I have been here three times and have received great services. I am sold on the Vitamin Gel. I am rough on my hands and nails and they have lasted 3+ weeks. I get them filled because of nail growth. No chips on the color. Totally worth it! Plus, they give you a mini hot stone massage- just what every girl needs!

He is very precise with his craft. Juno, Blanca, and Genis are all great too. The best part is the hot stone massage.

Today i went to get my nails done with my sister and her nails turned out nice but mine are horrible. the man doing my nails was very rough and filed too much on my natural nails. the shape is not what i asked for (coffin). after he was done my nails were hurting and still hurt. will NOT be coming back.

The leg massage and hot stone massage was great but the pedicure is terrible! It took and hour and a half and this is what I got! She didn’t even cut back the cuticles or dry skin around my toe nails or if she did it was not done well. Didn’t look too bad at the salon but as soon as my feet really dried it is very obvious! And I gave her a $10 tip on a $40 pedicure. I had them done for a big “reveal” tomorrow and my feet look like I did it myself. That was why I had them done in the first place. So disappointed in the quality of work 😓

I always have a good experience at Nailed It. The owner suggested I try the Vitamin nail over regular gel because it will last longer and it is better for your nails. It is more expensive but Im able to go almost a month between fill ins which as a mom is ideal for me. Theyre usually pretty busy so its best to make an appointment sometimes or call ahead. All of the nail technicians are professional and friendly. I feel that everyone takes their time and does a good job. The owner comes around and gives you a hot stone massage too!

I brought my Mom and sister for pedicures during their visit this week. Tom was extra sweet and patient with my Mom who had never had a pedicure before. Marcie did a great job! I was so relaxed I dozed off. Such a wonderful experience! I will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer!

I tried their service 2 x and both experiences was very disappointing. The salon is either under staffed or training new nail technicians. I really wanted the service to work since it’s so close to my home. My manicure was done while I was sitting in a pedicure chair and both services was not worth almost $70, 2hr wait with an appointment.

The nails I got done were super clumpy and not at all what i asked for, the people there were also rude and the manager didnt want to give me my refund to get them fixed somewhere else. No one should have to pay for a poor and unprofessional service.

I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now. They’re very consistent in the quality. I’m always a walk in. They move through their customers efficiently. Everyone is always kind. I usually get gel on my fingers and regular polish on my toes. Everything lasts well. I never have any lifting. The hot stone massage is life! Just a quick rub on the back and a few squeezes on my neck and shoulders always feels just right. The pedicure and the massage accompanying that is always awesome too.

We had tried 2 other nail salons today and nobody could fit us in. I called Tina at Nailed it and she stated there was no wait. My mom and my sister and law and I were all able to sit together and finished at the same time. This place was excellent and absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend checking this place out!!

Tech seemed preoccupied walked away and answered her phone and worried about what was going on with the front. Kept stopping and giving these long exaggerated sighs like she didn’t feel like being there. She forgot her steps in completing my pedi because she only massaged one leg.😒😒 at this point get me polished and let me leave. I’ve been here before and it definitely wasn’t like this. Polish was not that great.

I’ve been here a few times for pedi/Manicures and my very first experience being my best, and the others being mediocre. On today’s visit, it was not good at all. I paid $72 to have my paint job look like a child did it and to get cut in multiple places because they filled my nails too thin and close. When I notified them all they said was soak it in cold water, what is that going to help with? Absolutely nothing. Not satisfied will be spending my hard earning money else where from now on.

The owner is fantastic here! She recommended a new type of product for me to use and I ended up loving it! But she gave me a two week guarantee to come back if I didn’t! Wait times can be long because they are always busy but this is the only place I will wait for.

If you noticed they dont have the prices up for you to see it. I’ve been here 6 times and i always pay diffetent prices for same thing!!! I try not to argue about it after paying $70 today for the same full set I paid $55 im not coming back here. I dont know if they think the customers wont remember but its NOT okay!! HANG your prices on the wall !!!!!!They’re service it’s nice and I like how they do my nails. But I don’t want to be paying different prices every time I go!! So yes time to find a new spot.

I really want to like this place because of convenience but the customer service/friendliness has declined over time and the work is inconsistent. Not a fan of the recent hires and feel they are bringing this place down. Customer service is huge and if this place doesnt step it up, Ill find somewhere else to go.

Tommy (sp?) Greeted me this morning and helped with my pedicure. Even with a busy salon she was engaging, patient, and thoughtful throughout the process. Another gentleman (I didnt catch his name unfortunately) went above and beyond to start my manicure, the three of us shared stories of home, laughs and conversation. My nails came out stunning and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. More than that the two employees, I had the pleasure of meeting, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.This is exactly the place to visit for a relaxing and enjoying time. You will leave happy and feeling well pampered. Oh, did I mention most of my session was done in the massage chair 😊, so great!

This place was phenomenal. I called on a Thursday afternoon asking for a late appointment on Saturday for 6 pedicures... yes 6. A group of us ladies wanted to get together and they scheduled us no problem. When we arrived, 6 chairs all next to each other were ready with water turned on and multiple staff members helping us get settled, pick colors, and offering drinks. The service was amazing, nail technicians were gentle and did not rush and they even do a little hot stone massage on your shoulders! None of us were waiting on another to get done or felt like the experience lacked for any reason. I don’t live in Clayton anymore but if I get the opportunity, this is where I’ll be going!

My daughters pedicure was wonderful. She had a young lady that listened. Unfortunately I did not have that experience. The lady that did mine was too forceful and hurt my legs many times. She asked if it hurt and I said yes, but then she would hurt me more. She said, I am so strong and laughed while hurting me during the massage. She burned me with the heated rock. We will not go there again.

Today March 6, is my third time coming to this place. Every time I come here there is always a new price for their services. A month ago when I was here, I got a fill and I was charge for a full set. I was less customer that day, so when I left my set it was uneven. I didn’t come back to get it fixed because I was in the middle of labor, but I made sure to take pictures. Today I got a new set and I just got something basic and they try to up charge me. I Also wanted to let it be known that when you come in expect multiple people working on one set of nails. That to me is unprofessional. They just go from customer to customer without sanitizing. Best believe I will not be coming back here again

This was my first time going here and I enjoyed it. I got a pedicure and a manicure. Both ladies were very pleasant I think I found my new nail salon.

Tina and her staff are friendly. I have gone 3 times and all have been a nice experience. Quality work as well.

I walked in for a pedicure. Said it would be a 30 minutes wait. Waited over an hour then I had one person cut, file and remove calluses from my feet then I had to wait another 20+ minutes for another person to paint them. After that another person came over to clean the toes up. Upon check out they did not have any change. In total my 45 minute to 1 hour pedicure to 3 HOURS! $73 for a pedicure!!! Absurd!

Friendly people. Had a fill in for gel nails.They gel polished they used as a liquid gel lifted off my nails after 3 days. I wont be back. I felt I wasted my time and money for trying them.

On my 1st visit, I made a mani/pedi appointment with the owner, Tina, but she assigned me to Monti to do my pedi (that ended up being ok because Monti was friendly, attentive & did a good job). She convinced me to try a gel overlay manicure indicating it was healthier for nails & makes them stronger. Polish chipped & nails broke & snagged within 2 weeks. I visited this shop for the 2nd time today. Upon arriving, I showed Tina my damaged nails & all I got was a bunch of excuses as to why they didn’t hold up. This visit, I scheduled my mani/pedi with Tina & again she assigned someone else to do my pedicure (not sure what her name was, but she had a ponytail with green hair coloring). She was unfriendly from the start. She never asked if I wanted my toe nails trimmed, just started filing them. After explaining several times how to file them, she caught an attitude, jumped up, & started complaining to Tina in their language (very rude & unprofessional behavior). Disappointed by this behavior, I advised Tina that I would wait for Monti. She was very pleasant & did a great job (she has great customer service skills). While sitting there getting my pedicure Tina directed a man to come over to discuss my manicure & I advised him that I had scheduled with Tina. Also, I noticed how people are treated differently from the pleasantness to what they are offered to drink. On my 1st visit, Tina was more pleasant & friendly & I don’t remember being offered water, but the 2nd time I was. Other clients get offered wine & seem to be more pleasantly treated on both my visits. When I schedule an appointment with someone specifically, I expect that is who will perform the service. If that is not the case, they should let the client know before hand. After a very disappointing experience, I decided not to get a manicure. I never so much as received an apology from Tina for the poor customer service I received today. I paid $105 plus a tip on my 1st visit. Their services are not cheap & good customer service should be given.

Excellent experience!! The pedicure was great!! The best massage Ive had. Feet, ankle and legs felt great. Tina did my manicure and i enjoyed talking to her. Ill be back for sure.

Destiny did a gel full set on my nails. It had been a while since Ive had my nails done with just the gel. They are soooooo beautiful, strong and natural. I just moved in the area and I will be returning and bringing some more friends with me. Tina her sister was great too. She really made me laugh. Clean and welcoming.

Nailed It! Is a wonderful place to relax and get your nails done. My manicure was the best I have ever had, and they educated me on what they were doing and why. My pedicure wasn’t rushed and very relaxing. Lots of color options for both gel and regular polish. One of the only places around that does “gel builder” which is so much healthier and longer lasting than dip! Cleanliness is a 10/10! Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Definitely my new nail place!

The girl was very sweet and nice. But, I ended up with cuts on four of my toes and she rubbed my left foot raw in three places. Hard to walk today with all the cuts and sore places. Will not be returning.

Tina was wonderful! From the time I walked in I felt welcomed. My nail tech moved to Hickory NC and of course thats to far for a fill in every 2 weeks LOL! So I took my chances and made an appointment at Nailed it Spa and I dont regret one second. I got a massage with hot rocks, hand massage, and a glass of wine!
