I called A Action Carpet cleaning on Tuesday, September 29, 2020. I had set up time, price and everything. Before the end of the call, I asked did they wear masks. He answered, no. I wanted to know why. Never mentioned another carpet cleaning name. He seemed to be upset because I questioned wearng a mask and told me to call Stanley Steamer and he rudely hung up the phone. That is not the service anyone needs. No I did not use their services.

In order for me to be able to post on here is I have to give at least a star. But in reality I wanted to give negative 0 star. This place is the worst carpet cleaner ever. I do not recommended to anybody. My sister and her husband bought a house and they asked me to call a carpet cleaning company for them to come clean the carpet before they moved into their new house. So I did and because we’re new to the area I looked up carpet cleaning on google and they were the closest to us. Long story short, they came and cleaned absolutely nothing. Carpet still looks dirty, smells terrible and still very sticky. When we put our feet down on it, they look so dirty and nasty after words. I tried to call them to complain and ask for them to come back to fix the problem or give us our money back. Oh and I didn’t mention, I also told them that there is a baby in the house and on the floor all the time and this isn’t safe for him. When I called all I got was a terrible attitude and the guy was like “don’t tell me I did my job wrong, or how to do my job” I said come see for yourself or give me my money back or I will report you. And as soon as I said that, the guy hangs up the phone. I have been trying to call them back ever since and no answer. When at first they used to answer from the first ring. We payed 122$ for absolutely nothing. I repeat for nothing. Money doesn’t grow on trees. We work hard for our money to go to waste like this. This place is waste of money. I do not recommend it for anyone or you will be throwing your money in the garbage just like we did.

I forgot the name of the old carpet cleaners Ive used, and I unfortunately hired these people. We had several issues with these people. What an utter waste of money.1. I asked if they are able to do stairs to which they said yes, but I did not ask them to do it. They decided to do them and try and charge me until I found out and told them to stop!2. I was outside with my daughter when they texted me from inside that the total was going to be $180. That is far off from the $75 +$50 for an over sized room.3. They excluded a 4 ft peice of carpet in front of a room that is very obviously a part of the $50 over size room and said its an additional $10 to clean it because its a hallway.4. They said closets are free on the phone. I said are you sure? It is a large closet. The guy on the phone said oh absolutely its free. When they showed up here, they told me it was going to be $15 for the closet.5. The guy basically tried to reprimand me about when I call them back to have it deoderized after its going to be much more money. He said it will be $400!! He said it was essentially a mistake I didnt do it this time and that he will have to clean it all again and its $30 per area. Thats $30 for the closet, stairs, hallway, room, and 2x the charge for both over size rooms. I assure you I will not be calling them back.6. When I came inside, the guy asked if I ever had my carpets cleaned before. I said yes, several times. He rudely said well then they obviously didnt tell you that the clay wont come out. I asked what he was talking about as I walked to the living room. I then saw that it basically looked like it was simply vacuumed! It was as dirty as it looked prior! I suppose a little came out, but I dont understand how they could leave their work looking so bad.7. All the dirty water they got out of the carpets THEY DUMPED ON MY DRIVEWAY. WTH?!I cannot attach pictures on here of their work, but if you look them up on yelp or anywhere else the pictures will be there. What an absolute waste of money and time. I have to call around and see who has record of cleaning my carpets prior. They made them look nearly new.
