I have been in the complex for almost 2 years.Maintenance has responded to my issues in a timely manner.The updates to the community have been great it makes it a more comfortable and livable.The space of my townhouse suits my needs and the complex is quiet.

I’ve been in a townhouse here for about 7 years. Really nice and quite complex. Over the the past year there’s been a ton of upgrades to the area. I really love what’s been being done to the property. Highly recommend living here.

Over rated and very costly. I do not recommend living here as long as Ashley is the Property Manager. She see’s everything except who Hitting and breaking into cars. She not ready for that conversation. It’s always I can’t do anything about that. Don’t waste your money

This has been such a pleasant place to live! It is a quiet neighborhood, you can’t hear your neighbors through the walls, the parking lots and walkways get plowed with EVERY snow. They built a nice little area for our dumpsters to make it easier on us. I could spent the rest of my life here!

Being the industry for several years, and it is refreshing to work for a complex with excellent management, work order fulfillment, and providing quality living spaces! Will be going on my first year hear and havent had any issues or complaints. 2 bedroom apartment newly renovated. My only thing for 2 bedroom the rent is a little expensive, but if you want some place nice and safe for you and your kids, you pay for what you get. Maintenance and Management are great.

I lived here over a year now unfortunately I must downsize to a 1 bedroom apartment and here they don’t have those. I must say I’m sudden that I have to leave this beautiful community. From the property manager and the office team to the maintenance team, these are the most courteous and friendly people. Their 2 bedroom apartments are so large and amazingly beautiful. Neighbors are amazing so quite you will feel sometimes that you probably the one person in the complex. The ground is always clean with a beautiful pool. Again I wanted to share my feedbacks like others have done so already. If you are moving to Cincinnati or looking for a the best place to call home; stop by and see Ashley and her team. Very close to all major highways and makes it easy to commute everywhere in the city. Thank you for taking care of our community and I hope I call this place home again if I ever in need of 2 bedroom apartment.Cheers!

I love all of the updates that are being done at the townhomes. Things are really starting to look very nice here. Power washing the buildings really helped to brighten things up. Looking forward to seeing more!

Going on my first year here and im still in love since the first day i moved in. Very clean. The management is very professional and so is the maintenance. Quiet area with a great location. Just signed my second year lease!

After a year I can say this is a wonderful place to call home. Management and maintenance are both ALWAYS courteous, friendly, and on top of things. Apartments are updated and in great condition and have experienced very few maintenance issues. Quiet, affordable, and spacious. Will happily be renewing my lease.

Excellent place to live....definitely recommend living here kinda costly......however, the property is well maintained staff is friendly and flexible....Easy to contact, should have management check the noise levels in the back of the buildings at night as well as the front we all seem to enjoy listening to music at different times of day and of course at different volumes....No major issues!!!

Ive worked here at Galbraith Pointe for about 7 months and I love it! Its wonderful working for a company that cares so much about all aspects of the community, from the grounds to the apartments themselves.

New management just took over recently. So far my maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly. The new staff is friendly and seems to really care about the community. We love how spacious our townhome is and plan on staying a long time!

So far so good, this is my third week in my apartment and Ive been enjoying it. I moved into a very clean apartment with pretty much everything brand new. I would recommend and Ashley is awesome!

I currently am working on the pool at Galbraith Pointe, which will be newly renovated this spring. Extremely friendly staff, along with the residents. Everyone says hi. The grounds are well-groomed. Nice recreational area with a basketball court. And the location is perfect! Highly recommended.

My husband and I are so happy with our three bedroom apartment, it is so spacious! The pool is great! I love going swimming in the evenings when I get off work! It is such a relaxing way to end my day. I love coming home to Galbraith Pointe! I highly recommend anyone looking to move, to check our this wonderful complex.

As a Towne Properties Employee I must say Prince Frederick is a great community to live at!! They have some of the largest floor plans in the area and the property is beautiful!! Enjoyed my two years here. Whenever we issue came up it was quickly rectified and if it couldnt be fixed that day it was fixed the very next day. Very spacious and quiet!

Just moved in 2 weeks ago, the newly remodeled units are beautiful and spacious. The property manager is incredibly nice, greets me by a first name basis every time I see her and is incredibly responsive to any service calls. MS Niccee (Property Manger) is so wonderful. She is very understanding and she takes her time, she was very helpful. She welcomed me even before I filled out a application. I was very comfortable with all the warm welcoming and the tour off the complex including the apartment. Im very excited to be apart of Galbraith Pointe. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had plenty of issues such as plumbing. There was a leak in the master bedroom that took maintenance forever to fix, which then caused a hole to form in the celling of the den. it took them over 9 months to get that fixed(only then because I kept calling about it.) Then we complained that under the kitchen sink, the floor boarding was caving in, well I let you guess, they never came, which then created a massive hole under the sink, I stayed here for 3 yrs too long and they never came to fix it. They said they had to find/ fix the leak before the could repair the hole. I thought it would be a nice place to live but turns out I was wrong. Oh and the pool, stayed closed more than it stayed open last year which is one of the reasons I wanted to live there. The pool guy was very nasty about when it was time to close. Hey get out the pool its 9pm. Wow what a way to talk to kids. They do allow dogs, all dog types even the meanest kind. included. I could not let my kids out on the patio to play because there was a dog was trying to jump over the wall every time he heard a noise. Needless to say you know my opinion of this place. I talked to a few residents there and they have a mice problem. I was told they reported it and they said just lay sticky traps. I believe it. When I first moved there I had a new car. one morning it would not start. Well when I took it to the dealer, ends up a mouse had eaten through the cables under my car. I went to complain about this but guess who ended up paying 500 out of my pocket. Updating for the property could be helpful its 2018. The rudeness of staff, as if you could not let them know you had issues in your townhouse. If you are not in the field of satisfaction you should not work there. Lastly, for all the money you pay for them to take their precious little time to fix repairs or half fix them just enough until it breaks again in a few months. I would say dont waste your money! I hope in the future they can have a better staff who really cares about the tenants and the property.-Mrs. Stallings

I have been a satisfied resident of the complex for a year. The living space is nice. I really enjoy the atmosphere. Every time that I have a issue they make sure that it gets fixed. The building is well maintained on the inside and outside. There is no pest issues at all. The only problem that I have is that there isnt any light out at the beginning of the drive way where you turn in from the street. I also feel that there could be more lighting out in the parking area because at night it is sort of hard to see. Lighting just needs to be a bit brighter so that there wont be any accidents or other problems. Other than that I feel that I have definitely gotten my moneys worth.

Current resident since 2016. Nice sized apartments. Management is very helpful and friendly. They keep the place clean and even do semi-annual sprays for pests. Very convenient to shopping and fun in the Finneytown area.

I absolutely love these apartments! The two bedrooms are so spacious, its exactly what my wife and I have been looking for, The community manager could not have been any nicer, so helpful, and knowledgeable. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious two bedroom two bath. You cannot go wrong with having washer and dryer hook ups in your unit either. That is one of the biggest things my wife just had to have.

We moved last December to Galbraith Pointe ln. We love the location as you are located centrally between downtown, UC and other suburbs & shopping malls. Our apartment was just renovated when moved in and that was something we liked a lot. Staff are friendly. I would recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for nice and quite area.

This is a very nice location . It is close to the highway. It has a great pool, playground and basketball courts. Lots of places to eat and shop. And a good landlord and willing to work with residents to help in any way they can.

Very nice area to live. My girlfriend and I toured these apartments and thought they were very nice. They are the perfect size for us, the amenities are great. I love playing basketball and the fact that they have a basketball court is awesome. We will definitely be back once our current lease is closer to ending. The community is pretty quiet and is in a good location to live in especially with stores being so close. Another perk is having the highway so close because as a UC student making my commute easier is a necessity. Overall, we enjoy living here and we’re happy with the management.
