Went to get my underglow lights put in told it would be a couple hours waited over 4 and not only is none of my side panels put in the whole cord sticks out the side panel I’m not worried but won’t ever be going back

I went to get tints put on my car. The owner was friendly and my tints came out looking great!

I took my third ride there and they did the darn thang, ya heard me!

Made an appointment to get window tint installed. The person I spoke to on the phone was informed of the vehicle year make and model. Quoted me a price and an appointment was made. And the vehicle was verified again along with the appointment time prior to ending the phone call. When I showed up for the appointment the employee in the shop asked if he could help me. I informed him I was there for tint install and that I had an appointment. HE then told me the type of car I have and I said yes. He chuckled and asked if I spoke to anyone about the tint. I asked why I would speak to anyone else after I was quoted a price and an appointment was made? The employee then informed me they were NOT going to install the tint because of the vehicle year make and model. That the task was far too difficult and not worth it for them. He obviously knew of the situation an could have called me to inform me before I drove across town just to tell me they were not going to install the tint. Terrible communication and care for customers.

Amazing first experience after moving from Michigan to Clarksville tn I went out and bought a subwoofer and i ended up confusing myself. I talked with them on the phone they said sure bring it in. brought it in literally 30 mins every thing was neatly wired and tucked away and he even tucked my tuner cord in. amazing employees will definitely be bringing all my business here I highly recommend this shop for car audio also the cheapest shop out of 6 other shops.

Nice little shop that hooks you up. Got a new wiring harness for my classic truck, and they made it look perfect. Junior, the tech that did it, is a really cool down to earth kind of guy that will do everything in his power to help you out.

Heard from a fellow car enthusiast about this place and he gave gleaming reviews. I went early Monday morning to drop my car off when they opened, the gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Went in expecting to do a lighter tint and went dark, and without his help I would definitely have been upset with my first decision. ~$198 after tax with a sun strip and 4 doors (2 small windows, 1 on each rear door), and back glass. Every piece of tint is perfectly lined up and clean, so thankful I chose this place. Would absolutely go here again!

Had an appointment for 0930. Waited for an hour and even called when I arrived an no answer. Doors stayed locked. I called 10 times. It’s now then end of the day and I haven’t even gotten a courtesy call. What a joke of a business

Ill admit they were fast with installing my subs and amp. The only complaint I have is I was quoted $185 to hook up my sub to the factory radio because I would need extra wiring, which was fine. When I arrived there I was told I needed a LOC which was another $32 and out of nowhere another $35 was attached on top of that. I ended up paying almost $250 for something I was quoted $185 originally. If I had an after market radio the price would be $150, but since I had a stock radio it would be $185. But after the work was done Im charged $250? When I asked him why it was so much more than what I was quoted he studdered I had to add more wire and stuff like I said earlier and stuff. I mentioned him telling me the price went from $150 to $185 because of the extra wiring and he started studdering repeating himself. At this point I felt obligated to pay because the work was done already. I was told from others to be careful when spending money around Ft. Campbell because if they see youre military they would try to over charge you. Im not sure if that was the case but I do feel cheated. I wont be going back there.

DO NOT GO HERE for anything if you want quality work done!! I have gotten multiple things installed here (window tint, wiring, amps, subs and lights) but it never seems to last. I resent my got interior lights an a sound system installed.-the first 3 days of having everything installed red and black cables have came out of the sleeves **WHICH IS A HAZARD**-interior lights are hanging down- In my previous car I got the front windshield tinted and there was multiple specks of dirt in between the windshield and tints therefore blurring my vision.Every time I take one of my vehicles there I end up having to take it back for them to fix it. EVERY TIME I come back the owner tries to charge me for something that should have been right to begin with!Yes the prices are cheaper but it is NOT WORTH the hassle IF/WHEN you are NOT SATISFIED and have to come back. THE OWNER WILL CHARGE YOU VERSUS’ making it right.I will no longer purchase anything or get any work done here ever again. I was going to let it go but just recently my subs STOPPED PLAYING AGAIN. More money wasted instead of it being right the first time !

I can’t say enough good about these guys. I’m ashamed to say it but a had a stereo install that needed to be done and I went to Team Automotive.... it was a terrible experience they hooked up my subs and when I went to pick up my vehicle and listen to them there was no difference between my stock stereo and the subs they just installed!!!!! I had to argue with them saying that they aren’t on and they argued back saying they are on but that’s as loud as they get! I was dumbfounded that they would even think this because it was obvious the subs had not been on.... well I left that awful place and immediately went to Complete Customz and even though they closed at 6pm and I showed up at 605pm they saw how angry I was and went above and beyond to help me! They stayed later just to help me I couldn’t believe it. Needless to say they had my subs up and bumping within 30 minutes and they sounded amazing. Complete Custumz is amazing!

Did a great job on the window tint!

They were great! Went in there with no wiring, amp, or subs and the guy hooked me up with a good deal on everything and to install it. He helped me stay in a low budget like well under a grand and gave me recommendations like every place should and the system still sounds like a $1500 hook up. I was able to hear how the subwoofer sounded first before we had it put in and then I dropped the car off, went back to work and was able to pick it up. The car looked like nobody even touched it, everything was put back together properly. Subwoofer shops Ive dealt with in the past always leave a mess or leave panels and parts not put back properly. My car sounds 100 times better. Definitely would recommend this to anybody who wants subwoofers installed. Very friendly people too

I have always been scared of car audio sound shops simply because I dont understand car audio like I understand some home audio. So, after installing an amplified DSP (generally not serviced the US), and upgrading speakers for my BMW e90, I overestimated the complexity of the tuning of the car/speakers. I then added an old subwoofer and its amp. I finally realized I need professional audio help more than ever. I was lucky to find Audio Specialists, finally a shop that seed to understand my gear,I made my appointment and trip to Clarksville, TN. All of the staff was kind and helpful. After my car was finished, I left the store still amazed with a front soundstage, the timed and EQed speakers, and the addition of a new amp for my sub. My invoice was very reasonable, given the time spent on the car and the sale of sub-amp at street value. I was then urged (not by my wife) to listen to the improvements before spending more time and money.Driving is fun again; the sound is great. given my amp. Ill be back soon for those fiberglass custom interior kick panels to make room for needed mid bass. Keep up the good and professional work. With gratitude, Jay

Didnt know what he was doing and didnt wanna tell me that he couldnt do nothing about it until I got there to drop car off so I basically had to chalk the lost cause I want my stuff intaslled to work not to just be installed cause it already. This was bad service & will not bring my services back here
