Mike is amazing. I closed on the house I bought and noticed at my final walk through that the seller did not clean at all. The carpets had pet stains and odors, and were very dingy. I only had one day before I was moving my things into the home. I called Steem Master and explained my situation and they were able to come THE SAME DAY!! This was huge for me. I was able to move in on time, the carpets look great, no smell or pet stains. Mike did an amazing job!! Not only was the work impeccable, but the service is where I am the most please. Great customer service company. 10/10 would recommend.

This business has done our carpet for a few years, charged us $100 for living room, family room, steps and hallway. We have always moved all furniture for them, so it takes them less then a hour. Yesterday they give us a new quote, $218 for the same area. I understand cost of living increase, gas increase, product increase, etc. but a 118% increase in price in one years time? Watch out for the man trying to make his money for the day all on one job. You lost us as a customer.

Excellent service! I was able to get a next day appointment for cleaning my white couch. There were several large water stains on the cushions and just general dirt buildup on the arm rests. My previous home cleaning attempts couldnt get them up. Steem Masters did such a fantastic job that my couch looks like it did when I first bought it.
