Alex really goes above and beyond for the residents here. She really cares about the property and the people and she does more than she gets credit for. Her management keeps this place in shape! Happy to have her back.

We were looking for an apartment,we called and left a message a few times. And we never received a return call back

Hunter Ridge is an older property from what Ive seen but it has its benefits. The property is off the beaten path, has a nice woodsy surrounding and is usually pretty quiet. I have some friends who live there and noticed the past reviews do not represent what I have seen. The maintenance guy does really good work from what Ive seen and is nice to the residents and guests. The manager is friendly and helpful. My friends love living there. And from being a guest there the place always looks nice.

My husband and I moved in a little bit ago! Apartment was fully renovated and it looks amazing! Kelly, the manager on the property is always ready to help! I had hundreds of questions and she would always give me an answer and fast! And I have to mention Charlie from maintenance, so friendly! We are more then happy with our new apartment! I did saw some bad reviews from couple of years ago, but they improved a lot! I was so pleasantly surprised when on our move in day they gave us a goodie bag with some paper towels and toilet paper and other essentials, which was so helpful because when you move you dont know what is where! I would definitely recommend this property!

My boyfriend and I moved in on January 11th, 2019, and we are so happy we did! From the getgo, Alex, the manager, has been nothing but friendly and helpful. The apartment was in pristine condition when we moved in; new bathtub, new carpets, freshly cleaned. Thick walls, you cant hear a peep from your neighbors unless youre out in the hall. Spacious walk in closet, the water pressure is AMAZING, big master bedroom, lots of natural light. We are very happy here!!

I was a tenant for a little over a year. I hate it. theyre always changing office managers. everyone in my building had bed bugs at some point but they blamed it on the tenants. and one of the neighbors walked into my house in the middle of the night and theyre not doing anything about it. do not move here if you want to be safe!!!

I called on friday March 8 2019 about a one bedroom I was told she had a one and 2 bedroom I said no I only wanted a one bedroomI filled out the application paid the 40 dollars application fee and waited to hear back i didnt get a call so on Thursday March 14 2019 and i left a message that I was waiting to hear from her. The next day i gpt a call she left a message becausr i was at work and said i got the apartment and how much the deposit would be, when i got off of work i called back and she said she rented it but i could have the 2 bedroom I said no I didnt want that then she said she would have an opening in July and she would call me first. Im not sure why she thinks i would believe her i wanted a place in April not July and and she and i talked im still not sure why she did this am i the first prrson she lied to?

I lived here for 9 amazing years! Some of the nices staff, the company BRG however, is a little harsh but what business isnt? I moved from building to building to building every time my lease was up LOL but overall spent 9 happy years there. As well as, they own a lot of properties around the Cincinnati area and you can easily transfer to another property if need be.

Leased an apartment which was suppose to be new carpet along with painting. Apartment was suppose to be ready for move in condition and the carpets remained from the old tenant. Disgusting

So far not impressed. I have been trying to call and all I get is a stupid phone tree and voice mail. I guess if they were serious about leasing they would answer the phone.
