I rented a one bedroom apartment from UC4Rent/SP Development for 2 years. I absolutely loved the apartment and really appreciated all of the hard work Jordan and her team put into making it such a great place to live. Maintenance issues were fixed almost immediately, service was friendly, and I was impressed by the professionalism they displayed. Jordan was always accessible in case of an emergency—even late on a Saturday night of a long weekend! I have had my fair share of absolutely awful Clifton landlords, so this was a breath of fresh air for me. You can tell that they genuinely care about their tenants and are determined to provide safe, clean, affordable, and high quality living spaces to their tenants. Thank you to Jordan and her team for making the experience of renting my first solo apartment so great!

I am now going into my third year at the same house managed by SP Development and have not a single negative thing to say about this company. They have gone above and beyond to make sure anything and everything we need is readily available. They respond to all emails or texts in a prompt fashion, and always give a 24 hour notice in advance before entering our rental property. This company has gone above and beyond to keep our house updated such as new basement windows, replacing the furnace filter for us every few months, replacing toilets and giving us brand new tiled bathroom floors. When I reached out to the company about wanting to feel safer with a better door lock the next day somebody had arrived and installed a new one for me. SP development also installed motion censored lights on the side of our house so I feel safe walking up the driveway at night. I could go on and on about how personable and the incredible this company is to all of their tenants. 10/10 recommend!
