I went yesterday as a walk in. It was myself my husband and my younger sister and we all got pedicures. Was sat down at a station and we waited for more then 30 mins on someone to help us. My husband and sister got normal pedicures, rushed through my sisters and poorly painted her toe nails. My husbands pedicure was awful. I took him for his first time and the dug and dug at his toes he left in pain. I got gel and a design on mine. Got through then clipping mine and filling painted them and I got a on mine was very simple just a couple likes and dots. I even have a reference. When she painted the design she looked as she just slapped it together. And put glitter on it even this the reference didn’t have glitter. Slapped the glitter on and left a huge blob of glitter. Highly disappointed in the work of this place expecting more higher hopes Bc I’ve heard so many good things about the this place

Tracy was fantastic sistas in the area of Clayton. Best lashes and waxing ever great look lashes were installed quickly and look beautiful and natural if you’re allergic to a lot of these glues out here like me you want to go to loyalty nails

Great service. I had a bad experience at another salon just days prior and had to get my nails redone. The salon was a little busy but they let me sit in another chair while I waited. I was only waiting for about 10 minutes before they started on my nails and it was completely different experience from the other salon! The nail tech was so nice and she listened to what I wanted and even gave me some tips. Will definitely be going back😀

It is a family business, the owners are adorable and always take care that everything is clean and that the service is of quality.

Great prices and great work! The pedicure seats are very comfy and have the massage back. They even recline. It looks like they make their own lemon sugar scrub which smells and feels amazing. The basic pedicure includes a hot towel which isnt the norm from my experience. I think the express manicure is a steal at $15. The staff were very nice and engaging -- they also fixed my friends nail that smudged while she was at the drying station free of charge! Highly recommend but definitely try to book an appointment. Huge color selection in normal polish as well as gel, acrylic, and dip powder.

Amazing job!! Will keep coming back, new salon for sure! My gel nails lasted no lie for 3 weeks and I could of even went another week. They were able to squeeze me in and I am so glad I tried them out.

I’ve been a loyal customer for about 3 years now, I love them and they are all very nice and they do the best job on my nails and toes. They know me by name now and always ask how my kids are. They just remodeled too and it’s so nice. I don’t go anywhere else even when they remodeled I didn’t go anywhere else while I waited for them to reopen. Love Loyalty Nails.

So far I have been to Loyalty nails twice and had a great experience. Both times I got pedicures and they were the best pedicures Ive had in my life! Anne, the owners mom, is the the best and shes so sweet. As long as Im in this area, they will have my business. 100% recommend them!

I went to get my acrylic nails done today and am super happy with the results! It was a little pricey but granted what I wanted wasn’t simple. The only thing that could have been better was...The manicure was a bit rough on my cuticles causing me to have a few sore spots. I could have spoken up and asked for them to be more gentle but I am not one to do something like that. Over all though, I got great results and would love to return!

I went to this business yesterday and I love the way my nails turned out i got exactly what i wanted. The only bad part was is my nails were burning while i was getting them done. Now i’ve been getting my nails done for while from a different salon. So maybe they use a different chemical. It would go away once she stopped touching my hand and then when she started touching my hand again it would come back. Again loved the place they were very safe due to COVID-19, and the nails came out amazing. Just idk if i would go through that pain again for my nails to look good.

I was getting a pedicure and I believe they clipped my cuticle too far down and now my toe is inflamed and hurts. When she was doing my pedicure I jumped because it hurt and told her she was hurting me.

Never again horrible service acrylic nails fell off the next day The nails wear bumpy and not straight at all. I came back to get them fixed and she tried to charge me just to repair the nails

Such a great place to go for a beautiful set of acrylic nails for a great price! Chris is always my go to for my nails and his wife Alex is amazing at doing eyebrows. They are very kind and I am always going to go back for my nails and other beauty needs.

I had an amazing 1 hr long, spa-like pedicure today with Ann at loyalty nails. I will def be back! I had a sugar exfoliation, hot stone massage, ginger and lemon infused warm towel wraps and a pop of color all for $36Such bliss! I feel like Im floating on clouds.

Great customer service but horrible attention to detail.I went in for a pedicure and full set. I advised the First Lady with my pedicure that I had a cut on my leg (which was visible) that she will need to be careful with. At the end of my pedicure she aggressively dried my legs with a towel re-opening the cut on my leg and making me bleed. I shrugged it off as it was an accident. As I was getting my full set completed, a second lady rigorously filed a nail. As I stopped her and told her she filed too deep. She continued re-filing the same area, once again causing me to bleed. I am irritated at this point but still attempt to give them the benefit of the doubt. As I finish my full set with gel polish, pay for my services and depart I realize that the color on my toes are a completely different color then on ma finger nails. As I point it on to one the techs, they begin to tell me that they will repaint my nails. I had an appointment that started at 12pm and didn’t not end until 230pm. First time and last time at this establishment.

Not friendly and shows favoritism to customers they know.... made a fill in appointment and eye lashes and when I arrived because they were busy they didn’t want to do my lashes. They lady stumped away and went to the back without saying a word to me. Then a gentleman said go with her. Very rude! l went to the back and she said lay down someone will be back here. 20 -30 minutes when by no one came back I went to the front to pay the bill and told the gentleman that nobody came back there and he said if you want it done you have to wait until someone is available. Excuse me!!! This is a service you have to make appointment for and I did that and was treated horrible because a few of their known customers walked in and they started catering to them. I would NEVER return again! Remember that you are a brown skin race as well... don’t forget who you are!!!!! #racism

Really enjoyed my experience. I went in with my mom and sister for gel manicures and pedicures. They were able to help us immediately without a reservation, which was much appreciated.For the pedicures we were getting No.3. It was amazing, HOT STONES love it. Ive never had that before.We all got gel manicures, and I loved the results. The technician was a little rough with my cuticles and I have a few tender spots, next time I will speak up more about my comfort level.The price was a little high, but the personal touches made this understandable. Youre paying for a service and they deliver it well. New managementGreat color selection. The salon was refreshing and relaxing, and it was incredibly clean. I would be glad to come back here. I went in this salon at 9:13am. They opened at 9. Was told there would be a 30 minute wait. I thought that was fine, so I waited. 30 minutes go by, then 45...60...Mind you, 6 women had walked in and were serviced immediately! A couple of them had appointments (I understand that) but NO ONE apologized to me for waiting an hour and NO ONE acknowledged me. I was freaking livid, so I walked out. That is not how you treat a person, let alone a customer that is trying to help your business. They had my phone number (when I signed in) but still didnt call to apologise. Had they apologized, I would have just scheduled an appointment. I will never come back to this place!

I found this place on a hunt to find a nail salon I could go to for everything. I went two weeks ago for dip nails, love the color selection and her patience. I only wish they would push and cut my cuticles as well as clean my nails off with acetone before anything. Also my apex could be way better but We will see how it goes my second visit. If they did all of stated above they would be 5 stars for me.

Loyalty nails has been my go to place for nails for over a year now. Ive tried other places in the Clayton-Smithfield area and none compare to their quality. My nails have never chipped here and I never have to peel my nails off of my skin after getting acrylics. They always do such an amazing job and always ask how Ive been whenever I come in, even if its been months. My favorite nail place, hands down. Also they do marble and its fantastic!

I used to get my nails done here all the time since I lived in the area. Since I’ve come back both times I have gotten them done here I have had my acrylics snap in half or crack. I don’t do any insane manual labor or pick at my nails. (One broke today when I touched my leg) Theres no reason my nails should be breaking like this. Every time I get my nails done at my usual salon where I live they last 3-4 weeks before needing to be filled yet here I am a week and 3 days after getting them done at Loyalty I have 3 missing and 2 cracked in half.

After relocating from a major metropolitan area, I was concerned that myself and my girls may have a difficult time finding a new nail salon. I am very please with the service that we receive from Loyalty Salon! Chris and Alex are great! The whole staff is amazing and friendly and professional . Keep it up!!!!

Ive gotten gel manicures at this spot twice. My second was last week. My mani is perfection - the gel color is so bright, shiny and vibrant - like glass! Alex did an excellent job. Ive received so many compliments for this manicure. So far, Im loving this place!

Been going here for over a year now and have always had impeccable service. Their acrylic shaping skills are amazing, from almond round shapes to coffin shapes, they always come out sleek, stunning, and clean. I always get my acrylics from here. They do my eyebrows perfectly and their salon is super clean and welcoming. Very very friendly place to go, they even fix nails if you chip your paint or fake nail, and they remember you and your previous visits, even after not going for months at a time. Their prices are the best in Johnston County, and their service would make Hollywood celebrities jealous, and those high end salons wont not even come close to the nails of someone who visits this salon. Remarkable. I love these guys! Everyone who works here treats me like family and makes sure Im satisfied with the end result.

She is wonderful; GIFTED with foot massage which has eased my arch pain and Achilles tendon pain dramatically. How often do you get better service than what you hope for?? Love this place!! My gel nails lasted a week or 2 (which is great my manis never last) and my moms lasted over 3 weeks!! Not to mention the staff was friendly and knew what they were doing! I highly recommend it!

Ive only been here once, and wont go back. ive had 3 nails fall off within the week i got them done, i have an office job and all i do is type there was no reason for the nails to fall off!! Not going here no more!!

I got my nails done on Thursday they got glue all over my fingers and my nails are crooked I got almond shaped nails and my actual nail is wider than the acrylics I asked for gel overlay but they gave me acrylic. I STILL PAID FOR GEL EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT GET IT. I also got gel nail polish and it was already chipped they got acrylic all over my fingers and overall I hated my nails the color was the only good thing about them

HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!STRIKE 1!!! Had an appointment scheduled for 9am this morning. I got there on time but shop was closed and no one in sight. I drove back home and called 10 mins later and Tony answered the phone. I told him I was there on time and asked him where was he. The only thing he replied was Im sorry I overslept. Pathetic excuse for a place of business and highly unprofessional given I had a scheduled appointment at 9am. Being the person I am I gave them a second chance and drove back up there to get a fill in, pedicure, and eyebrows done. STRIKE 2!! I asked if there were any type of compensation for the inconvenience and none was offered. Was told the owner said it cant be done. Which is bad bad CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Im a business owner as well and I know the value of keeping repeated customers happy!! Obviously they dont care about people who spend good money. STRIKE 3!! I GET HOME AND REALIZED THE POLISH ON MY TWO BIG TOES WAS WRINKLY LOOKING AS IF I HAD VEINS IN MY TOE NAILS. I drove back up a 3rd time and had to wait 30 mins just to get them fixed after being asked by Alexs replacement tech to leave and come back because Tony was busy with another customer. I told her I wasnt leaving because I didnt want to come back for the FOURTH TIME!! I ALSO TOLD HER IF IT WAS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME I WOULDNT HAVE TO BE THERE AT ALL. TO MAKE AN EXTREMELY LONG AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE STORY SHORT. I NORMALLY TIP 15-20 dollars on top of my service amount thats due but instead I paid for the services and decided to NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY AND TO NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!! THERE ARE SO MANY NAIL SALONS AROUND THIS AREA SO REMEMBER TO TREAT PEOPLE BETTER!! YOU GUYS BETTER LEARN HOW IMPORTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HERE IN AMERICA OR YOUR BUSINESS WONT LAST LONG!!!!!
