I have been taking my vehicle to Just BMW for years now and I cant say enough about this shop! John and his techs are extremely knowledgeable and are always happy to explain everything. They do a fantastic job at a reasonable rate. Their work is high quality without fail and I have never felt overcharged. I highly recommend taking your Bimmer or Mini to this shop!!!

Trust me read the whole thing!! When I arrived to pick up my car months after I dropped my car off two customers were outside of the auto body shop with the sheriff after also getting...S...C...A...M...well you get it because after seeing that this place has 5 star reviews I’m trying to make sure this one star review doesn’t also get deleted. He does not update you on what needs to be done and will hit you with it out of nowhere and that’s how he gets you. $1400 one day, next thing you know you have paid $2800 with $500 remaining on the bill. When I went to pick up my 04 330ci w/ only 100k I said ok just give me a few days to come up with the 500. So behind my back, over the following week, he had my dad, who has dementia but is on the title, sign the car over because he ramped the bill up again $1100 after I left and then reached out and gave my dad anxiety and convinced my dad that he needed to be paid for damages done to a loner car that’s worth maybe $500, I have nothing to lose and I promise that there were none, a loner car that I had for months, because that’s how long he had my car in his shop for a two week fix; a loner car that I rarely drove because I’m a disabled veteran and never leave my apartment and a car that had taped up windows when they gave it to me! So is it ethical to go behind the customers back who has already paid $2800 and then have his dad sign over the title and then use it as leverage against the customer? Bottom line is my dad has dementia and had him sign the title over before asking me for an additional 1100 for “damages” done to a loner car, there were none, on top of the 500 he had already asked for a few days earlier before he would sign the title over to me as in “I know you paid me $2800 because you’re a D.....S and by golly don’t you still owe me $500 for some sort of work I’m sure I didn’t do, idk, but hey I’ll make you a deal, go behind your back and have your sick dad sign me over the title, and then ramp the bill up another 1100 and you can pay the 1600 when you’re ready, how’s that sound!??👹”....!!!! Also, originally when I tried to bring the receipt with me to look at what he did that was worth $3300 total to a car that’s only worth 4K, he told me I couldn’t bring it with me outside, and then preceded to carelessly mumble bull as we went over the car repairs because J. knew that I already paid and if I wanted the car back that I would continue to pay for it. I hope you all are reading my mind right now and I want to write paragraphs but again google seems to be letting this business filter out the reviews because I’m certainly not the first to write a one star review

Best cafe ever! While drinking the best coffee Ive ever had in my life, they were also kind enough to diagnose the overheating issues for my Mini Cooper! Also they have a very nice pupper hanging out there. Now Ive gotta figure out what to do with my life because my car is more screwed up than I can afford to fix at the moment. Mind you, this isnt their fault. I certainly know where to get top shelf coffee though, and they sell it by the pound!

This is hands down the best place to get your BMW/Mini serviced. No matter what your need is these guys know their stuff and shoot straight with you and will get the job done! I will only be talking my BMW’s here from now on. Highley recommend!

Awesome customer service. I had my 13 year old E61 with just shy of 200k on it serviced, they were brilliant. Highly recommend.

I called this shop with a vehicle I wasn’t able to move due to a dead battery. The owner John stopped by and helped get the vehicle back to the shop to be repaired. Loaner cars are available for situations like this. I left very happy especially knowing how passionate everyone at the shop is for BMW’s and Mini’s.

They are just honest people who will go out of their way to accommodate their customers. John the owner is just all around cool individual and Colby just takes his time to go through the process with you. They make becoming a BMW owner a pleasure and not a hassle.

I took my car to the BMW store they want to charge me over 1500 for what JustBlauMitWeiss did for less than 800.... Im so happy with my car, it running like a brand new vehicle.... John u are the best all ways take my BMW to him 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 six stars easy.

Extraordinary: excellent quality and efficiency; clear information on whats going to be done, and cost. Deep expertise on BMWs; owner a road racer. Large, secure facility. Reception area conveys a sophisticated warmth. Owner definitely hands-on, and one of the most interesting people to talk to; you forget youre waiting for the car.

I have always received great service from you guys. I get good explanations as to what is wrong and what is going wrong. Youre also good at letting me know what should really be fixed now and what can wait if Im trying to keep costs down for budgetary reasons. Its also always fun to see if I can get Sheldon (Herschel) to let me pet him. :)

Great shop with great service. I had an alignment scheduled for the day before Thanksgiving and called the day before to add 3.5 hours of work. They couldnt make any promises ahead of time but they were able to get everything done. Plus they vacuumed and cleaned my car. Quality shop! Pricey... but who isnt?

Ive been taking my cars to JustBMW for 9 years. John and his team have always taken good care of me with fair prices for their services. The loaner vehicle service is amazing. Skip the dealership and visit JustBMW instead. Independent BMW shops are a big reason Im in my 4th used BMW now.

Feel very fortunate Just BMW was recommended to me by another BMW owner. Matt and everyone else I interacted with were great to work with. They left me very confident in their abilities. Pricing also much better than the dealership. Had some major engine work done on my 02 E39. Matt gave me a break on some labor costs which was really appreciated and a great Christmas gift!Was in the market for another BMW. Took a used vehicle to Just BMW for an inspection. BWM agreed to fix what Just BMW found at the price I had already negotiated at that. Just BMW saved me from being on the hook for potentially 1000s later. Best $150 I ever spent!I now recommend Just BMW to everybody and will be back. You live and learn with BMWs. Just wish I had found Just BMW a month sooner, wouldve saved some big money.

I heard great reviews about Just BMW so I went there to get some work done under my warranty for my vehicle. I paid for a diagnostic and was told that they would reach out to me after contacting my warranty company to see what is covered and what is not. The person at the front desk told me that it was a waste of my money to get an aftermarket warranty but took my information anyways and said I would hear back within a week about what is covered under my warranty or not. Well it has been several months and I never heard anything back. It’s unfortunate that they never got back to me because I took my business elsewhere and so far Ive had numerous work done totaling several thousand dollars that was all covered under my warranty. I understand that working with an aftermarket warranty company can be difficult, but it is extremely unprofessional to ignore my request and in the end they lost out on money.
