Love their car wash it was very complete paid $30 for their ultimate that included interior. Would do it again !

I went through the car wash and paid $32 for a car wash. I asked the lady at the cash register if the attendant would spray down the whole vehicle as there was dust on the vehicle and I didnt want the dust to cause scratches. I was told that they would spray the full vehicle before going into the car wash however as soon as I pulled up to the car wash and put it in neutral it started pulling me into the car wash the attendant sprayed the hood and the driver side wheels and that was it. After I made it through the wash I got out of the vehicle to see swirls and scratches in the paint on the drivers side of the vehicle. The vehicle is less than a year old the manager on site Jeremy came out to address my concerns with them telling me they would spray the vehicle down before sending it through and not doing what they said they would. After hearing what happened he walked to the vehicle took one 5 second look at where the damage was and proceeded to tell me his wash didnt cause the damage and there was nothing he could do about it. Jeremy was very rude and told me that he deals with customers like me all of the time implying that I was being dishonest about the damage caused. I will never use their services again.

Car wash is nice when its working but unfortunately its broken often and as for my membership I stopped it the 1st week of September but apparently theyre still taking the money out of my account! After I declined using my membership!

Some days the service is great, and other days I consider finding a membership somewhere else! On July 14th I pull up around 3pm to only wait for these young boys to finish their conversion before they detail my car! There was one car infront of me and 2 guys were doing the detail. By time the employees in the photo came towards my car the car that pulled up right in front of me was finished..... my guess is I sat and waited 10 minutes while these employees had better things to do! Such a shame this place is not the Mr. Clean that I started my membership with!

Full service car wash. My car is spotless. They did a wonderful job!

Their website mentions interior detailing: carpets, seats, dashboard, thorough vacuuming, etc. And for they price listed you couldnt beat it. I drove across town to get here and not a single employee was inside to answer my questions. I went to the little kiosk to pay and it only had exterior wash options and a full service option that include a basic vacuum and wipe down of the dash and windows. Extremely disappointed I wasted my morning. Will not return.

Pros...I love the unlimited car washes washes cars like a Mikes car wash if not better..😀Cons...they are closed somedays without you even knowing when you get there 😥

The automatic car wash seems ok. But it’s pricey and they never get the back of my car properly. Also pretty sure you get the same treatment or pretty much the same no matter what wash. Most expensive monthly pass and still my rear ended is dirty. The concept of the free self serve vacuums is really great and I was pleased to see that but in practice the vacuums really suck.. or I mean don’t suck. Literally pointless to use as the do nothing

I was getting ready to go through the automatic car wash and pulled awkwardly into the tire pull, causing my hubcap to break and snap off. Employee Jeremy was immediately helpful and professional. He refunded me the cost of the new hubcap and even installed it on the tire for me. Thanks for going above and beyond your job description! The car wash itself is easy and good quality as well.

Lamont and Austin did a great job with vacuuming and washing my mirrors/windows! I feel like their car wash does a better job than Mikes, and you can even vacuum your car out for free.

This place is great again! Ive used them before when this location seemed like it was going south. I did stop going for over a year. I recently renewed my membership as I have heard things changed with management and staff. I couldnt be happier everyone was polite and actually acknowledge you. They even went out of their way to get a specific stain out of my seat even though it was only a interior vacuum. I see reviews about vacuum suction and it is sincerely annoying. these people are complaining about a free service!!? 🙄 Go pay $5 on a coin vacuum then!! I have been here on many occasions and personally seen staff members cleaning the vacuums. They also offer free towels to use and window cleaner!!? This place is a great value

The employee taking money and interacting closely with customers wasn’t wearing a mask. Unsafe and in violation of the governor’s mask mandate. Car wash itself was fine.

The vacuums NEVER work and when they do, youre lucky to find one that can get the most minimal dirt off the mats! Its so annoying to pay $8 for a wash but theres never a vacuum to use. The vacuum stalls are always filthy too.

Went to get a full service car wash from these guys. I expected some carpet cleaning and maybe some wiping down the windows and everything. They went above and beyond and completely cleaned my car. Inside and out. I am impressed with the attention to detail. I will definitely be back!

Run by teenagers. Got there before they opened hoping to get in and out. Employees washing their gfs car first. Once they Finally got to me the kid did a fair job and was nice. Place was filthy inside too.

They use to provide clean drying towels and glass cleaner to those that choose self service. But it has been nearly 6 months since they last put the self service items out. When I ask why not, no one knows but nothing has changed. Youd think paying $22 a month, you would get what was advertised.Ive called and sent emails. NO ANSWER.

Great service and super convenient

Some of the spray heads in the wash bay didnt work. I have told them numerous times. They just ignore the problem. I tried to cancel my full service pass. They wouldnt cancel it. I had to cancel my bank card and get a new one. Big hassle. Definently do not recommend pro-clean.

It was just alright, with the 27.00 wash with the ceramic coat, you have to adjust your expectations. It left water marks and soap splashes all around the windows. Like I said, it was just alright.

Do not use this place!!!! They are the most incompetent people! We bought. Wash package and used it for about a month and then cancelled it and then the following month we were charged again! I have called everyday for two weeks and they WILL NOT answer and my husband and I both have left several messages and they will not call us back. They won’t cancel your account and thy will continue to take your money! We now have to order a new debit card so they won’t charge it next month! Purchasers beware !

Best car wash deal in town

Not sure what all the fuss is about with some of the reviews. Loved coming to this place to get my vehicle cleaned.Sometimes you get bad apples, but they hired new management to sort them out and the place is getting better every day.There is a reason all the police officers and detectives come through this place to have their vehicles cleaned and maintained.A-plus in my book.

So, there had been a lot of back and forth about this car wash. I have been going there for a while and stopped until yesterday. I thought I would give it a try again as I heard the managment changed and it looks like it has! Inside was clean and remodeled. Everyone was nice and my car LOOKS AMAZING inside and out! If you have wrote them off you may want to give them another try!

Never having been to a Pro-Clean car wash before, I was a little unnerved to pull into the lot and realize I needed to immediately make a choice on what I wanted. Several archways are positioned just as customers pull into the lot. Each arch is labeled for a level of car wash service. I had to pull past the arches, park outside their office, and look behind me to read the descriptions for the service options. I decided on the $22 wash. I pulled out and entered an archway. Under the arch is a kiosk where customers select and pay for their services. The interface is terrible. Im not sure, but I think customers can order any level of service under each arch. The way the signs were positioned above each arch I thought I had to pull into the arch that corresponded to the service I wanted. After seeing the interface, Im not sure thats true. Also, the signs above the arches led me to believe certain options were included with that wash package, but I quickly discovered that several of those features are only provided at extra cost. I navigated the clunky interface, paid with my card, and pulled forward. The wash was ok. The body of my vehicle looks fine, but the rims and tires arent nearly as clean as I would have expected after purchasing the upgraded wash. Im not sure if Ill ever return to this car wash.

I was thrilled to see that there was a pro clean car wash near my new home I had originally always gone to the one in Mason. I decided to check out their website to see which option I want to go with before driving there. I really needed the service done because I was going to have many people in my vehicle today.When I got there there were cones in almost every lane except the express. only to walk in to be disappointed and told that not only they dont offer the service that is online and that even if they did offer that service it would be a call ahead and appointment only schedule. But also that their vacuums were down but they had self-serving vacuums. there is a million places I can go to get my car washed and vacuum out my own car I specifically have gone to pro clean or Mr clean car Wash because of their external and internal detail cleaning they offered. They told me that I could go to the Mason one and they offer walk it in and all services that are online which is the one that I normally go to but because of the time restraint I was not able to get my car washed or vacuumed because Mason was extremely busy for good reason... all in all Im very disappointed and it really disrupted my day Will not be coming back to this location and possibly never to Mr clean car Wash again.

Just purchased a Gold $18 wash 20 minutes ago. Got back to work and looked at the car. There was no evidence of wheel brightening nor tire shine. Underbody (bottom edges) was still dirty with the same construction dirt I have driven through this weekend. I called a couple times to talk to someone about this as well as some of the mechanical features of the car wash not moving/operable. Ive been to $6 car washes better than this. Poorly managed and very slow line.

We read the reviews prior to going to this place, and were hesitant about going, however, we were going to be in the area so we went anyway. We are glad we did. The service was great. We paid for the $23 package which included just what we were looking to have done. We pulled up, paid, and had an attendant drive our car through for us so we could go inside. Our SUV looked spectacular when it came out! Then about 4-5 employees started cleaning the inside. They were awesome with the detail they performed. They even did the inside of the windows which we did not expect. An employee came inside when they were done to tell me they were, at which time I asked to speak to the manager. I took the opportunity to tell the manager what a great job they all did and that we would definitely be returning. This place is well worth the money for what you get! Great job!!!

I was in a rush to get to my second job. I spilled a coffee in my car and it had dairy so I knew my car would smell if I left it. I had an hour and half and I had to leave. They knew that and got me out right away so I wasnt late for work! I got a full inside seats and carpets and all of that washed. The guy who took care of me was super nice too. The lady working the counter was kind of rude but it was worth it once the guy started talking to me and helping me get my car cleaned in time for work. The lady just flat out told me no.

Terrible experience. Arrived at 450pm Friday for full service wash. No one was around paid $22 for the platinum wash. Took a few minutes for someone to come out to start the wash. Going through saw employees hanging out with their feet on the table watching tv. Find out full service is not open and my wash was terrible car still is dirty. Vacuums had little suction so couldn’t even do it myself. Rug cleaner not on. Very disappointed the $22 was a rip off.

I had my car washed here today and am very satisfied with the service. I drive my car 50 miles daily on the highway for work, so it gets dirty. I had the middle level wash ($24) and the extra wax ($5). A pleasant young man greeted me to take my order when I pulled up. The car was manually pre-sprayed, then I went through the wash bay. When I came out I was directed to pull into the lane for the interior cleaning. The three young men, all dressed uniformly, finished the car ahead of mine then promptly got to work on my car. Everything was hand dried, the exterior windows got extra cleaning where needed. The interior was thoroughly vacuumed, the windows were cleaned, and the dashboard was wiped down. Nobody inside or out was standing around or ignored me nor my car as some other reviewers mentioned. One of the guys even got some tape to help secure a loose trim piece for me. Maybe the place is being run better now compared with previous reviews. Afterward I tried the self vacuum to see if I would use it in the future, worked great, the parking spots were all clean, and I might get the exterior wash only next time and vacuum myself to save some bucks. I would go back.

My dad got me a month of unlimited fast pass pro clean car wash for Christmas. Jan 2 I went got my sticker and went through the car wash and loved it.. i was told they do a quick Interior cleaning for $5 which included washing windows dashboard and vacuuming out the floor. I went back on January 3rd told them I wanted the interior done wasnt sure how much it would cost for all my mass and they said $5 OK. Now I drive a minivan with a two-year-old in a very hairy white dog I thought for sure theres no way theyre gonna get that dog hair out but I wasnt worried about it I just wanted somewhat clean because I cant do it myself right now being very pregnant. Ive never had anyone else clean up my car before. I tell you what I was so amazed Ill be back every week to Keep this Van clean.They went above and beyond the even vacuumed out my daughters car seat holy Moly. I will definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go see them ASAP

Was concerned about my first visit, until the manager Andy reassured me that he would take care of any concerns. Made us feel like our business was valued. Very apologetic about not meeting their standards the first time around. Very satisfied with his understanding and addressing of my issues. Will be back.

Half the time I come here it is closed during normal business hours. I got the unlimited pass after seeing it was much cheaper than mikes. The only problem is it is never open. Car wash is fine as far as quality. I’m not going to pay for something I can’t even use. Waste of money to get the unlimited pass.

MASON PRO-CLEANThey do a good job...but im not happy with the sticky fingers twice I have left my change in my change compartment on purpose. The first time I could tell that maybe some was missing and I thought well well give it another shot I purposely today empty my purse of change into the change compartment and I can tell you that almost every quarter was gone along with whatever else. This doesnt speak very highly of the people they hire if you have to worry about the things left in your car

I literally just left the Pro-clean car wash...what a massive disappointment. I would have given the rating one star but I was happy with the exterior wash. I cant express how mad that I am with the interior cleaning of my car. I was told that my car was vacuum but the rugs dont look like they have been touched...the mats looked like they were the only thing cleaned and then they werent even put back the correct way. The interior carpet under the mat wasnt touched at all. There was still dust on the dashboard. The attention to detail was absolutely none existent. I have to do the interior myself which I was trying to avoid. So really the word disappointment doesnt describe what Im feeling. Im angry that I spent $27 plus $6 tip for a poor job! Dont go to this car wash for interior clean...go for the car wash only. I must admit the attendant at the entrance was extremely helpful.

Decent car wash for the unlimited 14.99 a month and free vacuum access. Great deal $$ Love out especially in the winter time to keep the salt off my car.

Really enjoy using this car wash for our company trucks and sales cars. The free vacuum and car mat cleaner keeps things really clean. The unlimited car wash deals for a small monthly amount is the best buy around.

Worst car wash I have been too in any part of the country. Lazy ass employees “washing” your car. Stay away from this place. I have the top pay monthly package and the car never gets completely clean. I just went in today and had some bugs on window and bumper from vacation. I knew they wouldn’t get it clean. Sprayed it down for 30 seconds and then sent it. Drove back around for another wash and the same damn think. Need new employees who actually care. Just got out of the 2nd was and still bugs every where. Canceling my monthly package today. Forgot to tell you to make sure your air is circulating in the car only unless you want to vomit from the dirty rotten egg smell.

This place sucks. My boyfriend took his van here and they ran it through DRY, NO WATER from anything.We decided to use one of the free VIP treatments they gave him on my car (since they REFUSED to refund his money to him) and the SAME THING HAPPENED TO MY CAR.The employees are mouthy and rude. When the little kid got nasty, my boyfriend ALMOST lost his cool (he did have a brief argument with the smart asses) I do NOT recommend, it was so much nicer when it was Mr. Clean.WILL NOT BE RETURNING NO MATTER HOW MANY FREE VIP TREATMENTS THEY OFFER.Would like to be refunded from the ORIGINAL dry run.

Just paid $30 for Signature and I wish I had read the reviews first. I won’t be going back. I had to ask them to vacuum the front seats and when I got home I noticed they didn’t even touch the trunk area of my RAV4!!! Now I have to do it myself!!! GRRR

Takes time for the detail, but they do a good job. The technician couldnt get the buffer to work, so he took the time to wax my car completely by hand. They are under new management, and the improvement is clear.

Used to be my favorite place to go - clearly has gone way downhill in my opinion - price has gone up and service way down. When you go through the tunnel you can see a lot of the spray hoses don’t work, the hot wax usually isn’t on and the tire shine is empty. The free vac are worth what you pay - little power from the couple that even work. I bet I used to spend 50 bucks a month here— never again

There is one car in front of me the managers are up was out there talking to them for a very long time. The car in front I only got exterior car wash.I then went in took me less than 5 minutes to get my car washed and I was there a total of 40 minutes because I was waiting on them to clean my car on the inside. The guy at the register before I went in the car wash was the manager and he walked Around like at not a care in the world about his customers. When I got out of the car wash there is only one car out there and I thought OK good Im going to got here a decent time.So then I watched 3 guys cleaning a car out in it then it appears that 1 of the guys was actually a customer trying to help them get the car clean.I said there patiently for about another 20 minutes once I got out and I finally left with my exterior not done dont go here.Signed unhappy Marine veteran .

Was driving past and thought Id try this car wash. I went with the $15 exterior wash and still had dirt on the front and back and also my windshield. The vacuums you have for customers to use do not work. I tried several and none of them sucked up anything. Your employees are not very helpful or welcoming to the customers. Very disappointed.
