When i moved to this area, i had a hard time finding a mechanic i could trust. After hearing about Brian thru word of mouth, i took my truck to him for some much needed brake work that anothermechanic botched. Brian not only repaired it properly, but showed me the brake lines he removed that were spliced together by the first mechanic.This is not only dangerous, but illegal as well. I have taken all my vehicles to Brian ever since then. I can describe Brian in two words; Trustworthy and Honest.

Dropped of my Honda Civic for a routine oil change and threw in a surprise “AC not working” when I dropped off the car. They were able to check it out for me and fix the problem for me the same day although I was only scheduled for an oil change. They were done with everything quickly and were very friendly. My AC is blowing colder than ever now. Will visit these guys for my next maintenance and or repair.

I was really surprised! Brians is a hidden gem. I thought my tires were bad and they confirmed theyre fine, but it drove better after they had it. They adjusted pressure and weights, no charge. Theyve done work several times on my and my Moms cars. Each time they were less expensive than anticipated, faster than they said, and had chances to upsell me without me really knowing and they didnt. Honest, fast, not expensive. Like a dream come true.My only criticism is the smoking in the office. Its very smoky and at least one person smokes (smoked? Maybe theyll quit?) in the office, next to the no smoking sign. Bleah.

They take care of your car quickly and professionally. You definitely get what you pay for. The service is top notch and repairs are done right the first time, plus you dont have to wait a long time to get your vehicle back. Very efficient! I had to take a star away as my truck was recently there and they did not put the flooring back as it was when it arrived. A little disappointed. They are a little pricey as well.

Very nice and knowledgeable people. Upfront pricing with no pressure or up sailing. Final bill was less than quoted due to finding a part cheaper. They could’ve not told me, I never would’ve known. So they’re Honest.

Had read many good reviews of Brian’s over the last couple of years. Tried them out recently. Friendly service, neat, clean and organized shop. I will definitely use them again.

Once again Brians auto saved the day. Recently brought my vehicle in for a oil change. I mentioned I was having issue with a check engine light. He voluntarily did a FREE diagnostic test and told me the issue. He advised me to bring my car to my dealer and discuss the federal emissions warranty. He could of easily told me I needed a catalytic converter and charge me for a diagnostic test. Most honest mechanic around! Thank u Brian!

Brians not only quoted me 2k less than the Toyota dealership, they also came in under budget because the dont charge you for services that your car doesnt need! They also sent photo updates throughout the entire repair, and were just absolutely incredible.The only place Ill go if Im in the area!

But they charged me HALF what the other garage did!! Unreal.When they were done, I told them they were awesome and he simply said, We Know.And, i brought my own parts in since they are so much cheaper on places like Parts Geeks website! They didnt upcharge me like every other place would.This was a win win win for me!!

Brians Auto has great service! You get friendly service whether you call or walk in, they are up front and honest about everything, and have reasonable prices. They never try to oversell, in fact they will let you know if something does not need to be done yet, such as brakes still have wear left.

Since moving to the Cleveland area 2 years ago from NYC I had to find places for services that I could trust. One of those services is for my vehicle. They are a good bunch and will try and help you out. Just becareful with the bill and specify if you do or dont want something done to your car. They spent 30 minutes fixing a handle I didnt want fixed because I was going to sell it anyways after a check up. They didnt force me to pay for it and left it fixed since they didnt have to spend anything for the parts. Keep up the good work

These guys are awesome. I went in about 30 mins before closing time. They fixed my tire cheaper and faster than a regular tire shop. People are super nice. I will do business with them again!

Received a quote for $1,100 at Meineke for brakes and Brian took care of it for $117. He has also taken care of two our friends for very reasonable rates. Does great work and gets your car in an out quickly. Highly recommend.

I brought my truck into Brians with a exhaust pipe that fell out. He was able right in and when the part that was sent over kept being the wrong size they decided to weld it back on (which is what I was hoping for). Everyone there was extra nice and I will be going back again for regular maintenance

Fair,honest,reliable,affordable auto mechanic are hard to find and brian is all of the above. Had a issue with my window about 6months ago on my dodge journey. After going to deacon Jones to get a price to repair the window which would of cost me $400. After speaking to a neighbor he suggested I go to brian and get his opinion. Instead of brian doing the job he suggested trying white lithium grease before and BAMN it worked. 6 months later still havent heard a noise. He could of easily got money out of me but he didnt. Not many mechanics would be as honest as he was here and it was greatly appreciated. Thanks Brian!
