My wife took our Equus there for a very deep rock chip. She said the husband and wife duo made her feel completely at home. We only take our vehicles to Mels Auto glass in Cincinnati (our Audi S6, F450 and Sonata) but wanted a glass repair shop near our work in Dayton. She found Coops and found out he actually worked for Mel. His work is impeccable. Despite it being a bad and deep chip, he managed to reduce it down greatly. My wife found them to be very charming and very welcoming. She worked late and called in to see if they were still available. They were able to accommodate her schedule. Coop is actually highly recommended and used by dealers in the Dayton area so you know his work is amazing. My wife even wished she had another chip just so she could go back and visit them. They are extremely fair with their prices (highly competitive to other glass places but Coop has way more skill). I highly recommend you entrust your auto glass repairs/replacements with them. You wont get better focus, skills or care anywhere else.

Had a star in our windshield from a small rock hitting it. I didnt want it to cause a crack so I called Coops. What a great job he did on the star! If you did not know where it was you would be hard pressed to find it! He and his wife were so nice. The job was done in a flash and for a very reasonable cost. I will be recommending them whenever I hear someone needs a repair.
