We are moving in! We have toured the newly renovated one bedrooms and for the price and square footage they were far better then any other apartment we looked at all day. The new management company has great staff. We met two of the nicest people today, who where young and fresh. Give the newly renovated apartments a chance. Shopping and fast food close by and only 20 minutes from downtown. Im a mom of a first time renter who will be on their own. I have high standards and want my child to be in a clean apartment with good amenities like a stack washer/dryer in the apartment, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new windows, new blinds, new flooring, new balcony. You name it, it is new.

Everything is lovely! Fresh and brand new everything! Just be mindful of hidden fees as monthly rent fluctuates in price.

The then property managers Robert and Charlene were crooks and so are the others. They steal the tenants rent money, and cook up the books to make it appear to be that the tenants are late paying their rent. They ignore maintenance calls...They do nothing to assure the safety of their tenants. This place is ridiculous! Theyre the biggest joke since comedy, dont do it, invest your money elsewhere!

Am looking to rent so i tried here - seems like a good fit. near to where i want to travel to n from and still only a short drive from my mom who is older. the apt they showed seem very clean and well laid out, big for a two bedroom at the price i was quoted.

Avoid living here. I have been in a battle with management multiple times, stating I owe this, that, all the time. Not to mention multiple changes in managenent and office personnel. Ive had to prove with receipts that payments were made on multiple occasions. Not to mention safety reasons, is the reason I am finally getting away from there.

I wrote the most on point review of this property 2 days ago and now it has been deleted. I find it hilarious that the company cannot handle corrective criticism. My issues with this company have been everything from being lied to, being charged additional fees AFTER I moved out, being cut off in the middle of a complaint, having eyes rolled at me, being giving eviction notices because I was 2 days late on my rent...the list goes on. The buildings have cigarette burns in the hall ways and the most that had ever been done about it was a note being written on a post it. There are roaches in every building and the pest control service that they use never shows up on the day that you are notified. The girls, not hardly women, in the office think that they are above everyone that lives at this property. The place is going from ghetto to BOUJEE. They will let you know your place as someone who lives in Mt.Airy and that they have the ability to charge you whatever late fees or additional charges that they want. I warn you to also get proof that the money you pay them is actually applied to your account, my rent was lost a few times. On top of this, the utility bill that I paid should have been the last one I received because I MOVED OUT. Unfortunately, I received an additional bill of $42 for the month of June even when I had moved out on May 31st, handed my keys to the girl in the office and signed a paper saying that I had fully moved out (She refused to give me a copy of this sheet, again I warn you). The response that I got from having this issue was at some point your bill cycle was input incorrectly, this bill is for the month of May. This is AFTER I paid them the utility bill for May. It is so interesting how they found this error after I left them and they kept my entire deposit. While I stayed there, I lost my entire life to a fire that was caused by a crack addict living in the building because they did not perform a thorough background check. I have been through 2 shootings where the police were not notified because the property couldnt afford any further negative attention. And just last week a 19 year old boy was shot and killed in front of the water tower that is beside the apartments. This place is absolutely disgusting from the buildings to the girls in the office. I will gladly recommend any one to a better environment because nobody deserves to live this way. The on site washer and dryer that they are advertising as an amenity, haha, has never been accessible due to the fear of homeless people coming into the basement...AGAIN.Good luck if you intend on living here, just remember:-Dont complain to the office, nothing is handled.-Dont put in a work order, they show up when they feel like it.-Dont forget to bring plastic and boric acid for the roaches.-Dont pay rent online because its an additional $20 convenience fee-Dont hang anything on your walls that punctures them or you will be charged upon move out for damages-Dont wear your shoes on the carpet because you will be charged for wear and tear on the carpet, regardless of how long you live there-Better yet, just dont move in and you should be safe

Ive been living here for over a year. Im looking to move out soon. I didnt sign a new lease, so Im living month to month. Manager said I have to give a sixty day notice. Never heard of that if living month to month. I thought I was a 30 day.

I was going to inquire about an apartment but not after reading all of the negative reviews about them

This is an awful place to live now the BRG does not own it anymore. It took maintenance 3 weeks to fix my garbage disposal (and that include me calling everyday and talking to someone). I had a leak in the main bathroom. Maintenance came in a fixed the leak, but left a huge hole in the ceiling for 2 weeks that also had mold. When asked why it takes maintenance so long to fix a problem such as the moldy hole in the ceiling. I was simply told that it was not on the top of the list, and someone will get there when they can. I guess 2 weeks is a normal wait time for mold. People in the leasing office either have no clue what they are doing or just dont care.Oh and by they way, when your lease is up and you decide to move, make sure you sent them an cease and desist letter so that they will not try to use your SSN# and make false claim on your credit report. Seems they will do anything to get money.

I am a current resident there’s been living interview for a whole year the first day that we view the apartment there was a roach crawl in On da wall. Me and my fiancé’s bedroom floor is not even Sealed Last winter we froze and we had two space heaters. Last winter we had two space heaters. Don’t control the heat over here. The main doors of your apartment complex unit is always wide open and they’re very cheap doors they’re very nasty and dirty you want even want to touch them. The carpet in the hallways are filthy and dirty. The playground have a swing area but the swings are broke Is a lot of drug transaction that happens in an hour of tired of you and our officer is here every day all day. Only beautiful part of Tower View is the management office soon as you pass the management office it doesn’t look the same. We do have our sinks fixed four times and three times is been fix incorrectly. Since their doors are always open it Pest getting into the building, There are several tripping hazards all around this complex unit which is city violation, Our sink in our kitchen has been leaking on the floor for way over a month and my fiancé has contacted them twice to come and fix it because the Caucasian male who fixed it last time didn’t fix it correctly and he no longer works here just like the last man who repaired it before him he doesn’t work here I’m wondering it is is people even certified to do with they are doing. They force my fiancé to purchase rental insurance only because of the dish satellite on the patio and which was here before we got here so they making him responsible for basically any damages That may occur behind the dish but that’s not our death and that this was installed by another tenant who lived here previously. They consistently turn off our water because I guess they’re working on the water but Never notified the tenants and a 24 hour notice that the water will be off during a certain period of time. Everywhere I lived I got a invoice notice of what’s going on and when so I will be prepared but this is very poor management. We was forced to tell them to put a deadbolt on our door because when we was calling in the beginning about things that need to be done people will come randomly Without us knowing when they’re entering our apartment. I got a tour argument with the guy because I was supposed to come on a Friday he end up coming on a Monday and I was having neck it and he walked in my apartment so yes I do have a problem Because one you’re supposed to be here Friday and I didn’t receive a call and confirmation apology that you will be to me on Monday instead you just come on Monday and basically get mad at me and say do you want me to fix it or you want me to go. Well first of all is very unprofessional For you to be walking in my house when it was understood that you was coming on Friday and he wasn’t even professional enough to contact me and say that you will be here on Monday you just walk to my house anything could’ve been going on and then you walked out without notice poor management

Avoid this place like the plague!!! All these negative reviews are not for nothing! This places is literally covered in mold. They have raw sewage being pumped from one side of the complex to the other into a sew drain! Completely infested with roaches, bed bugs, and mold. You literally will not believe what one has to go through until you move in. Save your self the trouble. The leasing agents try their hardest to help all the residents but maintenance and MANAGEMENT EFFING SUCKS!!!!!

This place is ghetto to the core. Strangers stay in the hall ways being real loud all day night smoking drugs. Putting trash every where !!!! Last month someone got shot 2 ppl died in the parking lot. No one watched their kids either. Its a zoo living here. My friend literally move in a month ago ..... she was watching my dog why I went to the grocery store one thing lead to another they tired to threaten her with eviction notice because of a dog that’s not hers .. management is horrible I wouldn’t Want nobody to move here NOBODY !!!! Plus it’s hidden fees

I never seen such place. No one act accordingly. If you have problem to fix,blieve me,it takes a while and you need to visit the office three to four times.

This is a horrible place to live...i moved in Jan didnt get a lease until March didnt sign it until June...i have had work orders in since jan and never once have they came to even look at the things that are broke and i tell them about this asset least once a week...my patio looks like a dumpster everyone throws their trash on it...the hallways are gross and stink...i hear gunshots and people fighting all the time...i have notices on my door starting that i owe them money for trash and water which are included in my rent that i pay every month (make that make sense). I have been to the office 3times in one day to speak to the manager because 1she is never there and 2 when she does come she dont get there until after 2:00pm only for her assistant too tell me she doesnt have time to talk more cause she is about to leave for the day and scheduled me an appointment...WTH??? This is unprofessional, ghetto, disgusting place i have ever lived.

DONT DO IT WORSE PLACE IVE EVER LIVED SO DIRTY,GHETTO AND MISLEADING AND THEY HAVE A BAD ROACH PROBLEM. HATED LIVING THERE, BROKE MY LEASE BECAUSE I COULDNT TAKE IT ANYMORE. 😡

This is a horrible place to live. After a while the apartments starts to fall apart when you put in a work order they dont care and they will not come and fix it they have a bad bug problem and its shooting out there and people in the hallways all day and night being loud YOU DO NOT WANNA LIVE HERE !
