Run for the hills! Y’all do not move here. First month we didn’t have hot water and it took them 3 weeks to fix it. You have to beg them to get maintenance there. Now we have a rodent problem but apparently to them it’s not an emergency unless it’s bed bugs. Rodents carry diseases idk why they treat it like it doesn’t need to be fixed. Nobody answers the phone. Literally the worst place I’ve every lived. My rent was 850 but now I’m paying 950 for a place with mice running around. Don’t do it.

Take my advice dont move here!!!! They never come a fix anything and their excuse is they only have one maintenance man due to Covid which is a lie. Ive had a pipe leaking from my AC unit for over a month, Ive in several service requests and still no one has come to fix it or replace the wet carpet. Now there is black mold growing on the walls. The property manager Nicole Fairchild doesnt return emails or phone calls. DONT MOVE HERE!!!

This will be the fourth lease ill sign if i decide to sign and my balcony has not been fix i talk to management was told nothing is more than getting ur balcony fix, yet still not done along with a broken, screen door, broken dishwasher, and the rotor door handle that i gave to them 4 yrs ago and still havent got on yet talk to the contractor who suppose to fix my deck all hes done is given me excuse after excuse now neither him or any one else answers my call .....pic to the right is how my deck look when i moved in to the left how it looks now and even more dangerous than before been like this since June the pool havent been open since Ive been here they uncover to make it look good the gym has been close for 3 yrs sitting with the ceiling caved in but yet they raise your rent every year

Terrible apartments, overpriced and not maintained by the staff. The grounds goes unmowed, they show new apartments that have significant damage to units, holes in walls, mediocre patchwork, and then their office staff will not get back with or ever be available to help. Terrible place, do not rent or even consider.

I have been here for three years this is absolutely one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The grounds are unkept, the pool have never ever worked, the gym room is a mess. Now lets talk about my townhome. My dishwasher have not worked in the three years since I lived here. I have put in so many request to get it fixed at this point it falls on def ears. I has water that is mildew from three years ago. Oh lets talk about the mice infestation along with the ant infestation that I have. I have went to request that it get taken care of and none the less falls on def ears. I management do not care. She actually hid from me when I came back to complain yet again. I have seen this place go to three or more different property owners and nothing has changed. The rent is to high to pay for basically trashy living. I have watched neighbors come and go and complain about why they was leaving. However, once neighbors leave believe me they are their to fake put the townhomes together so someone can move in quickly. The new neighbors complain and move as well. I watched the office change staff because staff gets overwhelmed and frustrated that nothing is getting done. The apartments need complete remolding period. They advertise luxury living its a lie nothing is luxury about this place. They charge you for this luxury living. Its fraudulent, false advertisement.

Horrible experience. Worst I have ever moved in. Moved in today, nothing done. Toilet ripped out the floor and put in my babies room for days. No blinds at the windows. Bathroom floors disgusting. Unusable stove. So hurt and disappointed 🥺

Theyve started to send emails confirming they have finished work orders, only issue is they dont finish work orders. In fact, they dont even acknowledge them. Then, when you call asking about it, they act like you havent placed a work order with them. Its a constant battle to get anything done at this place.

Well this is honestly the worse apartment complex I have ever lived at… The people in the front are unprofessional and very rude .. we moved in April 23rd we haven’t had air conditioning since we moved in and I am a heart and lung patient… We were without hot water for 3 weeks and we were without water at all for 4 days… you call up there and go up there they give you false information and they tell you lies… If I could post a negative star review I would.. this place is awful there’s always something going on and they are very understaffed the whole apartment complex needs to be shut down to be honest. If you are looking to move here don’t !! Anything is better then living here

Honestly a horrible, horrible placeIn the 8 month period we lived there, not once was one of our dozens of maintenance requests fulfilled.Pools and gym are all not available, ever. Dont let the photos fool you.There are countless other reasons,Cockroaches, poor grounds upkeep, no communication between staff at all, they just dont care.I really, really hate this place and it was a huge stressor in the short time my wife and I lived there.If this review keeps one person from moving there, Ive done my job.

No one in the office is taking responsibility for any issue. They claim someone will come to fix my mailbox but thats still off the hinges since Ive moved in back in October. In addition, I have requested a garage and been given the run around and the manager is NOW in control of that. However, I see the manager doesnt have a clue what is available 🤔 for about a month now. Sincerely interested in moving when lease is up. Finally, I had to put salt down and plow in front of my building when the snow came through. Luckily I do my own maintenance. Have to do better. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I have been here three years and I am INFESTED with mice. I have went to the rent office several times. They keep laying traps. Yesterday i caught two mice on one trap. The staff here is amazing. However the grounds are not kept and i have been unable to use my kitchen for a MONTH due to mice. Every time i go in there i have mice droppings on my floor. I am moving the first chance i get. The manager is amazing and is doing the best she can, however she has very little to work with. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Office staff is so unorganized and unhelpful. When I first moved here I had a leaking sink which took 5 months to get fixed. Now my A/C is not working and it has been 3 weeks. I have called 4 times and no one has updated me or came to my unit to fix the A/C. Apartments are nice but if you need to get something fixed good luck getting the office to help you.

I just moved in two weeks ago and I had a few issues with my apartment and which were handled in a timely manner. All the staff in the office were great especially “Tabari” but overall the apartment is very nice and the area is always quiet and clean. Don’t judge this place off reviews!

This review is based off application process alone. If I could give them a negative star I would. I was told over the phone that there were units with my specifications available and that I had to complete the entire application process online. I went to the website created a profile, picked the unit I wanted, filled out the application, paid the application fee, paid the reservation fee and got an email confirmation from the management team that my unit was reserved and awaiting approval so that I could move in on my desired date. My husband and I went to view the unit we requested but due to Covid they were only allowing independent viewing of the model unit so we didnt get to see our actual reserved unit. 2 weeks later we got another email from management stating that we need to bring our proof of renters insurance and utility confirmation because our move in date was approaching. When we went into the rental office with our documents ready to move, they told us the unit we paid for was already occupied and that they didnt have anything available for us!!! This was the worst experience ever and I would not recommend dealing with this property. They are extremely unorganized and I am still waiting for all my fees to be refunded. They need to get their stuff updated. Do not deal with this property!

Thanks Nicole!We was supposed to move in on December 1st but our apartment was not ready due to contractors delaying. We had to move out of our apartment by December 1st, so Nicole accommodated us with a hotel stay and made sure are move was painless as possible, she made sure are townhouse was flawless! The leasing staff was very helpful with showing me apartments that fit my needs and my budget. The management team were present in the office and seemed to be very on top of any issues that needed attending. I am definitely considering Williamsburg for the place I move into.

Rented this place in January and the parking has giant potholes that still havent been fixed. Maintenance takes way too long to get back to you on any issue and most of the time its something they cant do so they cancel the request. The leasing office does not care about you and have a terrible attitude towards their customers. DO NOT RENT HERE!

We was greeted by a lovely man named Eden. Who was really helpful and straight forwards with us and got us approved fast. Even with lots of apartments and townhomes to watch over Nicole who I believe is the property manager took time out her schedule to help me when other employees were busy. She answered any questions we had and made us feel even more at home. I like what they are doing here.

The friendliest staff Ive met in all my time time renting. I was worried that with so many tennants the staff wouldnt remember me, but that was never the case. Not only do they remember who you are, they remember previous visits/questions/work you had done to the apartment. Just wonderful!If I didnt leave for some sunshine in Florida, Id continue with them.

I put in a application February around the 15th 2021 didnt get the apartment. Had to pay $150.00, $75.00 non refundable. Was told that my refund would be returned in 7-10 days. Called two weeks ago, was told they dont know what happened, but would reissue my check. I called yesterday and the chick told me she couldnt access that information and I had to call Monday when the manager was there. I said whats the 800 number they dont have one. I told her to let me speak to any other manager and she said that was the only one. All I want is my money!!!!!

Please please please do not move here. I am normally not one to write reviews but I felt so strongly to warn others about this place I had to. The worst management I’ve seen in a long time. They will respond quickly to your interested emails about the unit you think you’ll get and will not let you see the actual unit until it is too late to find other housing. They will not respond to you after you sign your lease for any reason whatsoever including emergency maintenance. My unit had so many damages upon move in and it has been over a month with no response or urgency from them. The landscaping is not maintained so it is hard to see and get around. The units smell like smoke and mold. My burner on my stove is not even working or the locks on my doors. I had to go to live chat with them on their website to even get attention on these issues and yet they’re still not being fixed. Biggest mistake ever moving here. Unsafe place. Uncaring management.

Honestly people give this place such a a bad rating for no reason sometimes things take time to get fixed but other then that I have had an amazing experience and I’ve been living here for the past 4 and a half years I love it and i haven’t ran into any major problems or I fixable issues over the amount of time I’ve lived here I’ve recommended this place to many people and they have all taken my recommendations and loved it here as well so I don’t see a need for all the bad ratings I know some people have had some issues but that’s no reason to bash the whole place.

Ok apartments but you get what you pay for. Staff is ok, sometimes will respond timely and sometimes not. From my experience, forget about maintenance requests being completed. Also pools are a joke so if thats a major reason to live here then look elsewhere. But overall I dont see myself breaking my lease, however I would definitely not renew it either. Its quiet with a lot of parking which I like.

I’ve never known a place to check your credit and then denies you So you telling me everyone in that community credit score is in good standing because when we came there was people standing outside smoking Marijuana they made it seem like we was applying for a house thank goodness we didn’t wait any later because we would have been homeless thinking we had somewhere to go. They told us they had the townhome we was looking for to only tell us later is wasn’t available. I’m just over the whole situation I say that to say this make sure you got good credit and make sure you see what your getting before you decide

Office staff is NO HELP and can’t ever answer questions, they always have to refer to management (Nicole) who is never available. You literally have to yell, cuss and sit at the office to get anything done because if you don’t they won’t take you seriously. I’ve been here 4 months and regret it. When i first moved in I asked them to fix my AC which maintenance told me wasn’t working right because I had the wrong settings on. A family member came over, just walked outside and told me I didn’t even have an AC. I didn’t have an AC for the first 5 weeks (in the middle of the summer with almost 100 degree weather daily) and only got it at that point after going to the office and demanding something be done that day since I have a 1yr old who was sweating all day. Even had to get a hotel for a few days because it was that unbearable. I’ve also asked for screens to be put on my patio door and 2 of my windows which should have been done before move in. Seems simple right? NO. 3 1/2 months later and still no screens so I have no fresh air coming in and out because flies and mosquitoes come in my apartment when i even crack it. Still to this day have no explanation as to why this hasn’t been done yet. They shouldn’t charge so much for rent if all they do is pocket the money instead of hiring more than 5 maintenance for a 900+ unit complex.

When I first started trying to get an apartment it didn’t go so well. I put money down to hold the next available studio. It took me two days to get the paperwork together and everyday I double, triple checked the apartment was still mine. The day I turned in my paperwork the girl informed me the apartment wasn’t available anymore. She’d held on to my money but hadn’t told anybody else that the apartment would be mine. So I had to wait another month before moving in. Also! She told me rent would be one total but once I got the lease it was all sort of messed up. It didn’t have the correct number of months, it didn’t have the correct rent amount either, it was nearly 100 dollars more and when I questioned it she acted like “ well yeah” If I hadn’t been so desperate to get out of my situation I would have gone elsewhere. While the girls are nice they are lacking some serious training. Once I moved in things were fine. I had a neighbor upstairs who constantly screamed and yelled at her husband. Sometimes for hours at a time, the one time I tried to get security to ask them to calm down or at least get her to stop shouting. They were useless and I ended up calling the police. The closet I had was large! But from day one the carpet was wet. It was a constant thing that never dried. When I moved out I could see mold growing all over the walls and it ruined a bunch of shoes I had inside the closet. Half way through my lease they sent out this letter saying that if your car was in the same spot for more then a week at a time they would tow it, and you’d be responsible for getting it out. I constantly parked in the same spot everyday, so I was just supposed to believe someone could tow my car because they weren’t paying and thought I hadn’t moved?! Idk the place was fine, and that’s all I can say.

By far the worst management I have encountered in a apartment complex. Been here for two years, took them four months to fix my shower, which I had to call everyday, my bedroom window doesn’t stay open, they came to look said “they had to order the part” and never returned. Had a hole in my bathroom wall, which they finally fixed and now has mold. The past month I’ve been calling about my kitchen sink not working, and low water pressure in my bathroom sink, I have called and physically went in, still no one has come to check it out. And that’s only the beginning of the problems since I’ve moved. Good thing I have every little thing documented with times, pictures and emails. I highly recommend if you move Here to document everything that happens.

And when you do come in contact with someone they will act like they’re doing everything they can to the problem fixed. Weeks and months later, the issue is still not fixed. I have been here through 4 new management companies and not one of them can get the maintenance issues under control.Making residents pay for normal wear and tear on the apartment should be a cost of doing business and NOT forced on the tenant with over inflated cost! $ 25 To replace a blind that had been there and already well worn when we moved in. RIDICULOUS!

I’ve been in these apartments for less than 48 hours...The fridge isnt working, after I put ALL my food in it, the food is chilled, but the freezer isnt freezing anything so all my frozen food isnt frozen. I put in a work order and it was deemed an emergency, but the front office told me it would be 2-3 days before they could come out. Day 2 of my renters insurance and I had to file a claim for food spoilage. The garbage disposal JUST stopped working. The drawers in my kitchen are only being held together by one small staple on each side and my sliding door handle fell off in my hand when I tried to open it. Currently testing the dishwasher because I’m sure that might be the only thing working. Fingers crossed. Sooo its not going to good. But the icing on the cake was the roaches, I’m glad that pest control fee is really going to good use. Don’t walk away from these apartments, RUN!! I lived here a few years back and it wasn’t this bad. It’s gotten worse and there is yet ANOTHER change in management. I’m in the vistas which are more expensive and the one I am in is horrible.

We lived at the Williamsburg in a townhouse for 3 years and just moved last month. Sure as a complex of so many units it definitely had its bad moments with all of the changes of new owners.When we moved there it was gated with operating pools, a security guard, decent amenities... and now its changed.I gave it 3 stars because of the great customer service that we always received from the front office. Shontel in particular was ALWAYS willing to assist. She always notified me of my package arrivals. Shontel would visibly be doing five different things at once but would be just as attentive to my husband and I as she was to the other tenants standng in the office. Surprisingly she managed to get all of our concerns handled with certainty. When concerns came up, she sent someone to repair them promptly... like when my air went out. Thats another thing Im too old to have my air out. There was only one HVAC tech and he was awesome.The Williamsburg has its issues but I disagree somewhat with all of the other reviews because my experience was excellent with the front office. Now I can say some things about the tenants... that smoking loud weed, playing loud music, speeding through the complex, throwing trash on the ground, having torn up blinds, raggedy broken down cars... thats on the tenants.It takes an agreement between tenants and management to have a good experience.

Ive been asking & waiting on the repair of a hole in the front of my building for 2 YEARS! The insulation is exposed & visible from the parking lot. Birds have nested & raised families in between the walls & it sounds like the birds will come into my apartment via the fireplace.I live in The Vista section.

This should be a 0.When I toured the place a lady told me to never live there. I thought we will have a house in a year and be gone.. how bad could it be.Then we moved in. Our keys didnt work, we told the office. They said they will work on it and if we need new keys we will be notified. We ran some errands as it was the day after we moved in. We got home at 5. Tried to get into OUR apartment and were locked out. We later found out that maintenance had given our new keys to the office just before 5 and they didnt want to let us know because it would require them to be there longer. Hence, we were locked out of the apartment we were paying for.One pool never opens due to lack of life guards, half the workout machines are broken.Maintenance pretends to fix things meaning they cant and they act like they do... Then you find out whatever needs fixed is a total gut job and since they dont want to do it they wont tell you what has to be done for it to be fixed.Unleashed aggressive dogs.Our outside wall was rotted, we notified upon move in, it was not fixed when we moved out 7 months later.This place is DISGUSTING.Staff members dont know the residential policies. Administration, maintenance, and whoever else you come into contact with do not communicate so they will never know what youre talking about.Also, their phone lines are down consistently and staff will not answer the phone.

Giving a 5 star because the office manager, Rokhaya is completely great! There was a situation that occurred but she followed up and made sure everything went smoothly. I really love the apartment we are in. The master bedroom and living room is a pretty big size compared to our last apartment. A place that me and my family can finally call home. ❤️

Had made an appointment to go on a tour of the 2-story townhome with the basement. Walked into the leasing office and was not greeted by anyone. Had to approach someone in order to be recognized. They had no idea who we were or what we were there for despite having made an “appointment”. Our appointment was for 2pm, and we waited for over 30 minutes for someone to give us a tour of the apartment. As soon as she was about to take us, a lady came down to finish up the paperwork for her lease. The employee dropped what she was doing and told us to wait LONGER so she could ensure that this woman finished up her lease paperwork. After more waiting, a different woman came over to take us on our tour stating, “I was hoping she would’ve taken you guys already.” So when we get to the apartment, it wasn’t even the right one we wanted to see. It was understandably the show room, but even the show room had drawers missing in the kitchen. The woman who took us to the apartment stood by the front door and told us absolutely nothing. She just stood there. There was no happiness, no smiles, and no basic customer service skills from anyone that we interacted with. I did not feel wanted there whatsoever. Even if I actually did like the apartment we viewed, I wouldn’t be back from the lack of a good impression alone.

My building exterior looks run down and its not well maintained. The hallways smells like old animals, the hall carpets are shredding, flithy dirty, the basement storage are is dark, dirty and it is dirty. The main door of the building hanging of the hinges. Garage is always over flowing with trash and large items. Management has not responded to any work order requests.

Never heard of that in my life when moving into a apartment/townhouse. Some things were still not done nor working when I moved in. Decent at best. The habitable space is declining while the rent is increasing. Maintenance is slow. Parking is terrible & when your not avoiding cars parked in the street your dodging gigantic potholes. Gated community it is not, the gates havent opened or closed in two years or more. However the pool has been closed for two years going on three if we count this year. Ridiculous rules on where you can place your grill on your patio. Laundry facilities are no longer useful & overpriced like the rent. But they do keep the grounds pretty for unsuspecting new tenants. This place used to be great.

The individual who stood out the most was Ms. Fairchild, who not only went out of her way to show me different apartments but also layouts. I’ve repeatedly complained only to be told that none of my complaints were received. There is constantly garbage everywhere, none of the outdoor lights work and the pools have been broken for 2 summers. Whenever I go the office and complain about the facilities I’m lied to and told things are “about” to get fixed. And don’t bother requesting a work order. You will NEVER see anything repaired. I have work orders still pending from when we moved in a year and a half ago!!! This place is a joke!

Ive been staying here for a while now and I must say its one of the better properties Ive stayed at. The property manager Brittany Carpenter is very attentive and handles any issue I have in a timely manner. The atmosphere is also nice and quiet I definitely recommend staying here.

I visited Williamsburg a couple months ago and I have to say Im giving them a five star because of the GORGEOUS Caitlin Carr. She was magnificent. She showed me the ins and out, the good and bad of the complex and I truly appreciated her professionalism. I ended up moving else where but I did overal like the layout of the complex. It looks like a healthy environment to live in.

None of the pools are open the gym is missing half the equipment if it there its most likely broken. The pavement has giant pot holes everywhere and is caving in. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything. The manager purposely avoids ur issues and will not return ur calls just overall terrible place

I am breaking my lease to leave early. The first year the front office was on top of things. Since then I have had several maintenance request not handled. I have a 5yr old that is consistently awaken by loud neighbors. The walls are very thin. Easy to hear couples next door in ALL activities. On either side of us are apartments. Both of which have had multiple tenants since we moved in. In the last 4 months we have noticed mice in our apartment. We have contacted the front office several times. They promised to send someone out. The one time a maintenance worker came out he plugged a hole he stated the mice came in from next door apartment. This however didnt stop the problem. I have set a total of 7 traps catching 7 mice. Recently saw the mice had chewed through cereal and soup packets in the pantry. The pools are consistently broken. The so called gated community is not close. In our most 2yrs here the gated have never worked. Please read reviews before you sign lease. Keep moving past this place.

This place is horrible!! Dont move here. They wont fix anything. There is a different office girl that works there every week. Nobody knows nothing. Pools arent even open. Maintenance is very slow at getting anything done. Glad to move out!!

Awesome property manager !!! I believe her name is Brittany. My aunt had a problem with her AC resolved almost immediately as she gave her word and horned it .. made us feel Secure !! Also I’ve stayed there before Years back can’t believe she’s still there and making things happen !!! Recommended

Moved in Aug 2019. Carpet not tacked down-fall hazard. Tub not refinished, kitchen floor has hole in it. Air conditioner does not work. Basement bath not working properly. Kitchen light does not work! Move in paperwork was not correct!No where to park unless you BUY the spaces. Neighbors have 10 guests parking where residents should be parking.Most Csr reps are not helpful!!This was a disaster move. Do not waste your money if you are market rent! They do not control their residents bad behavior.Maintenance is non-existent! Cant wait til July to move. They get one year from me and not asingle day more.

We live in the 3 bedroom townhomes. For the time I signed my lease, 6 months ago, I have had issues. The one unresolved issue I’m having is that maintenance won’t do their job. We have never been able to wash in hot water because the previous family’s tube from their washer is corroded onto the hot water line. I have asked at least 20 times for this issue to be resolved and it has not been done.The other issue is that our neighbors to the right of us have no problem leaving trash outside their door step and throwing it in front of ours as well. Its mainly their kids and their kid’s friends who come over and just toss trash everywhere.Outside of these issues we are ok with our townhome. Its very spacious but for the price we’re paying Williamsburg definitely needs to upgrade the kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, and windows.

Ive been here 9 years because I hate to move. The last 2 years have been terrible. Maintenance is rarely done, phones are never answered, website access for residents doesnt work. Its a beautiful lot with lots of trees and birds, but Ill be moving on. And this is the 2nd year the pools have been closed. Turning in to a dump. Potholes are deep and everywhere! And guess what? I called the phone number theyve posted on other reviews and it can not be connected at this time.

This was absolutely my worst experience renting. They sweet talk you initially, and do whatever they can to have you sign the lease. After that, you do not exist to their staff. My apartment was infested with insects. Spiders, roaches, centipedes, you name it, it was most likely crawling around. During the summer months, wasps built a nest on my patio. There was a crack in my patio door and the wasps were literally flying around in my apartment. I reported the issue multiple times and it was never addressed properly. I requested to move to another apartment and received management approval. When I picked another apartment to move into, another manager rented it from underneath me. I was back to square one in the wasp/roach infested unit. It was so bad I had to vacate the property and stay with friends. I reached out to management regarding it and decided to not renew my lease. When I moved out I paid my remaining prorated rent and confirmed the charge with 3 staff members, including the leasing manager. All stated I was free of financial obligation. A month later they charged me the difference and stated I failed to provide sufficient notice for moving out. I reached out to management to dispute the charge and received nothing but resistance. I stated the agreement allowed me to move if I did not find a suitable apartment, but they disregarded it and charged me over 400 dollars. I tried to reach out and each attempt was ignored and they sent it to collections. They blemished my credit for their own mistake. I have never ever experienced such an awful experience within a community. Absolutely the far worst in my life. My cat was stung and nearly died from an allergic reaction. One point I literally slept in the bathtub because the bathroom only had ants, which was tolerable. A shame, right? DO NOT MOVE HERE. Shame on you, management! You should be sued.

So I have lived at this place between mid 2015 to the end of 2107 with hardly any complaints but there was some outstanding issues as well. During my residence here I have l had water leaks from the apartment above me which caused black mold to grow in my shower ceiling. I submitted a maintenance request and heard nothing from the maintenance crew or front office people. There was also an flooding incident in the laundry room which caused black mold to grow in the basement hallway as well. During the winter of 2017 the laundry rooms lost heat and all of the water lines froze and caused the washing machines to stop working. The lease breaking discussions, final communications of this realtor, and issues stated above have caused this review to be one star just because of how they treated me when I needed to break my lease. When I notified the front office employees that I will be needing to break my lease they were able to inform me of what I needed to do in order to break my lease. I had gotten the chance to discuss the options with the leasing manager there who was also very helpful and stated that we could arrange the final payments for breaking the lease. I was able to find another place just before i had to move out and moved out fairly smoothly. After moving I soon received a letter stating that I had 30 days to make the entire closing payments or a collections office would be notified. I have attempted to call the front office to no avail and was never able to reach the leasing manager again. PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. IT IS NOT WORTH IT and the other reviews should be enough evidence as well.

Just had a tour here earlier in 6/19 and I was not impressed. I had toured this facility 5 years and I remember licking it but this time was a bust. The apartments are nice inside but the buildings are clearly not taken care of outside and could use a good power washing. Huge pot holes in the pavement all around the property and it was the middle of June and I was told the pools were just now getting filled up.

I went for a 2bedroom apartment tour and absolutely loved how spacious it was as well as the overall neighborhood! Although my fiancè and I decided to purchase a house instead, the leasing manager Rokhaya was super personable, friendly, and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this to be the first stop on the list for those looking for nice and affordable apartments in the area.

I applied to live here back in March and was denied. Upon being denied I was informed that I would receive my $100 back for a denied application. However here we are approaching August and I still have yet to receive my money back. I have called the office numerous times to which no one answers and gone to talk to them face to face and was never allowed to speak with a manager just rude staff in the front. When I left messages for the manager and was told they would call me they never have. Also the way that the staff treated the residents coming in was deplorable. There’s an older African American woman that has no problem making her opinion known in ear shot of everyone in the lobby and gives off the vibe of being bothered when asked if they need assistance. I still have never received a call or resolution to my money never being returned. Overall my experience was terrible and I wish I could give negative stars to this property.

I LOVE living here!!!! I have been a tenant for a few months now. At first, I wasfrustrated with the managers, my issues weren’t being resolved right away, nowthey changed over ownership and the new people seem to be doing a pretty darngood job. You are treated like family.
