This is one of the best carpet cleaning companies I have ever used. I used another carpet cleaning company three months prior and they actually did damage to the material. Heaven’s Best went out of their way to try to correct the damage. Angel, the tech, was fantastic! Highly recommend them for all carpet and upholstery needs.

Im very happy that I called Angel to clean my carpets. He and his brother Manny were very professional and friendly. They were in and out in under three hours, cleaning our basement, two stairways, a bonus room and three bedrooms. We have an older dog that has been using a spot in the basement and they got all the odor out. I will definitely be calling him from now on for all my carpet cleaning.

I called in and spoke with Angel, since they had cleaned the carpets in the home previously, and he was very sweet and went out of his way to help me make it right for my buyer. I had carpet that I was sure would need to be replaced, but thanks to Heavens Best, it cleaned up beautifully, and I was able to save my money and got my deposit back when I moved out. I used Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning to clean my carpets in my rental property and I loved the fact that they priced matched a different company that I have used prior to this company. I called them to clean my carpets again just six months later since I have a new tenant moving in and they did not want to charge me the same price again they wanted to charge me more. Their prices always change. Since I have a rental property I want prices to stay the same so I can use them all the time and it not be a surprise on what the price is going to be every time I need to get the carpets clean. What really makes me upset is I even offered to show them my receipt that they gave me from when I got my carpets clean and they said no they would be cheating themselves if they did it for $140. I guess the EXTRA MONEY is more important to them then a LOYAL CUSTOMER! I would not recommend them!!!!
