign for kids to know not to do that. We dont own a fish tank so she had no idea. Second the husband seemed to angry I didnt know at what. I asked my daughter if she wanted to go somewhere else because of the bad energy they both were giving off. Fast forward he ended doing my daughters nails. He should not be working on kids... He did mine was so rough and just pushing my hands. I never in my life dealt with such arrogant people.

One of the male workers is extremely rude and does not have a good sense of customer service. He was offended that I did not want to sit my purse on the floor. When I asked him to pull over a chair, he told me to get it myself ... mind you, my feet were in water. Also, there was no one using ANY of the other chairs, as there were only myself and 2 other customer present. I took MY feet out of the water and prepared to leave. No one has to put up with disrespect AND sub-par service. Heck, nail salons are a dime-A-dozen ... theres one on every corner.Now for the salon itself ... it is antiquated and does not appear to be clean or sanitary. So leaving only allowed me to obtain MUCH better customer service and a more luxurious experience.Bye bye ET Nails!

I was a walk-in. I was immediately seen & got exactly what I wanted. The price was perfect. I would have given this place 5 stars but the actual facility was disorganized, which I know can turn some people off. However, my nails are great. Ill be back.

Walked in today to have some services done. First time here and recently moved in area. Male was very rude and nasty. Was it because Im African American? Not sure but I walked out. They would never get any of my money. Sad to say this happened but beware. They talk to people any kind of way. Not surprised just disappointed. This business wont be around much longer due to other nail salons opening in area and they know how to get your money regardless of your skin color.

Best place in Clayton I’ve been to have my nails done. Nice people. Took their time. Did a great job on my nails. Very happy.

Very disappointed and frustrated. Have been going to ET nails for 7 years. Always loved how my nails came out and held up. Now I have had to try for 4 months to get rid of a fungus in all of my nails from dirty instruments from this place!!!! My nails are discolored, shaped strange when the grow and crumble. The skin on my finger tips peels until they bleed. Over the counter and prescription meds have not worked and my only other choice is to take a prescription med to cure this that could cause liver problems and I refuse to do that to myself...UGH! I just hope this goes away soon!!! Will never be back to this place!

I went in for a pedicure and it was empty so i was seated right away. But. They do not use plastic lining in the tub that you stick your feet in, so i’m putting my feet in the same tub that other people have with no protective barrier, which is honestly disgusting. And the water was freezing cold! I got up and left

My girls and I have been coming to this nail shop for about 2 years now. We have experienced all services thats offered. I have never experienced any kind of racism or attitude from the shop owners. I along with my girls have always been treated with respect. We have had to wait for service before, because there is only the two owners working. However even then I never experienced any level of disrespect.

Waited 2 hours. Only went because had a gift card. Was very rude to us. They dont like anyone but their on race. Wanted nails cut and painted. Did not cut only file down and color. Told me to put my food on his leg. Then was rude told me to not put my feet on floor. So had to sit there with my legs in air. And did not give the disposable feet things. Said a dollar. Bathrooms were nasty. If I wanted my feet done on a mans leg would had let me husband do it. Very rude and unclean place. Dont go. They want last. I would not go back if I had free for a year.

Gel polish chipped less than 24 hours later. The owner does not know how to shape nails naturally. Not pleased at all.

They can actually do coffin shape correctly.

My nails and toes still look amazing, she did a great job. The only problem is that they need to hire at least 1-2 more people to avoid the waiting.
