Carissa is the best and she will help you anyway she possibly can with getting into your new apartment. This apartment complex is very quiet and it has new appliances and flooring. This is all around an amazing place to live

Carissa Townsend is an amazing property manager! She just started about a month ago and I just know she is going to make this property better! I was her assistant manager at a townhome community. It was an honor working for her and I learned so much from her!! She truly cares about her residents and her community! If you’re looking for an apartment community with an awesome property manager, look no further! A lot of people look at amenities and the cosmetics while apartment shopping. But having a good property manager is also important, that can really make or break your experience. I see some bad reviews, don’t let that discourage you, Carissa is turning this place around and you won’t regret moving in!! The location is great! Right by Starbucks and target and 275! You don’t want to miss out on this! Trust me :)

TERRIBLE management. if you have a problem they ignore it. they never answer the phone. not helpful at all. there are leaks in all of our walls and they haven’t done anything about it so i stopped even trying. small stuff that needs fixed is no problem but if it’s big, NOPE don’t count on it to be fixed. i don’t recommend moving here. look elsewhere

The apartments are nice. The manager is very nice and helpful. The gym is great, definitely no need for gym membership when you live here.

I lived here 2017-2018 and had a great experience. The apartment layout is great, the pricing is affordable and the staff was always friendly and quick to help with any problems. The pool is small, but its usually not very busy. The same goes for the weight room. In the end I received my full deposit back and have some great memories living there. I was especially fond of the location (close to everything, but tucked back close enough to the trees so it doesnt feel like youre in the city). I would definitely recommend this apartment complex, and after searching many (10+) complexes when I moved to the area, I felt this one was the best!

I have lived at Stone Creek for 9 months and my ac went out on Friday night I let the maintenance guy know first thing Saturday morning he changed the filter and told us it was fixed it was not we had to wait til Monday for them to send a repair man it is now Thursday night and we still don’t have air it has been over 90 degrees in our apartment for a week now. No one offered us a fan a window unit or any form of relief until I called and complained again and at that the office manager paid for one night in a hotel out of her own pocket because she said the owners told her that it is not against the law for the ac to be broken. The person they have had in our home everyday for the past week has set off our fire alarms multiple times until he finally took them down left blood on our ceiling and black handprints on our walls mind you our air is still not fixed it is currently 92 degrees in our home at 9:30 at night. If looking for a place to live I would recommend anywhere else you will regret choosing this complex

After much work and correction this complex is really look up. I applaud the new managment for pushing forward and really making this place completely worth the price. They are actively fixing all issues and have majorly improved there professionalism which isnt easy when walking into hell to begin with. I absolutely recommend this complex as long as corporate lets management do there thing!

I love the inside of my apartment very nice stainless steel appliances and hardwood flooring in the kitchen, dinning area and bath. They take care of cleaning your entry way and I love the Laundry In Every building be Convenient and clean.How ever the Curb appeal could use more trees and flowers Coming into the property.The pool and gym area is nice as well. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants nearby.

I recently moved here in March 2020, and just relocated from Houston to Cincinnati to be closer to my daughter. To say the least my experience with these apartments has been my worst! I never thought I would be dealing with A/C problems 2 weeks after moving in. We went a month and a half with no A/C and I have my daughter and girlfriend with me! I’m from Texas and it gets hot but it’s no way my apartment should be 93 degrees for any reason! Their solution to the problem was to fire Kenya(who never addressed issues anyways and tried to talk over you) and bring in new management. The new lady comes to bring a small A/C unit with the maintenance guy. That helped only in one area of the apartment. Finally in July our A/C unit gets replaced, but only 2 weeks later our power goes out due to the cheap labor they hired for construction. So once again we’re sitting without power and A/C for a week while they finish construction. I talked to the new leasing manager and she responded with “just use the a/c unit we gave you, that should help.” I was beyond furious and when I left the office our neighbors who just moved in with their newborn were going in to complain about the same issue. So long story short we’re in a hotel for 5 days in the middle of a pandemic with my 2 year old daughter. We leave the hotel and come back everything is fine except the wash room. Everything seemed fine until I came downstairs and smelled mildew. I walk in and there’s a leak coming from the washer, hot water at that. For the past 2 weeks I’ve been calling and no response. It’s to the point where water is creeping up the wall and our buildings breaker boxes and meters are all in that room! I’ve even called corporate and nothing has been handled, but I can’t deal with this unlivable situation anymore. We are currently dealing with a potentially life threatening issue and nothing is being addressed. So maybe the news station or a lawsuit could be in place. I would not recommend anyone live here, do yourself a favor and stay away from these apartments! Management should take care of tenants and not treat them like dogs!

I am beyond frustrated. The apartment has been nothing but problems since we moved in. We are in a first floor unit and experience flooding nearly every time it rains. The ceiling above our back door leaks as well. Our apartment is MOLDY and we have an infant. I have been to the office multiple times, called corporate, and have emailed pictures but they do nothing. They will not fix it, they will not move us, they wont even give us a discount on rent and this has been an issue for 3 months now. There hasnt even been anyone in the office the past two days. Im being over charged on my rent and cant even talk to someone about it.

With the renewal of management this complex has taking a turn and is becoming more home like. If youve been reading the reviews please take your own time to form your own opinion as the management changed 5/16 and their working hard to clean up what was left behind. They are doing an excellent job as far as catching up and still staying with the current problems. Everything is being handled in a timely fashion. 5 stars for the future of the complex

I currently live here. Terrible. We dealt with nothing but incompetence since we moved in. When we moved in we had mold growing under the bathroom sink. They of course disagreed. But I know what mold is. I reported my dishwasher broken July 2018, they finally sent someone out the end of August. They made it worse they came out 2 other times. Finally they said they would have to replace it the beginning of October. Didn’t get replaced until mid November. We’ve had constant plumbing problems. The power in the hall of the building is constantly going out. At night you can’t see anything, can’t leave because you can’t see to go down the stairs. Currently my microwave is out and still haven’t been replaced. My air conditioner is not working, I’m currently sitting on the third floor my apartment is 76 degrees and climbing, I have a baby. Who is sweating because our maintenance is no good. We have emergency maintenance for after hours. What’s the point if they aren’t going to come out and fix what they broke. They have to call someone to do their job for them. Our grass is over grown, weeds are out of control, there’s a knocked down tree behind my apartment that has been there since last year. I have pictures to document and they are time stamped.

Overall terrible experience. We have lived here for over a year now and everytime an issue arises, it gets pushed to the side. We have made several calls to the main office as well as the 24/7 maintenance line and still have had nothing resolved. First our sink broke on us. We left multiple voicemails and called several times. Still no response to that. Now our air conditioning is no longer working (in July). We were told maintenance would be over after 1 but yet again no show and when we call their number there is no answer or returning calls. Our experience here has been poor. I would look elsewhere when thinking about renting in the area.

Please dont move to this community. I am the current resident for past 13 months. We have problem everywhere in the apartment, no one will come and address the issues for you. You will be left alone even after paying your bills. Roches everywhere even on your bed(not a joke). its real. My personal advice is to please stay away from this apartment.

Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for an apartment. My partner and I experience leaking in nearly all the windows of our apartment since we first moved in last summer. Theyve sent out maintenance multiple times and to this day have yet to fix it.Youd be lucky to even get a hold of someone about the issue in person at the leasing office because their hours are inconsistent. I know there are other apartments in this complex that have it much worse to the point that carpets had to be taken out and thrown out.

First my daughter was being harassed by another tenant, management did nothing. Now my daughters AC has been out for 3 weeks and she has a toddler and all management gives are excuses. Fix the AC, go through a different company it’s not hard.Sounds like it’s still run like Picadilly.

Cheap to live in Anderson, but if your AC breaks theyll tell you the AC guy is out of town. Had our AC refilled with freeon 3 times before... Not the Pickidilie full of drug dealers like it used to be, but they clearly dont want to invest to keep their tenants happy. Id recommend paying an extra $100 a month for a more reputable apartment complex in Anderson. Also, I noticed somebody has a window AC unit they bought, so clearly this is a reoccurring issue.

I have experienced leaking since last year. Supposedly, the issue was fixed. Yeah.....right. :-( my apartment is leaking in different places in the apartment. I have footage and pictures. The situation was never fixed.

Finally, Kinya is gone. She was the rudest apartment manager I have ever seen. If you are doing construction around the apartment, you need to rent your own rollback dumpster. STOP USING THE TENNANTS TRASH!If I get yelled at, one more time, about setting my trash next to the dumpster, Im going to go leave my trash in the office.

My girlfriend lives here but I don’t. Thank God! I’ve seen first hand how bad this place sucks and I’m only there once a week visiting. Every bad review is true. Apartments flood, unmowed grass, excessive weeds, the manager is never in her office, maintenance sucks, water backs up and comes under doors, and the manager thinks she’s above tenants rights laws. I’ve witnessed all of it. I’m also the one who had to wake up my GF to tell her that her apartment was flooded. It was standing in over an inch of water and her carpet was squishing. She cleaned it up herself for biohazard reasons, not the manager or maintenance. The moron manager is an ignorant, incompetent, liar. We can’t move my GF out fast enough. This place needs to be shut down and everyone moved out at the complex expense until health and building inspectors deem it livable.

The new owner is terrible and rather rude.New neighbors moved in upstairs with huge dogs always going to the bathroom on the deck which ends up below on mine, I’m woke up every other night by them running back and forth constantly, even though I have documented everything she has yet to even address the issue nor show she cares in even the slightest.I know my rights as a tenant and if you do too, she’ll get extremely defensive.Save your money and move to a place with a professional property management company.

They have serious flooding issues and the manager gave a response on another review that they are “working tirelessly” to fix the issues is a complete joke. She’s never even here and when she is she’s, rude, insulting, disrespectful, inconsiderate, ignorant, & HIGHLY incompetent. The only reason residents got moved from their flooded apartments was because the Board of Health ORDERED her to and told her she waited too long to have the apartments cleaned and was becoming a biohazard. (Almost 4 days.) EIGHTEEN (18) apartments flooded Fathers Day weekend. They have done NOTHING to actually fix the foundation & drainage issues causing it. They raised our rent but the quality of living here has gone down. The weeds and grass are a mess that never gets mowed and their reasoning is because of all the rain. Funny how surrounding complexes that didn’t fire their mowing service don’t have this problem.

Unprofessional, uncaring, incompetent, water damage, flooding, poor maintenance, unmowed grass. By far the worst place we have ever lived. We’re looking for a new place. I’m so glad we decided on the month-month lease and don’t have to be stuck here any longer than necessary.

Please never move into this apartment. Worst management imaginable

It’s terrible... I’ve made multiple maintenance and exterminator request and no one responds. It’s only been a month and my apartment is infested “exterminator” was suppose to been here weeks ago..then the property manager leaves us on READ bathroom doesn’t drain water, hallways and buildings are old and muggy and always filled with bugs and MICE TRAPS it’s a complete MESS!!!! Please do better I’m very unhappy and they clearly don’t care! time to ESCROW my rent because this is getting out of hand
