All American Cleaning & Restoration are prompt, proficient, and professional. They cleaned and sealed my grouts and did a fantastic job. It just goes to show you can still get a great deal for a great price. I am very hard to to be pleased and they did everything I asked plus more. I guarantee they will knock your socks off too.

We have used All American for years and years because they are always prompt to arrive, do a wonderful job even while being interrupted to engage with kids and grandkids, and are so reasonably priced. What I found out this week is that they also have a great big heart! My daughter and her family lost everything in a fire a couple of weeks ago and some friends gifted them with a couch and chair that were donated by a church member. Unfortunately, the previous owner had cats and my daughter is allergic. I called to ask how much it would be to have it cleaned and the owner called me back immediately and told me they would be happy to do it for free! The person who came to clean it made sure it was done well and also personally did a very nice thing for my daughters family. These are GOOD PEOPLE! They are also very good cleaners. My technician was Josh. I originally had them come clean/repair my dryer vents. I decided to add on hvac sanitation after dealing with mold on my vents last summer when using my ac. He answered all my questions, seemed very knowledgeable and was easy to work with. He put me in his schedule to come back the same day. Great experience over all!

Been using All American for about 10 years now and I will never use another company. I tried others in the past and they just weren’t the quality that All American provides. So much better, no residue or chemical smell. Just smells nice and drys fast. I have 6 cats so I use them about 3 times a year.

I called for an estimate. The guy was rude. He quoted me $85 for my 1 BR apartment. I told him Thomas Cleaning quoted me $60. He got an attitude saying, Well go ahead and call Thomas then, also mentioning that his reviews were better.So I decide to look at the reviews...As you can see, all the other reviews are from made-up profiles most likely created by the same gentlemen I spoke with.Please do not support fraud.

I used All American for the first time today . I had a bad pet smell in the house and a lot of wear and tear. I also had lots of stains actually thought I was going to have to replace carpets . They came did a pet treatment and treated all of stains and basically saved me a lot of money. I upgraded to the max clean and was very happy with the job they did . House didnt smell like a inch of pet when they left . Out of all the carpet cleaning places I used they are by far the best . I Will continue to use these guys overall great cleaning company.

They sent 2 very young men to my clean my carpet. I was very skeptical at first because I didnt think they would know exactly what they are doing. I have a German Shepard and he peed in the house every time I left for work, the smell was bad and the stains were large. To my surprise they came in and made my carpet look and smell a thousand times better. I even told my grandmother to call them for her carpets lol great service.

All American came out this morning to clean my mattress and my couch that was soiled by a very sick elderly lady I took care of this last weekend, I had a rough weekend to say the least! I didnt have enough funds to pay to get both cleaned at this time and was just going to get the mattress cleaned. All American arrived 20 minutes early and cleaned and deodorized my mattress for their quoted price, but then went above and beyond and cleaned my couch free of charge! I was so surprised and extremely grateful!! It made my week!! And not to mention they both smell and look fantastic! Used another company to clean my carpets a few months ago. They charged me an arm, leg, and a few other parts and the pet smell was still not gone. I called them to come back to fix the problem but they would never come and was very rude. I called All American, they came and took care of all my problems and to this day, no pet smell. This was done about 3 weeks ago. Best Carpet Cleaners in Clarksville TN.

They were an hour late showing up and told me the 10:00 to 11:00 was the between hour of showing up, not the arrival and completion time. They then priced one price over the phone then once arrived started adding various prices. That would be fine if they were honest up front instead of leading you on. They charged me for an estaminet which again, would be ok if they up front when the appointment was made. Other places prices may be higher on original quote but they are honest up front and dont try to hide their fees. This place quotes low then trys to sucker you once they are at your house.

Absolutely the WORST carpet cleaning I have ever had!!!I cannot believe they call this service.The guys showed up an hour early, which we were not ready for.They were nice guys, polite.They proceeded to walk through the house and then told us that our price would be more than double the estimated quote, even though when I called I was extremely thorough with my descriptions of what needed to be done and a few stains needing to be treated.When they finished, they told us that the carpet didnt lift the way it was supposed to. It looked okay to me, but you cant see that when it isnt dry. I asked if that would be a problem, and they said no. We paid them, and they left.24 hours later, raw sunlight hit my livingroom and I nearly cried. There were dark patches EVERYWHERE. Streaks of brown (we have a tan carpet) and black areas. The carpet was also HARD as a rock.I immediately called them and told them the issue, and the lady answering the phone was very short with me and told me nothing could be done until monday, (three days later). Well, that was a problem, my husband was deploying saturday and I was leaving with a moving truck on monday morning. I asked for a supervisor or manager, to which she replied he would call me when he could and hung up.I cant leave with the livingroom looking this way, so I have to stay until its done. Which means renting the moving truck ANOTHER day if we dont leave on time.Absolutely the worst carpet cleaning I ever have dealt with. Will never recommend, or use again.I agree with a previous statement that the other 5 star reviews are phony.Sincerely, Allison

Horrible company. Two guys came and one didnt even do anything just texted on his phone. The second said that he forgot his vacuum and would asked to use ours. Went to vacuum a couple days later and its broken. Called the company and spoke to owner who is very unprofessional and condensending as if we were lying. Will never use them again not only were they rude they did a mediocre job which looks like I cleaned my carpet with home carpet cleaner.
