Growing weary of the long waits. Made appointment for an oil change only for them to tell me an incorrect date and then came in to be told I didnt need one. Last time I came they told me I needed new tires tread was low...and this time they are telling me everythings perfect...my brakes are squealing car rides rough. My lease is ending soon and im glad.
Make sure you are clear about all the charges. Otherwise, the service is great.

Qualified staff and genuine manufacturer parts. On this visit I had work done on my brakes and suspension. I also had them repair two Toyota recalls (airbag and sliding side door sensor). I trust their work. Ive been going here for years and plan to return when necessary. The staff is always friendly.
From the first time Ive dealt with brett lane at toyota(10 plus years ago) for service Ive been loyal since.I now drive a extra 25 minutes from my local toyota dealership so I can deal with him.From major repairs to basic maintenance hes giving you updates on your vehicle while its being serviced.He goes over and beyond to make feel at ease while your vehicle gets worked on.

Don’t go here if you need the shuttle service!!!Would not go here again. I called in to get my oil changed and was told that I would be able to leave my car there for the day. They told me they had a shuttle service. When I got there, the guy told me he wouldn’t be able to pick me up. He said he could drop me off but I would have to find my own way back to the dealer. I have been to multiple Toyotas in multiple cities and this has never been an issue.
Had a service issue arise on a Friday night and attempted to take in for service first thing Saturday morning. First, I was told I needed to make an appointment and that they were booked a week in advance - I said what about an emergency, they told me there was nothing they could do. Only after I put up a fuss did they offer to try to diagnose the issue before they closed that day (they werent able to get to it until Monday). Ive never heard of a place being unable to see someone on a Saturday. Only giving 2 stars because the times Ive made an appointment theyve serviced the car just fine. But I am going to try find someone else for my service from now on.
Brett Lane is awesome. He is very professional, efficient and makes sure service is completed quickly and fully explains what work was done. He looks out for my Highlander
I love these guys so much that I bought a second brand new vehicle there.
They always make me feel welcome. Today was no exception. Free coffee and usually some snack is available.
Flat fee of $105 to run a diagnostic test which takes 3 mins & can be done by non-mechanics. That’s a great way to push your bottom line.
