My only problem is I have never had a hot shower here. I have hot water in the kitchen. People say that they are told it is set at 120 and runs out at busy times of the day. The shower never hits 120 degrees. It doesnt matter what time of the day I shower, it is tepid.

Sem Manor, is a very nice senor living community. They have transportation, outings an activities for the residents.
